The Church of Sweden sent during the spring 2010 two documents, Teologiskagrundprinciper för arbetet I 2006 års handboksgrupp and Mässans grundordning forconsideration. The documents are parts in the work with writing a new service-book for theChurch of Sweden. After the documents had been sent for consideration by the dioceses therehas been a discussion about the proposal to make the preparation in the service of HolyCommunion facultative. My main question has been to se if there will be any change of theconfession, faith and doctrine in the Church of Sweden if the preparation becomes facultative.I have seen that the service-book is an expression for the confession of the Church of Sweden,therefore there will be no change of the confession of the Church of Sweden, but a change ofits expression.I have seen that there is no consensus in how the dioceses react over what is written in thetwo documents about the forgiveness and the atonement. My conclusion is that it may bydifficult for the Church of Sweden to fix a new service-book without first fix what the Churchof Sweden means with forgiveness and atonement..

Recent developments suggest that private and public companies are moving towards a more service-oriented business. Service orientation means that hardware is often sold in packages with service agreements, which makes the investment more difficult to assess. The challenges that arise will be to assess the value of the overall package, the information needed to make informed decisions and the operational requirements in combination of hardware, software, support agreements, training and more. The paper therefore aims to examine how decision makers can evaluate the benefits of these investments and obtain a stronger base to make better decisions. There is within the area of radiology in the region of Västra Götaland a pronounced need for a better flow of information regarding medical equipment and related service agreements.

Motivation är en betydelsefull kompontent för en individs utövande utav studier. Studien utgick ifrån motivationsteorin Self- determination theory. Syftet med studien var att redogöra för relationen mellan högskolestudenters demografiska faktorer och vilken typ av motivation som driver dem till att utöva studier, samt relationen mellan motivationstyperna. Med typ av motivation avses amotivation, inre samt yttre motivation. Studien bestod utav 102 studenter, varav 49 män och 53 kvinnor, från en högskola i mellersta Sverige som fick besvara enkäten The Academic Motivation Scale.

Leadership in organizations plays a crucial role in promoting employee motivation. Different leadership styles have been shown to affect motivation in various ways. The purpose of this report is to establish a deeper understanding of the relationship between different leadership styles and motivation according to Self-Determination Theory. The report also aims to highlight potential similarities and differences in the perceptions of leaders and employees in various industries, regarding motivation as defined by Self-Determination Theory. Based on a case study, it includes interviews with eight leaders and eight employees.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka några gymnasiesärskolelärares syn på motivation och förankring i styrdokumenten i ämnet matematik. Min utgångspunkt är det sociokulturella perspektivet, där delaktighet ligger till grund för motivationen. Delaktighet i det sociala sammanhanget samt i elevernas egen kunskapsutveckling.Jag har valt en kvalitativ ansats och en fenomenografisk analys, mitt fokus är att hitta skillnader i lärarnas uppfattningar kring motivation och styrdokument. Med stöd av denna ansats har jag valt åtta semistrukturerade intervjuer, som metod.Resultatet visar att det finns variationer på hur lärarna ser på motivation och utvecklingstörning. Utfallsrummet är inre förutsättningar för motivation med underkategorierna inuti individen och i samspel med andra och yttre förutsättningar för motivation.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka introjektiv motivation och arbetsrelaterad stress. Studien grundades i Self-determination theory och delades upp i studie 1 och 2. Syftet med studie 1 var att undersöka huruvida introjektiv motivation kan delas upp i två motivationstyper. Ett mätinstrument utformades för att undersöka sambandet, med data från 77 respondenter. Resultatet visade på ett signifikant, positivt medelstarkt samband.

This Master's thesis discusses the freedom of speech, the right to freedom of opinion and expression, freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas in the context of public libraries in Sweden. The scope of this thesis is to examine the acquisition and maintenance of the literature about the killing of Sweden's Prime Minister Olof Palme 1986. This literature will serve as an instrument to measure the extent to which Swedish public libraries adhere to the rules set by the Swedish parliament, United Nations' universal declaration of human rights article 19, UNESCO's public library manifesto and the principles of the Federation of Library Associations and Institutions..

Tidigare forskning visar att utrikeskorrespondenter inom svensk public service inte rutinmässigt använder sociala medier i sitt arbete och att det ökade kravet på multikompetens kan gå ut över journalistiken (Bogar, 2011, Nygren & Hvitfelt, 2008a & 2008b). Denna studie undersöker just dessa två teman: kravet på multikompetens, och användandet av sociala medier för utrikeskorrespondenter på SVT och SR, samt hur dessa två teman påverkar arbetsrutiner, nyhetsvärdering och källkritik.Genom kvalitativa samtalsintervjuer med tio verksamma utrikeskorrespondenter på SVT och SR har vi kommit fram till att kravet på multikompetens ökar och att det, av journalisterna, förväntas öka även i framtiden i takt med att medieföretagen tvingas till ekonomiska nedskärningar. Utvecklingen upplevs ha negativa effekter för journalistiken och öka arbetsbelastningen för utrikeskorrespondenterna.Det råder ingen tydlig samstämmighet bland utrikeskorrespondenterna i frågan om hur de ställer sig till användandet av sociala medier i sitt arbete.De flesta korrespondenter vi pratat med upplever ett krav eller önskan från arbetsgivaren att vara aktiva i sociala medier, men än saknar de rutiner och metoder för att kunna använda det som ett effektivt verktyg i sitt arbete. De är också försiktiga med att uttrycka kontroversiella åsikter i sociala medier. In the early 1990?s more and more companies of the Swedish public sector were exposed to competition, and this started the debate on how such actions might affect the business and even society.The first chapter examines how the public sector and especially health care, is financed and managed. We also explore what it means to be exposed to competition and find that there are many different ways of exposing the public sector to competition. The study examines dental care as an example of a market with both publicly and privately owned companies. The purpose of this paper is to explore how publicly and privately owned health care companies view their relationship with their consumers.

This report is focusing on problems with introducing standard enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) in businesses. A study has been carried out on a service and support department at a Swedish heat metering company, SVM North Node. The study aims to help the company become a better customer in choice and customization of a new ERP system. We make a description of the department studied and the work carried out there, on the basis of learning, knowledge and cooperation. Crowdsourcing is when a group of people is challenged to solve a problem for a company or to generate solutions and innovative ideas in exchange for compensation. A key issue is the question of what motivates individuals to participate in crowdsourcing.

This thesis is a contribution to the discussion on the public library?s institutional identity in late modernity. The aim is to shed light on the public library?s identity as expressed through its public events. The thesis seeks to answer the following questions: What kind of public events are offered at public libraries? What themes distinguish the content of these events? What characterizes the institutional identity expressed through these events? In addition to the concept of institutional identity, a model of four library spaces, developed by Skot-Hansen, Hvenegaard Rasmussen, and Jochumsen, constitutes the theoretical framework of this thesis.

In this thesis the marketing strategies of two public libraries have been explored and studied.The public library of Kalmar participates in the project GÖK which partly is a marketing project. The public library of Kalmar thereby differs from the public library of Trollhättan which is not involved in the project.The main aim of this thesis was to focus on their marketing strategies and see if there were any differences. The thesis was also concerned with the customers and their experiences of the quality of the services offered by the public libraries of Kalmar and Trollhättan, including the customers' perceptions of the operative marketing, and finally if there was a connection between marketing and customer-centered quality. Qualitative methods as well as quantitative methods were used for the collection of information .The preliminary assumption that Kalmar had a more explicit marketing strategy has been confirmed in the study. However, the customers at the public library of Trollhättan were more satisfied with the total quality of the services offered.

He claimed that Sweden had nothing to fear from a future war, we were safe. Today we know it was not so. Is this the situation for Swedish public library of today? Is the public library ready to face the future, or is it only fancy words?We have to form the future, not let the future form us.

Sammanfattning Det är viktigt med engagemang och motivation i läraryrket, dels för pedagogens skull, genom att hon känner mening med sitt arbete, dels för elevernas resultat. Den här uppsatsen är skriven i syftet att studera pedagogens uppfattningar om begreppen engagemang och motivation, samt vilk faktorer som pedagogerna uppfattar påverkar deras engagemang och motivation i arbetet. För att ta reda på detta har vi använt oss av kvalitativ metod och intervjuer som datainsamlingsmetod. Bearbetningen av materialet genomfördes genom narrativ analys. Resultatet visar på många olika faktorer som kan påverka pedagogens engagemang och motivation, till exempel att pedagogen behöver sätta gränser på olika sätt för att bibehålla sitt engagemang.
