The increasing complexity in the development of a configurable real-time system has emerged new principles of software techniques, such as aspect-oriented software development and component-based software development. These techniques allow encapsulation of the system's crosscutting concerns and increase the modularity of the software. The properties of a component that influences the systems performance or semantics are specified separately in entities called aspects, while basic functionality of the property still remains in the component. When building a real-time system, different sets of configurations of aspects and components can be combined, resulting in different configurations of the system. The temporal behavior of the system changes and a way to ensure the predictability of the system is needed.

This study is an investigation of how fa?adism can be understood as an act of conservation and compensation in Sweden, through the definition of fa?adism as the act of retaining or reconstructing an existing fa?ade with the construction of a new building behind the fa?ade. The study is executed through an investigation and analysis of the definition of fa?adism, arguments for and against fa?adism related to authenticity, and through an analysis of how current legislation, policies and charters regarding conservation and/or compensation can support or counteract fa?adism. The first part of this study is executed through a literature study of fa?adism on an international level.

The objective of this work was to introduce measures to reduce energy and water demand at Gävle Söder 17:10. To succeed, this energy audit has been made. The work is based on collected statistics from the property owner Norrporten, measurements, literature review and through consultation with experts in the field. Two models, one for each building, have been created in the simulation program BV2 to estimate the potential of energy measures based on the collected information. The models in BV2 have been verified against the statistics of the energy consumption.With the help of calculations and simulations, seven cost-effective measures have been identified.

The aim of this thesis was to find out how the teachers I have interviewed, felt that they worked with and looked at conflict management. The aim was also to find similarities and differences in teachers' ways of working with conflict. With the help of my questions, I got answers to what I wanted to explore in my essay. I used these questions: What strategies do the teachers I interviewed for managing conflicts in preschool? What tools do the teachers I interviewed see as most effective in the process of conflict management? Are there differences and similarities in the way that the teachers I interviewed work with current conflict? What factors, according to the informants starts a conflict? What is the teachers? definition of a conflict and how does their definition affect their approach when working with conflicts?In my study, I have used a qualitative approach in the form of structured interview, to get material for my thesis.

Vår uppsats handlar om begreppet utanförskap och dess breda handlingsområde. Utanförskap är ett begrepp som under den senaste tiden blivit ett vanligt slagord i massmedier och i det offentliga politiska samtalet. I den politiska diskursen om utanförskap finns det ett bestämt sätt att prata om invandrare, bidragsberoende och kriminella som stående utanför samhället. Inom det sociala arbetet används utanförskapsbegreppet som ett symboliskt och metaforiskt begrepp för att beskriva olika slags sociala problem. Under 2014 kom det även ut flera samhällskritiska hiphop-låtar som hade begreppet ?Utanförskap? som rubrik.

Ordet attraktiv stad används dagligen, men själva begreppet är komplex och svårdefinierat. Å ena sidan den är stark kopplad till individens egen uppfattning och åt andra sidan rymmer den många olika faktorer. Utifrån litteratur som studerades så framkom det att ett fysiskt rum i detta fall en attraktiv stad är svår att planera om inte begreppet fastställs. Det finns många teoretiker som har försökt förklara begreppet och rymma in alla faktorer under en och samma definition. Trots detta allomfattande forskningen finns det idag ingen fastställd teori eller konkret definition på vad som utgör en attraktiv stad, varken i den nyare eller äldre litteratur.I examensarbetet undersöks begreppet attraktiv stad/ attraktiv småstad.

Background: The development of the IT-industry, where new technologies and new services continually arise, has led to new players with different specializations. The increased degree of specialization means that these players need to cooperate with each other in different types of projects.Problem definition: What factors are important in a project to achieve the objectives as quickly as possible? More players should lead to cooperation difficulties, how can you coordinate in the best possible way? Today, it is desirable for all parties in the project to shorten down the lead time.Purpose: The main purpose is to explore the different factors that affects the project's lead time concerning broadband installation. The part purpose, is to analyze and assess the conditions for cooperation between different players in the project for broadband installation and to provide a recommendation.Method: In order to answer the problem definition, the paper is structured around a qualitative approach with interviews to obtain data. Mostly, the used data comes from primary sources with an extension of secondary sources.Theories: Theories that are used in the paper are: Communication Process, Communication Plan, Project Planning & Project Plan, Efficiency through collaboration, Communication in a network.Empiric: Empirical data consists of primary data collected through interviews.Analysis: The analysis is based on the variables from the theoretical frame of reference; Communications, Planning, Interaction & Information.

Uppsatsen behandlar skatteflyktslagen ingående och en definition av begreppet skatteflykt presenteras. Även begreppen skattefusk och skatteplanering bearbetas. Vidare nämns metoden genomsyn då den är ett alternativt sätt att angripa skatteflyktsförfaranden på.Uppsatsens syfte är att utreda vilka omständigheter som krävs för att skatteflyktslagen ska bli tillämplig samt om lagen är tolkningsbar. Om så inte är fallet utreds hur lagen kan omarbetas. Det framkommer att lagen går att tillämpa och tolka men svårigheter föreligger.

Det här examensarbetet är utfört på uppdrag av Skanska Väg och Anläggning Region Stockholm/Mälardalen med syftet att inventera byggprocessen vid markupphandling i tidigt skede och samarbetet mellan BoKlok Housing AB, Skanska Väg och Anläggning och Distrikt Affär.Bakgrunden till arbetet är att Skanska Väg och Anläggning upplever vissa svårigheter i sitt samarbete med sitt dotterbolag BoKlok Housing AB. Samarbetet gäller framförallt framtagandet av kostnadsbedömningar och utförandet av markarbeten som Distrikt Affär och Skanska Väg och Anläggning gör åt BoKlok Housing AB. Svårigheterna uppstår på grund av olika förutsättningar för olika projekt och dålig kommunikation. Det som försvårar problemet ytterligare är att det ingår en tredje part, Affär Distrikt, som är Skanskas nystartade affärsenhet. Affär Distrikt tar fram kostnadsförslaget medan Skanska Väg och Anläggning utför själva arbetet i projekten.Studien har genomförts med fokus på byggprocessen, organisationen och det som i dagligt tal kallas ?tidiga skeden?.

The aim of this study is to enlighten how todays working environment affects young individuals descriptions of how to reach success in work life, now often titled as ?career?. Our purpose has been to analyse how the term career is constituted discursively among young people in jobs characterized by flexibility. The study is based on six qualitative interviews with young adults in the media industry, all between 20-30 years old. By utilising a Foucaultdian discourse analysis we want to expose how the competing and dominating discourses, that our interviewees? statements are based on, can be associated with a wider social context.  The study reveals that our interviewees describe career in two separate ways, both positively and negatively.

Intresset för hälsa har fått allt större betydelse i människors vardag. Något som också tar sig uttryck i arbetslivet då allt fler organisationer arbetar med friskvård. Friskvårdssatsningarna kan bland annat bestå av betalda träningskort och anmälningsavgifter till olika motionslopp men också lugnare aktiviteter som promenader och fiske. Syftet med undersökningen är att se hur ett stort företag i tillverkningsindustrin arbetar med friskvård och hälsa. Vi avser undersöka vilka de bakomliggande orsakerna till friskvård är, på vilket sätt friskvårdsarbetet bedrivs och hur detta upplevs av personalen.

To create a more accessible environment for disabled people, the Swedish government, in the year of 2001, made the national act of easily eliminated obstacles valid. This national act states that all easily eliminated obstacles in the municipalities, in places and in premises that are public, shall be removed before the end of 2010, no matter if the owner of the place or premise is private or public. According to Boverket, most of the municipalities are not going to be able to reach that goal, why? The aim of this thesis is to compare the two municipalities Kalmar and Karlskrona in their way of implementing this national act, to see where it went wrong and why. By using implementation theories and qualitative empirical data in the form of interwievs with the total of eight people from different administrations in both of the municipalities, the subject was analyzed and discussed.

I got a request from Eleiko Sport AB regarding them needing help with trying to improve one of their products. The following examination project includes the principal- and primary construction reports within trying to make some improvements and optimizations on a stand for Kettle bells. I have in this project both made my own proposals to the stands legs, proposals on how to strengthen the shelf and also made an optimization of the original Kettle bell-stand. In this report, the project goes from idea to being built and analyzed in Catia, including the creation of drawings and material definition..

Energy supply in Sweden year 2011 amounted to 577 TWh. The final energy consumption for industrial, residential and service was 379 TWh. Sweden has energy policy goals to reduce energy use in buildings. One of these goals is to reduce the energy use by 20 % in 2020 compared to the year 1995. An important step to achieve this goal is to target energy efficiency measures in existing buildings.
