This report is a result of a project that been conducted on System Andersson. System Andersson sells and develops MPS-systems for small and medium sized manufacturing companies. System Andersson are today located in the central parts of Jönköping and has about 20 employees. The goal for the project is to develop a new version of Andersson Qwick mps. The project has been divided into a number of smaller projects were the authors been part of the planning module project.

ABSTRACTBackground Calprotectin is a protein found in the cytoplasm of neutrophile granulocytes. In the course of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), calprotectin is released during chronic inflammation in the gut. Activation of neutrophils during the inflammation is followed by activation and secretion of pro-inflammatory molecules such as calprotectin. Calprotectin is stable in stool up to 7 days and can therefore be used as a non-invasive marker for diagnosis, treatment and measurement of the disease activity in patients with IBD. The most common method for analysis of calprotectin concentration is ELISA.

Mapping a process enables a greater understanding of the work, and is standard to evaluate and improve a process. This thesis is conducted at Test Bed Mechanical Design at Scania in Södertälje. Test Bed Construction is a complex process, characterized by a large amount of creative work, technical challenges and coordination between different people and different organizational functions.The aim of the thesis was to identify the Test Bed Construction Process and to develop a visual model of the workflow that also served as support for the engineers in their daily work. During the mapping process, comparisons were made with previous research in lean product development to identify process improvement.A literature review on process mapping and process visualisation resulted in a method for process mapping. The study showed that research on process visualisation is neither structured nor well defined.

Ericsson AB in Katrineholm is a part of the Section Business Unit Network in the Ericsson Group. The plant's main task is to produce printed circuit boards in small volumes with a high product mix and focus on delivery and cost effectiveness. At the factory they produce printed circuit boards in the Module department.The Module department has for a long time had a high output of non-approved circuit boards in their production. This has led to a growing stock of non-approved circuit boards on the company?s repair department.The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how Ericsson in Katrineholm can increase the outflow of approved articles in their test process in the Module department.

In offshore oil production FMC Subsea systems use a product called cap. The cap´s mainly task is to protect hubface and seal areas on inboard hub against dirt, corrosion and mechanical damage under installation of a subsea system. A new model of a cap has been designed and analysed using finite element method. The model is called KC3-12 and has a new function, emergency release, which is a backup method for the ROV (remote operated vehicle) to release the cap from the hubface when it is placed under water. The cap KC3-12 was found to fulfil the criteria under the test load pressure, according to ASME VIII, div2.

AbstractThe intension with this paper was to describe the understanding students in third grade had about mathematics and how these students, based on their previous mathematics experiences, apprehend the coming national tests in mathematics. After the test period the student was interviewed on how they experienced their participation in the test. The choice of method was the qualitative case study where the data was collected from interviews and observations. In the result that was found, the interviewed students described mathematics as counting. Students preferred easy math work and to solve routine tasks in math books instead of more demanding work.

Generally prosody is described as the rhythmic, dynamic and melodic features of language. Prosody is further often described as suprasegmental, since its properties go beyond vowels and consonants, which are segmental characteristics of language. A relationship between prosody and music has been noticed and described for several decades. At present, there are several studies proving relationship between prosodic and musical abilities. The aim of the present study was to construct a test for prosodic non-linguistic perception and production regarding intonation and rhythm. The test was tried out on 16 children with typical language development aged 4;6-7;6 years. Before testing of ITAP each participant were asked about musical experience.

Sweden is usually seen as a role model when it comes to integration and diversity, but at the top of the pyramid there is little ethnical diversity to be found. This paper investigates how existing economical and sociological theory explain the lack of swedes with foreign background in leading positions in large Swedish companies. Our findings show that none of the theories applied in this paper can explain the phenomenon in isolation. Thus it is not only taken for granted norms, contacts in one's network or cost minimizing under asymmetric information that lie behind the phenomenon, but an interaction of these aspects. Conflicting demands lead the recruiters to separate talk from decision, the search frame is narrow and no or small efforts are made to increase the diversity.

Därför skulle ett test med enkel utrustning behöva komplettera den kliniska undersökningen.Syfte: Studiens syfte är att undersöka vilket samband som finns mellan genomförandet av Nordic hamstring strength test och Asklings hamstring test utifrån skattning av smärta och obehag i samband med testen. Huruvida deltagarnas tilltro till att prestera sitt yttersta i en 90 min fotbollsmatch påverkas efter testerna samt att beskriva obehag och smärta efter testerna för spelare som varit skadad eller inte under senaste sex månaderna.Metod: 22 fotbollsspelare fick skatta sin tilltro till sin egen förmåga att prestera sitt yttersta i en 90 min fotbollsmatch samt skatta obehag och smärta med VAS i samband med testerna. Hamstring Outcome Score användes för att få en helhetssyn av deltagarnas funktion och skadehistoria kring hamstring. Spearman?s rho och Wilcoxon?s teckenrang test användes för att analysera resultatet.Resultat: Korrelationen mellan Asklings hamstring test och Nordic hamstring strength test var moderat (0,4-0,6) dock signifikant på <0,05.

This report is a literature review that aims to describe marketing contexts for mango production in Kenya. The institutional conditions in the country are not well developed for marketing purposes, which causes many difficulties and problems for the society. In Kenya most mango producers are poor small-scale farmers with limited resources. Mango is a perishable commodity and to keep its value and quality it is essential to have the opportunity to sell the mangos in the right time. Inefficient and undeveloped infrastructure and marketing systems hinders the mangos to reach the market in time though, which causes large losses of produce.The Kenyan mango production has increased during the last decade but due to market losses for the producer, the small-scale farmers? profits have not improved.

Den rådande lagstiftningen kring marknadsföring av tobaksprodukter skapar problematik för Swedish Match och försvårar dess mediekommunikation. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka Swedish Match marknadsföringsstrategi för produktkategorin snus, genom en modell som omfattar Porters fem konkurrenskrafter, olika alternativa kommunikationskanaler samt Carrolls CSR-pyramid. Det metodologiska tillvägagångssättet var kvalitativt och innefattade personliga intervjuer som sedan analyserades och triangulerades. Undersökningens resultat visade bland annat att de fem konkurrenskrafterna har olika betydelse för Swedish Match marknadsföringsstrategi och att en aktiv konkurrens driver företaget till innovativa lösningar och utveckling. Dessutom framkom vilka kommunikationskanaler som finns tillgängliga för Swedish Match, samt att CSR är en del i företagets interna marknadsföring..

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att utveckla en utrustning för test av larmsystem uppbyggda med CareTech?s Smart Call-produkter. Testutrustningen ska kunna upptäcka problem i kommunikationen mellan dessa enheter.
