The purpose of this paper is to find out if there are any simple solutions to attract an increased use of public transportation in a smaller town in Sweden. Simple solutions are measures that can be taken within the current budget, and which do not require large investments and extensive political decisions. In order to search for possible solutions I needed to find out which factors and attitudes that determine why people choose public transportation and peoples? traveling habit. I have made a survey study of satisfaction and attitudes among the consumers of a public transportation company in Växjö; Länstrafken Kronoberg.

This essay is focused on the questions of and responsibility for where, when, how and why communication and meetings through archaeology should take place. I have critically studied Swedish public archaeology through three diverse archaeological excava­tions, one took place in the end of the 1980s, and two others in 2012.I have asked for under what circum­stances and with which goals the public efforts become possible. I have inter­viewed leaders for the archaeological excavations and/or the public efforts and questi­o­ned how and why they reached out to the public. I also searched for results and effects in order to problematize and value the public activities.Through interpretation of the resear­ched material it becomes clear that economic issues as well as archaeo­logists interests and engagements are of vital importance for public archaeology. Every human being has the right to the highest attainable standard of health. This is regulated by the UN in the Declaration of Human Rights. However, Swedish legislation discriminate the group of irregular immigrants, regarding the right to health care. Therefore, Paul Hunt, the UN's special rapporteur on the right to health, draws serious critique on Sweden which has caused extensive debate regarding the matter, both in the civil and political sphere of society.Thus, the aim of this essay is through an analysis of the political debate; make visible the norms of citizenship which are dominating the argumentation of the seven parties represented in the Swedish Parliament. An analytical framework, consisting of three dimensions, is therefore used in order to interpret the material which is relevant for the debate.The conclusion is that Moderaterna and Centerpartiet mainly base their arguments on communitarian values, while Kristdemokraterna and Folkpartiet rather show influences of liberal ideas.

The workplace is perhaps the most developed arena for prevention of diseases and injuries among employees. In addition, according to the Swedish Work Environment Act, the employer is responsible to address physical and psychosocial risk factors. Moreover, many employers use health promotion, primarily related to individuals and their ambition to maintain or improve health, for example through dietary means and exercise. The aim of this study is to investigate health inspirers in municipal activities and their perceived support and motivation in work related to health promotion at the workplace. A qualitative method was chosen where six health inspirers within Ludvika kommun were interviewed.

 The upper secondary school has a responsibility to give every student enough knowledge for a healthy life after they finished school, this is stated in the curriculum. Although the way of reaching this knowledge or what knowledge that is to be obtained regarding health is not stated in any way, this is the teacher's job to figure out. This knowledge shall be the same regardless of where you live, this could prove to be a problem as different teachers interpretation of health will reflect the pupils knowledge of their own health. This work points out some of the problems that can arise due to the complexity of the concept of health as there are no guidelines in the curriculum that could be of help for teachers'. Through interviews with active physical education teachers and questionnaires for their pupils this work illustrates several aspects of problems most likely occurring in school regarding the health education..

The purpose of this research is to survey and describe some science teachers? conceptions of which assessment criteria they use at the marking process. Syftet med studien var att ta reda på om ungdomar vet skillnaden mellan public service och kommersiella kanaler. Vi ville även ta reda på vad det är som skiljer public service och kommersiella kanaler åt i medvetandet hos ungdomarna, som speglas ireceptionen av olika typer av serier?I studien har vi tillämpat kvalitativ metod i form av receptionsforskning, där intervjuer och observationer har utförts.Resultatet av studien visar att 20 av 25 respondenter tillhörde kategorierna: respondent medveten samt respondent något medveten. Resultaten visar att ungdomar är medvetna om vad skillnaden mellan public service och kommersiella kanaler är. De diskuterar ledigt och öppet kring de olika kanalernas programutbud.

Patients with mental illness experience dissatisfaction with their care due to lack of understanding and ignorance from the nurses. The nurses? approach might influence these patients' experience of their care. The purpose of the literature review was to describe nurses' approach in care of patients with mental illness. The literature review is based on an inductive approach and the result is based on 14 scientific papers, of which eight used a qualitative design and sex used a quantitative design.

Varje år drabbas mellan 200-300 barn av cancer. Föräldrarna till dessa barn ställs inför en ny verklighet där hela tillvaron vänds upp och ner. Syftet med studien var att belysa föräldrars upplevelser när ett barn drabbas av cancer. Studien baserades på tre självbiografiska böcker som analyserades enligt Dahlbergs (1997) innehållsanalys för kvalitativa studier. Analysen resulterade i sju kategorier som omfattar föräldrarnas upplevelser i samband med att deras barn drabbades av cancer.

Studies show that children?s and adolescents health decreases, especially the mental health. There are today many health methods that flourish in the school area. Methods that is external and used as individual interventions and methods that have the intention to integrate health in all aspects of the school curriculum.Research on health projects often show what the intervention or method has produced. Few studies have been found who discuss the pupil?s own experience regarding health projects.

The purpose of this study was to examine how people experience being in debt, what they consider was the reason for being in debt and how they experienced economic counselling. The empirical data was based on five semi-structured interviews with people having experiences from being in debt and experiences of economic counselling. The data was analysed by using theoretical perspectives from a model called economic-shame created by Bengt Starrin. The model shows how being in debt and the feelings of shame influence health. The conclusion shows that the reasons for being in debt often is due to several sudden and tragic events happening at the same time or due to each other.

Artiklarna analyserades med Lundman och Graneheims (2008) kvalitativa innehållsanalys.18 artiklar analyserades.

This paper is about the psychosocial work environment, and those factors that can be responsible for an employee?s sick leave. We have through our knowledge from working life, on several occasions experienced colleagues becoming ill, the cause being the psychosocial working environment. Private factors, for instance different kinds of life crisis like a divorce or uprooting, have contributed to the sick leave. The psychosocial working environment is complex.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to investigate and increase the understanding of Swedish Public Library Websites and to determinate which activity they mediate. To analyse the Public Library Websites Andersson and Skot-Hansen?s model of roles for the Public Library has been used. This model in¬cludes four roles for the library: the library as a cultural centre, a knowledge centre, as an information centre and as a social centre.
