I och med ökningen av att antalet unga som numera hamnar i strukturerade öppenvårdsprogram behövs mer kunskap om såväl innehåll som resultat. Denna studies syfte är att undersöka och belysa en öppenvårdsverksamhets, i en mellansvensk kommun, innehåll d.v.s. vilka föränd-ringar som familjerna kan beskriva har skett samt om positiva förändringar kvarstår efter be-handling.

The issue of sick leave and an increase of ill health in the workplace is a social problem inSwedenthat is currently an important topic. Public human service organisations are one of the sectors where this is a major problem. The aim of this study is to examine what significance the leadership in public human service organisations has on the health and sense of well being among the staff within the organisation. We have chosen to look at this issue from a health promoting perspective where we focused on health factors and to what extent the management can influence and promote the possibilities for a healthy workplace with healthy staff. The results of the study are based on interviews with three leaders within the public human service sector.

This study was conducted in the red-light area of Pune city, India. The target group of the study is sex workers that are victims of human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation. The purpose of this study was to examine the initial and continuing trauma and its effects, and the coping strategies that these women develop in order to survive. The initial trauma occurs during the trafficking and seasoning process in the brothel. The term continuing trauma refers to violence and psychological trauma that are part of sex workers lives.

Föreliggande studie genomfördes i form av en enkätundersökning och syftade till att kartlägga förekomsten av självskadehandlingar bland studenter vid Lunds Universitet. Ett annat syfte var att ta reda på i vilken utsträckning faktorer, som påverkan från subkulturella strömningar, medias influenser eller en önskan att utmana tabun och "spränga" gränser kan vara bidragande till fenomenets uppkomst och vidmakthållande. Könsskillnader, frekvens och motiv bakom självskadehandlingarna var andra faktorer som undersöktes. Resultaten visar att 31.8 % av studenterna någon gång hade skadat sig själva. Studien fann inga signifikanta skillnader mellan könen i förekomst av självskadebeteende, vilket däremot gjordes avseende anledningen till självskadehandlingarna.

Det här arbetet syftar till att skapa klarheti begreppet risk och sätta det i relation till hur Försvarsmakten hanterar bedömningen av riskidag. Nurses have an important role caring with the suicidal patient as they often are the first to encounter these individuals. In order to develop their skills, nurses need to understand the complexity of the problem around the thoughts of wanting to die. The purpose of the study was to compile and elucidate research that describes how nurses can provide care to suicidal patients. The method used was a literature review. The results were divided into seven themes that can guide the nurse in the work: to be there, give time and listen, to recognize and assess risk factors, working in a team, to be attentive to own attitudes, to give hope, to be able to process their feelings, increased knowledge of the causes of suicide.

It is also interesting to see whether customers who are satisfied with their current bank may still consider switching to something else.Method: The method is both qualitative and quantitative methods of data collection, with main focus on a quantitative survey. The purpose of this study was to examine the experience of organizational culture among salespeople at a specific workplace. The purpose was also to investigate what motivates these salespeople in their work and the impact culture has on their motivation. We have used a qualitative research method to collect the empirical material. With the help of seven interviews, including six salespeople from one of Sweden?s biggest electronic retailer and also one information interview with a sales consultant, we attempted to find the answer to how they perceive the organizational culture and how it affects their work motivation. The following questions are used to fulfill this purpose: ? How do the salespeople experience the organizational culture? ? What motivates the salespeople in their daily work? ? What effects does the organizational culture have on the salespersons motivation? As analytical tools we have used are the concept of organizational culture, Schein's description of the three components of culture and Herzberg Motivation-Hygiene theory. The results of the study indicate that the salespeople experience a positive organizational culture and that this culture promotes fellowship and unity between colleagues, which in turn contributes to an enhanced motivation.

Problem: Den ekonomiska kris som präglat världsmarknaden under 2007 till 2010 har drabbat börser världen över till olika grad. Denna uppsats studerar hur krisen drabbat den svenska fondmarknaden och tillväxtmarknadsfonder ur perspektivet risk och avkastning. Detta är i denna studie belyst utifrån en svensk småsparares perspektiv.Problemlösning: Utifrån portföljteorin i form av Sharpekvoten och Modigliani-Modiglianis modell för riskjusterad avkastning har avkastning, till för de båda kategorierna gemensam risknivå, fastställts. Den placering med högst avkastning till likställd risk används som en indikator för val av placering.Slutsats: Skillnaden i avkastning givet gemensam risk är marginell under perioden och anses inte vara tillräckligt hög för att användas som indikator, gällande placeringsalternativen emellan, för en svensk småsparare..
