One of the most distinguishing features for companies today is that they must have a close collaboration and keep up a good relationship with their suppliers. This is important for the companies chance of survival and for them to compete in their markets. This essay will discuss the subject of Scania?s long-term collaboration with their suppliers. The purpose of the essay in this case study is to analyze if a long-term cooperation with a supplier is of essence upon renegotiations of continued collaboration.

Uppsatsen har syftet att besvara huvudfrågan: Hur betraktar nutida psykoanalytiker och psykodynamiskt inriktade psykoterapeuter förhållandet mellan värderingar och psykoterapi / psykoanalys och hur ser de på sin behandlarroll utifrån detta?För att ta reda på hur nutida teoretiker besvarar denna fråga gjordes en begränsad litteraturstudie. Med hjälp av ett frågeformulär undersöktes också hur ett femtiotal svenska praktiker - psykoanalytiker och psykodynamiskt inriktade psykoterapeuter - förhåller sig till frågan om värderingar och inflytande i psykoterapi.Resultatet av litteraturgenomgången visar att en problematisering av det psykoanalytiska neutralitetsidealets objektivistiska utgångspunkt ägt rum bland teoretiker inom fältet och att dessa på olika sätt försöker hantera inkongruensen mellan den traditionella behandlingssynen och nutida kunskapsteori. Psykoanalytikerns kunskapsanspråk i behandlingen problematiseras och den psykoterapeutiska relationen - som nu betraktas som behandlingens kurativa inslag - tenderar att uppfattas konstruktivistiskt. Hos flera av de teoretiker som ingått i litteraturstudien kan man också skönja en tendens mot att omformulera behandlarens roll i mer pedagogiska termer.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the identity of teenagers is affected by the loss of a parent as well as what coping strategies support identity development. The reactions the teenagers exhibit, in such circumstances, will also be examined. To accomplish this,  a theory package was created, comprising theories in developmental psychology, identity work, coping and theory of grief reactions of children and teenagers. This package provided a broad perspective, which facilitated the analysis. Furthermore, it made it easier to address the purpose and the issue of the analysis.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen var att få en förbättrad förståelse av hur unga chefer upplever sitt arbete inom offentlig sektor och hur det psykiska välbefinnandet påverkas av arbetsbelastningen. Undersökningen har gjorts utifrån semistrukturerade intervjuer med fyra enhetschefer om deras upplevelser av arbetskrav samt psykiska välbefinnande där analysprocessen samt grunden för studien följer den fenomenologiska ansatsen. Resultatet visar utifrån chefernas upplevelser att det finns starka samband att det psykiska välbefinnandet påverkas negativt av för hög arbetsbelastning. De tydliga faktorer som skapar ohälsan är arbetsansvaret, arbetstiderna och också de höga ambitioner som chefer kan ha. Studien konstaterar hur yngre chefer har större tendens till stressrelaterade sjukdomar till följd av arbetspressen som unga chefer anses ha.

En metod för att simulera exteriört bussljud med hjälp utav Ray Tracing har testats och utvärderats. En modell av en buss har byggts upp i ett CAD program. Dominerande ljudkällor i bussen samt materialkoefficienter har tagits fram för de material som ingår i bussen. Bussen har sedan förts in i simuleringsprogrammet Odeon, där ett antal simuleringar har utförts. Olika pass-by simulering har utförts och jämförts med mätningar.

Carl Gustav Jung started to write his Black books, in which he saw himself analyzing unconscious fantasies, during the same time that he leaved the psychoanalytical movement and broke off his personal relations with Sigmund Freud. This thesis sees the interpretation of these books through a wider contextualization. The purpose is to contribute to the understanding of the breakup between the two. The therapeutic work will be highlighted where the black books will be seen through the lens of three of Jung?s more known patients as well as through the interest in mythology and fantasy that Jung showed during this time.

The main purpose of this study is to explore and develop how the Christian conception of love as agape can be understood in light of feminist concerns, and how it can be cultivated in light of psychological research. Traditionally, agape has been defined as unconditional self-sacrifice for the sake of the other. Feminist theologians have highlighted repeatedly that an ethical principle of self-sacrifice might not be liberating for groups who have already internalized pressure to sacrifice their own needs for others. The main research questions are: 1) How may agape be understood in light of feminist concerns about its traditional interpretations? 2) How could a Christian community cultivate a form of agape that is responsive to feminist concerns? In order to answer these questions, the first part of the dissertation examines feminist concerns regarding discussion of agape, and then uses these concerns as a lens for analysing four themes in contemporary accounts of agape: community, care, humility, and mentalization.

Jag har närmat mig Yat-tekniken ur en genuskontext för att se om det är möjligt att med den kunna göra mer medvetna val som skådespelare utifrån behovet av att inte följa den normativa bilden av vad en kvinna eller man ska vara, representera eller presenteras som på scenen. I mitt arbete har jag använt och undersökt Yat-tekniken som en möjlighet att se schablonen eller kategoriseringen i den vedertagna bilden av vad en människa ska vara. Jag har utgått från att femininiteter och maskuliniteter betecknar mänskliga karaktärsegenskaper fritt flytande. De har således inget med skådespelarens biologiska kön att göra. Med den utgångspunkten vore det potentiellt möjligt att med hjälp av Yat- tekniken kroppsligen applicera dessa rörelsekvalitéer på alla individer oavsett könstillhörighet.

The web sites of Swedish public libraries display a high level of heterogeneity when it comes to design and graphical user interface. The thesis is based on the opinion that the visuals of a public library web site have implications for the user as well as for the library. The design of the graphical user interface influences the attention of the user and his/her ability to absorb information. Furthermore, there is a connection between the visuals and the users opinion about the credibility of the content of the web site, as well as of the organisation itself. The research question is: Which factors may have an impact on the design of the graphical user interfaces of a public library web site? The purpose is to create an understanding for these factors and emphasize them.

Studien använder ett explicit test och jämför ungdomar (14-16 år) och vuxna gällande deras riskbedömning av brott, attityder kring brott och moralnivå. Dessa faktorer förväntas ha ett samband med varandra och kan ge en förklaring till varför ungdomar begår fler brott per capita än vuxna (Ahlberg, 1996). Samplet som utgjorde ungdomsgruppen (N=101) togs från fyra högstadier och vuxensamplet (N=101) bestod av studerande vid Komvux. Testet var ett egenkonstruerat frågeformulär och visade på flera signifikanta skillnader mellan vuxengruppen och ungdomsgruppen där vuxengruppen rapporterade högre riskbedömning, strängare attityder kring brott samt en generellt högre moralnivå. Studiens resultat stödjer tidigare forskning som visat på en diskrepans mellan ungdomars och vuxnas riskbedömning.

Hälsofrämjande insatser för barn och ungas psykiska hälsa under barndomstiden har en stor betydelse då grunden för den framtida hälsan sätts i ungdomsåren. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur det hälsofrämjande arbetet beskrivits i riktlinjer och handlingsplaner i några av Sveriges största kommuner med fokus på inriktningen i dokumenten för barns och ungas psykiska hälsa. Studien genomfördes som en induktiv kvalitativ dokumentstudie av innehållet i kommunala offentliga dokument, där beskrivning av hälsofrämjande insatser för barns och ungas psykiska hälsa undersöktes. Studien visade att samtliga kommuner påtalar samverkansarbete mellan olika verksamheter som viktigt i det hälsofrämjande arbetet för barn och unga samtidigt som kommunen har ansvar att främja barns och ungas hälsa i samband med lärande, kvalité på undervisning, se till enskilda behov, ge insatser för att trygga uppväxten och att följa barns och ungas rättigheter. Slutsatsen av studien var att det hälsofrämjande begreppet sällan eller aldrig nämndes i de kommunala dokumenten.

The purpose of this master thesis is to understand how busy moms experience their grocery shopping trips and the in-store environment. In gaining this knowledge, we aim at being able to suggest ways to improve the grocery shopping experience of busy moms; and present insights that can help food retailers in targeting this consumer group in-store. Methodology: We use an iterative approach, and work with photo elicitation interviews. We let our respondents capture their experiences in photographs, which then aid in recalling their memories in follow up interviews. Theoretical perspective: We base our theoretical perspective on environmental psychology where we use the original M-R model, and include personal and situational variables suggested by Bäckström and Johansson (2006); where the latter variable includes the views by Turley and Milliman (2000).

The purpose with the paper is to theoretically investigate how sensory experience and positive affect in contact with outdoor environment can promote health by 1) develop a model of the sensory and emotional processes based on multiple code theory (Bucci, 1997) and 2) examine if this model can increase understanding of the processes that takes place in outdoor recreation, the way this is described in environmental psychology research and theory. The paper starts by introducing research and perspectives concerning outdoor recreation. Different theories of nature?s health promoting effects are described. These include the restoration theories of Roger Ulrich and Steven and Rachel Kaplan, theories more concerned with outdoor activities and a theory combining these two perspectives called instorative theory. After this sensory and emotional information processing is examined through the works of Wilma Bucci and Jean Ayres. Antionio Damasio?s theories of emotion and Daniel Stern?s concept of vitalityaffects are than introduced to extend this reasoning.

The purpose is to understand the planning process for residential buildings and toinvestigate the consequences of the choices made in the process. The project will alsoprovide broader knowledge in the design and development under the current law andpractice.The goal is to present a proposal on how a city near the site where water can bedesigned from a sustainable perspective. How can a residential neighborhood be anenvironmentally sound and sustainable region? New systems and techniques havebeen presented previously in terms of sustainable environments and these are intendedof being used in the project Quarter Water-mirror.The project has been implemented on the computer program ArchiCAD in whichdrawings and visualizations have been carried out. These drawings are included asannexes to the report.For information, calculations and drawings, laws for physical planning and Swedishstandard have been followed.Residential buildings have been designed on a site, which is 2, 5 hectares.

The aims of the present study were to implement and evaluate a three-session Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) stress management intervention in a non-clinical group of university students (N = 25) and to investigate the importance of practice in an ACT-intervention. A design with pre-test and double post-test was chosen. A comparison was made between a nine-hour ACT-intervention containing practice for the participants, a two-hour lecture on ACT and stress management containing no practice for the participants and a control group. Psychological flexibility was assessed with Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2 and mindfulness was measured with Kentucky Inventory of Mindfulness Skills. Perceived stress level was measured with Perceived Stress Scale.
