It is a design project in which a new design method is being tested and evaluated. The intention of the project is to determine whether a concept can be found and evolved from a chosen subject or not. The aim of the book project is also to investigate if the form and content of the book could be entwined, making it impossible to separate them from each other..

The project is about making a Re-Design of the Swedish Socialistic Newspaper ?Dagens ETC?. The background to the project is my search for commitment when I work with a specific customer or project and how importantthat commitment are?The project was from the beginning split up to three different phases. The meaning of the first phase where to make a re-design mainly based on a interview with Johan Ehernberg, the chef editor on ETC.The second phase was a design totally made of my own idea and creative view as a Graphic Designer.I had in mind to make the third phase based on the result of the first two phases.During phase one and two I reconsidered and decided to skip the third step and put more effort in to the two first ones.

CML Data AB is a small IT-company that offers complete IT-solutions adjusted to the needs of the customers. It is hard for the employees to bring all necessary papers, files and software when visiting a customer. They also have difficulties planning their daily work and to keep track of each other, because of the lack of a shared calendar.The purpose of this report is to answer the following questions:- How do you develop a centralized information system for CML Data AB where it is possible for the employees to gain access to files, plan their days and where the customers can get access to relevant information?- How do you develop an information system that is easy to manage?- How do you make it easier for the employees at CML Data AB to update their homepage?We discussed the problems and the future information system with the employees and were able to establish a set of needs and requirements which we then used as a foundation during the software development. We used user centered system design during the whole process and focused a lot on usability and interaction design.The project resulted in a stylistically pure and user friendly portal.

This assignment focuses on the concept of ?school trips? and Gotland. Pedagogically, the school trip was initially focussed on practical and national aspects, the education to be made visible and the idea was to present Sweden, its nature and its industries. The Gotland administration chose to focus on the unique and cultural history, and it was unusual that visits were undertaken to factories and workshops. This was also the start of the current tourism trend where knowledge of the value of the countryside and the opportunities for tourism is a successful combination, which can be seen today even if the school trips now have different areas to visit.

In 2014-2015 a large-scale Ebola epidemic occurred in West Africa. The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency was given the order to conduct the Swedish response. The purpose of this case study was to investigate the impact on project planning of the three factors: the nature of the crisis, political initiative and developing countries. In this case study the crisis was an epidemic, and the project was initiated by the Swedish Government and conducted in two developing countries. The results were intended to contribute to developed understanding and recommendations for future project managers in similar projects.

The project has involved development and efficiency of a free starter package for expectant parents with useful content consisting of useful products for both before and after childbirth. The purposehas been to provide a solution to the question above and give Husqvarna a good base of which they can continue towards a finished product.

This thesis describes the processes of establishing wind farms in Sweden. The workcontains a thorough literature review regarding both the establishing process andproject management, including complex project theory. The main part consists of theexecution of 15 interviews with organizations involved in wind farm establishment.The result of these interviews laid the foundation for a process description identifyingdifferent steps and activities in these types of projects. The outcome was thencompiled in a project model, which includes five phases and four processes.When analyzing the project of establishing wind farms from the theory of complexprojects one discovers that the amount of different requirements and stakeholdersnecessitates a systematical and dynamical project structure. Since projects are in needof different types of competences there are also many consultants and contractorsinvolved.

The report isstructured in a chronological order and describes the methods and systems developed in theworkflow. By conducting a general study about glue and its different forms it was possible to obtain abroad knowledge, which helped to choose the right substances to later use in testing on the differentcardboard materials in question. Course: Master's Thesis in Business AdministrationPurpose: The purpose with this paper is to give an insight, and to compare, the project management of two IT-projects ? one which product was implemented and put into use, and one, which was implemented but no longer exists on the market. Furthermore also examine the critical success factors that influence the success respectively the failure of the IT-projects. Method: To attain the purpose with our study we have chosen a qualitative method. We have carried out interviews with two of the project managers of the IT-project of the two large companies.Result: A couple of problems occurred within the IT-projects of the large companies.

The aim of this qualitative study was to give an deeper understanding of how employees in the engineering industry experienced health education and how they understood and gave meaning to the terms health and health education. The study was based on interviews with eight men and women who participated in a health education project which had been held on their workplace. When the study took place the interviewees were in the age between 28 and 58 years. The results indicate that the employees understood health as a combination of both physical and psychological factors. The positive aspects described by the interviewees based on their experiences from the project were increase physical activities and that the project had helped them to get a better diet.

This master thesis has been performed at the department of Machine Design at KTH, The Royal Institute of Technology. The thesis has been a part of a global development project in collaboration with Luleå University of Technology, Lund Faculty of Engineering and Stanford University. This project details the process of converting and transferring a turn-based paper prototype to a digital real-time format. The projects goals were to see how well the original feeling could be transferred to real-time and how the transition itself went. The project have been completed with the help of the programmer Mikael Gullberg. The practical part of the project was executed between the dates of 25/4 ? 2/5.
