I dagsläget har Sverige ett antal stora aktörer som dominerar den svenska dagligvaruhandeln. Ica, Coop, Axfood och Bergendahl har tillsammans 85 % av de totala marknadsandelarna i landet. Utvecklingen de senaste decennierna har varit att antalet butiker minskat och att antalet storvaruhus ökat. Detaljhandelns styrka har ökat de senaste åren och gör det svårt för mindre producenter att klara av att driva en lönsam verksamhet. Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka hur lokalproducerade livsmedelsprodukter blir en del av sortimentet i dagligvarubutiker på den lokala marknaden.

Background: Overweight and obesity has become an increasing health issue around the world, which leads to an increase of cardiovascular diseases. The reason for this is a lack of physical activity in combination with an overconsumption of unhealthy food. In the primary healthcare is the ordination of physical activity on prescription offered as a treatment, which is an important health preventive action. When clients get physical activity on prescription they are given the opportunity to receive health counseling as a way to motivate a change in an unhealthy way of living.Objectives: This study aim to examine the experience of the health counseling of individuals with overweight related problems, in combination with the prescription of physical activity.Method: Qualitative interviews were chosen as method. Nine individuals participated in the study, seven females and two males, who had been to health counseling at Friskvården in Värmland.

This thesis for the Master of Science degree was performed at Oppunda Electronics AB. The assignment was to further develop an existing prototype of a dispensing equipment. The dispensing equipment doses a kind of glue, bonding which dentist use to mend teeth. The dispensing equipment is adjusted to dose 12 micro litres of bonding. With the dispensing equipment SafeBond Electronic the user can reduce the bonding consumption with approximately 50 percent.

This change has naturally also changed the way in which organizations are structured and how they communicate ? both internally and externally. Intranets, e-mail and other technical channels are an important part of most organizations in-house communication today.The aim of this study is to examine how the internal communication in a medium-sized firm, CranabSlagkraft in the north of Sweden, works. The focus in the study is on the existing intranet, and if there are any differences in the opinions between the firms leaders and the employees that works in the production.

During the year 2014, Artex AB has worked to launch a new product whose function is to locally purify the air. The product is a headboard and its purpose is to give the user clean air while sleeping. The air purifier has different speeds and it`s up to the user to choose which effect that will be on. To get the best experience of the product as possible, the air purifier shall be controlled by a mobile application. In that way the user can increase and decrease the fan speed, even when the user not is home.

Uppsatsens titel: Elefanten & kassakon på Internet. En kvalitativ studie om hur företag kan nå den stora kohorten 50-plus genom marknadskommunikation på Internet. Syftet med denna uppsats är att med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer få förståelse för hur 50-plussare, d.v.s. personer i åldrarna 50-65 år, uppfattar och reagerar på marknadskommunikation på Internet. Detta kommer att undersökas i en fallstudie om hur Trafikverkets formella strategi fungerar vid en operativ störning på järnvägen.Frågeställningar:Vid en operativ störning på järnvägen - vilka medier använder sig allmänheten av för att få information?Hur arbetar Trafikverket strategiskt med att förmedla information till allmänheten vid en operativ störning på järnvägen?Teori: González-Herrero & Smiths teori om hur den internetbaserade teknologin förändrar hur företag hanterar kriser och Ki och Nekmats teorier kring sina forskningsresultat om kriskommunikation på Facebook.Metod: En kvantitativ metod genom en enkät, en kvalitativ metod genom en intervju med Viktor, kundtjänsthandläggare på Trafikverket och sedan en jämförelse med Trafikverkets riktlinjer Trafikverkets närvaro i sociala medier och Hantering av Trafikverkets sociala kanaler.Materialet:Resultatet av enkäten och intervjun samt Trafikverkets riktlinjer.Resultat:I dagens samhälle vill medelanvändarna få snabb, enkel och effektiv information. Internet innehåller så omfattande information att det är omöjligt att ta del av allting, därför söker användarna invidanpassad information. Medieutvecklingen har gjort det möjligt för medieanvändarna att få information utan att behöva söka upp den, exempelvis genom appar.

The parallel bars is used in physical therapy and is mainly used for patients who have to train walking and balance after a stroke or an operation. It consists of two long handrails with two legs on each handrail. These legs go down into two ground-plates and are locked at the wanted height with a pin. The parallel bars is an appreciated device and is used on a daily basis in many care units.The main issue with the manual parallel bars is that it is very difficult and heavy for a single person to adjust the height of it. If a larger adjustment of the height has to be done, the legs have to be adjusted one at a time otherwise the they will be locked.

This master thesis is commissioned by Permobil AB. The report describes thoroughly the developing process of an adjustable backrest for wheelchairs. The target group for the backrest are people that suffer from scoliosis or other spinal diseases. Because of insufficient pressure distribution usage of traditional backrests is not an option for them.The current solution has got a frame that is made by several adjustable links that is held in place by friction. Between the links velcro tapes are attached that is adjusts the depth.

Much thanks to it's facilitative and time saving characteristics. Online, consumers are provided with a huge assortment and the opportunity to shop any time they like. Yet, the absolute greatness of e-stores is the possibility to push prices below the physical store price, which seems to be most appreciated to a large extent by consumers worldwide. The fact that e-store sales in Sweden grew 14% last year verifies this.As more players step into the virtual world of e-commerce the competition gets tougher.

Produktionsstyrning har sedan länge varit ett område med ökande komplexitet och stegrande krav på samordningen och planeringen av produktionen. Två frågor inom produktionsstyrning som kräver svar är ?Hur mycket ska tillverkas?? och ?När ska det tillverkas??. Att dessa frågor får svar är speciellt viktigt för tillverkande företag inom fordonsindustrin som är dels mycket kapital- och arbetskraftintensiva och dels ofta har omfattande modulsystem i produktionen, vilket innebär att en välfungerande produktionsstyrningsmetodik är essentiell. Två kända produktionsstyrningsmetoder är materialbehovsplanering (MRP) och kanban.

This thesis aims to study obstacles which Turkey faces regarding EU accession. The main focus will be at the historical context and background information to clarify Turkey-EU relationship and institutional aspects such as; the Copenhagen criteria will be analyzed. Interaction between identity politics and Turkeys Europeanization project will be examined by analyzing arguments regarding this issue. The historical context is important for realizing in how Turkey's negotiation process is affected and how the process is evolved. By examining this, a more transparent understanding is going to develop in the issue of why Turkey never will be able to identify itself with the EU.Analysis regarding why Turkey as a secular state develops into an increasingly Islamized state is highlighted.

This essay compares the public debate in Sweden 1992 caused by the reforms introduced by the then government giving parents a free choice of schools for their children with the current debate in France about proposals for a similar law there. The study concentrates on the positions taken by the teachers trade unions, in Sweden Lärarförbundet and Lärarnas Riksförbund (LR) and in France SGEN-CFDT. To do so it is necessary also to study the arguments given for and against the proposals by the political parties.Some of the differences between the debates can be attributed to different circumstances. The Swedish reform was related to the opening up of possibilities to run private schools, which previously had been rare in Sweden. The French debate has no such connections.
