En av Skolverkets tankar med de nationella proven är att de ska fungera som en bedömnings mall vilket lärarna i vår studie också använde sig av men ansåg samtidigt att deras bedömning av eleverna kunde ske utan de nationella proven. Vårterminen 2009 infördes nationella prov för årskurs 3. Skolverket och regeringen beslutade att proven skulle bli obligatoriska i både svenska och matematik samtidigt infördes mål att uppnå i båda ämnena för årskurs 3. Syftet med vår undersökning är att undersöka betydelsen av nationella prov i svenska årskurs 3 med särskilt fokus på lärarnas planering och bedömning. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ studie där vi har intervjuat lärare på två olika skolor om deras syn på nationella proven.

I denna undersökning konstrueras fundamentala aktieindex med aktier innefattade av indexetStockholm OMX30 under perioden 1999-04-01 till och med 2009-03-31. Dels konstruerasenskilda index där indexeringen sker efter faktorerna bokvärde, utdelning, försäljning, resultat,kassaflöde och antal anställda, dels ett index där faktorerna sammanvägs. Detta för att undersökahuruvida fundamentala index bättre speglar företags fundamentala värde och därmed genererarhögre riskjusterad avkastning i förhållande till ett marknadsvägt referensindex. De enskildaindexen bokvärde, utdelning, försäljning, antal anställda samt det sammanvägda indexet visarhögre riskjusterad avkastning än referensindexet. Kassaflödes- och resultatindexet presterardäremot markant sämre än referensindexet.

This study aims to explain the Stuxnet-attack against Iran in 2009-2010 by using the IR-theory of structural realism. By doing so the theory also faces the challenge of the impact of the information revolution on security and international relations. The structural realism that is at hand is that of Kenneth Waltz and his Theory of International Politics from 1979.The study reaches the conclusion that Waltzs focus on the structure of the international system and the distribution of capabilities applies well to the case of Stuxnet as a cyber attack. The creators of the sophisticated Stuxnet, USA and Israel, also indicates that when it comes to this certain aspect of the information revolution and IR, states seem to still be the main actor. Finally the character of one of the major features of the Stuxnet-attack; the internet, is shown to have an anarchic structure that fits well as an extension of the realist view of the international system..

The concept of building work environment co- ordinator is a relatively new concept that has its origin in the amendment to the Working Environment Act which came into force on 1 January 2009. The terms; building work environment co-ordinator appointed for planning and design and building work environment co-ordinator for the execution of building or civil engineering work ushered in the industry. Once these disciplines complement one another, you can achieve a smooth handover to ensure a good and healthy working environment.In this thesis, we study a company in Uppsala and their operations and handover by interviewing the relevant staff in question. The result shows that there are currently no present guidelines for how and when the handover should take place, it is up to each individual to provide themselves with the relevant information.If the handover of the work environment would occur to the extent it should it would lead to minimized proportions of unforeseen risks and events that may occur during the production phase, which ultimately leads to a better and healthier working environment..

This study attempts to answer the question of whether the propaganda of the Swedish political parties ?Socialdemokraterna?, and/or ?Sverigedemokraterna?, used for the election to the European parliament 2009, are to be viewed as populistic. Furthermore, is the propaganda to viewed as included in the ?Classical populism?, the ?New populism?, both, or none of the above genres? With a theoretical approach deriving from earlier works on the subject Classical/New populism from a number of writers, the study uses empirical and qualitative text analysis to study the parties propaganda. For each of the two genres of populism an ideal type is set up, which is used to define their core elements.

Kalmar Energis kraftvärmeverk har sedan det togs i drift 2009 blandat bottenaskan med askan ifrån konvektionsstråken. Eftersom Kalmar Energi söker nya användningsområden för askorna var för sig har en separering av dessa blivit aktuell att undersöka.Syftet med rapporten var att ta fram en teknisk lösning åt Kalmar Energi för att transportera aska från konvektionsstråk 2 och 3 till flygasksilon på Moskogen kraftvärmeverk.Rapporten har skrivits i nära samarbete med Moskogens driftpersonal samt med tillgång till deras arkiv och DCS. Rapporten har gjorts som en kvalitativ undersökning med intervjuer och en litteraturstudie.Den tekniska lösningen resulterade i att aska från konvektionsstråk 2 och 3 transporteras via cellmatare, skruvar och fallrör till en ny gemensam stoftsändare. Stoftsändaren kommer sedan pneumatiskt transportera askan via en ny transportledning direkt till flygasksilon..

After emergencies involving chemical spills it is of great importance that correct measures are taken with short notice, both for the security of people and in order to minimize future environmental consequences. The RIB-unit at the Swedish Rescue Services Agency initiated this study, the aim of which is to propose changes to the existing chemical transport calculation tool: Chemical Spill 3.4, included in RIB - Integrated Decision Support for Civil Protection, so that it can be used for decision support as well as in preventive work. A rough estimation of chemical transport in the subsurface is considered being of great importance when making decisions during emergency response operations.The proposition presented in this report is a non site specific chemical transport model which is designed to give a rough estimation of NAPL flow in homogenous isotropic soil shortly after an instantaneous release. The model can be used at two levels; both in situations without access to information on subsurface properties, and with more accuracy in situations with knowledge of the included parameters. For that reason the user can choose among predefined alternatives or assign the parameters a numeric value to increase the quality of the model output.

Detta examensarbete är en undersökning av The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) statistik rörande operationer med dynamisk positionering (DP) inom 500-meterzonen. Statistiken har sedan jämförts med resultaten från en enkät som skickats ut till berörda nautiker och personal i land. I enkäten har deltagarna fått ge sin personliga uppfattning om hur fem övergripande kategorier för orsaker till incidenter, härledda ur IMCAs inrapporterade material, bör rangordnas efter vilken kategori som anses mest trolig att orsaka en incident. Resultatet visar på en skillnad vad gäller operatörens roll i IMCAs statistik och vad som upplevs inom offshore-industrin. Samma resultat återfinns oavsett hur lång arbetslivserfarenhet man har av DP och oavsett om man arbetar till sjöss eller på en säkerhetsavdelning i land..

This thesis has been done in order to ease the process of drawing schematics ofelectrical wiring. The need arose after demand from the government due to a seriesof incidents that took place during the revision of the nuclear power plant in year2009.The task of the project has been to create a computer program that can generate agraphical representation of the electrical components relations. The basis for theprogram has been an example of how the client wants the graphical representation tolook. During the course of the project weekly meetings have occured in which theclient has reviewed the work.The result of the project is a program written in Visual Basic Applications that can berun in Microsoft Excel. The program is capable of generating graphics for a majority ofthe cases.

Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka hur mindre svenska event- och turismföretag använder sig av hemsidor och sociala medier för att marknadsföra sig via Internet. Bakgrunden till detta ämnesval är delvis ett intresse från oss författare. Genom våra studier och vårt intresse för event och ?turismbranschen har vi blivit allt mer intresserade av dessa verktyg då vi tror att de kan vara av stor vikt speciellt för mindre företag inom denna bransch. Vi har även identifierat ett behov av vidare studier inom ämnet från forskare (Robeiro & Love, 2003).

The work which has been carried out is a part of thecertification process of ISO 14001 which will be completed by the end of year 2009.The aim is to create auditroutines for the company in order to be able audit ISO 14001standard internally which is a demand to get certified and to keep the certification in thefuture. Denna explorativa studie beskriver hur den interna kontrollen i organisationer kan påverkas under implementeringen av ett ERP system. Intern kontroll är en del av organisationens ekonomistyrning och består av organisationens rutiner och aktiviteter för att undvika risker och säkerställa att organisationens mål uppfylls. Eftersom implementeringen av ett ERP system är en riskfylld process är det viktigt att förstå hur den interna kontrollen påverkas. För att undersöka detta används i studien ramverket Internal Control - Integrated framework. Datainsamlig genomfördes på en stor IT-organisation där ERP systemet Navision 2009 implementeras och 10 respondenter från olika avdelningar intervjuades.

Ronneby kommun har år 2009 antagit en ny profil, Den moderna kurorten, som ska förtydliga vad kommunen har att erbjuda och vilka mål den sätter för framtiden. Detta arbete syftar till att söka svar på om denna nyantagna profil och vad den står för har speglat av sig i kommunens fysiska planering. Detta görs genom att söka upp kommunala dokument med uttalade kopplingar till denna profil. Profilens betydelse kommer sedan att analyseras för att sedan jämföras med fallstudiernas åtgärder. På så sätt kan arbetet hitta kopplingar mellan den aktuella fysiska planeringen och kommunens profil och därmed avgöra om Den moderna kurorten har satt spår i planeringen.

This thesis has been carried out in autumn 2009 at Uppsala University for Boliden Mineral AB. Physical modelling has been used to model a comminution circuit. The model has then been linked to a PLC.When a concentrator is about to become operational Boliden Mineral AB have been looking for a way to test the PLC. The purpose of this report has therefore been to develop models for the subprocess in a concentrator and link these models to the PLC. The subprocess was a comminution circuit in Aitik36.
