Syftet med den här undersökningen var att förklara vad som styr redovisningsekonomer i deras val av karriär. Redovisningsekonomer kan välja ett flertal olika karriärer efter examen. För de personer som har läst ekonomi med inriktning mot revision, redovisning och controller kan valet vara att arbeta som revisor. Forskning inom området karriärval visar att det är olika faktorer som påverkar individen. Dessa faktorer kan vara ålder, kön, familjeliv, social klass och sociala kontakter.

Background and problem: Corporate Governance is a well-known phenomenon which has been the focus of plenty of research where the board of directors and the CEO have been regarded as important actors. What's affecting decisions regarding these actors has been debated whereas media has been pointed out of having an impact. To decide whether or not media can affect Corporate Governance have shown to be problematic whereas it exists divergent views regarding this. At the same time this relationship is more explored in other contexts than the swedish one, although this one is considered suitable for this. Consequently there is a motive for examining medias impact on Corporate Governance in Sweden. Purpose: The purpose of the thesis is to explain if media has an impact on Corporate Governance at an overall level.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediatization of Swedish politics on a municipal level. We live in a world were media affects many aspects of life. One of those aspects is the communication between the citizens and the politicians.Our main research questions are:To what extent do politicians communicate with journalists and who initiates these contacts?Do politicians talk to some types of media rather than others?What factors make a politician choose to speak to media?To what extent do leading Swedish municipal politicians use media strategies?To answer these questions we have used various theories to help us understand media?s role oftoday. First we explain the transformation that has taken part in Swedish media over the last century, from political party press to independent media companies.

This thesis investigates the communicative role of scenography in the performing arts for children, with an aim to make the readers understand the ways in which a set design can be optimized so that a young audience can be able to interpret the play and its message.The art of scenography is complex and includes many elements. The research questions can therefore be grouped into three clusters: one artistic oriented (How does the scenographic process work and what is its relation to the scenic piece at large? In which ways may scenography be used to support the desiderate interpretation?), one audience oriented (Which work processes enhances the chances of creating dramatic art that is perceived as meaningful to the audience? On what premises can the semiotics of theatre be used in the performing arts for a young audience?) and last a cluster that focuses on Den magiska cirkeln (The Magic Circle) by ung scen/öst (What is told in the show and how is this portrayed in the scenography? Who is in the target group, and does the audience get the feeling of the performance as intended?).Den magiska cirkeln is used as a case study in the thesis in order to reflect the theoretical material. Methods in the case study includes performance analysis, a survey completed by 178 people in the audience and an interview with scenographer Anna Dolata. 14 performing analyzes of Swedish children?s theatre shows have been made in addition to the case study.The thesis analyses and compares two work logics; the internal logic and the external logic, and it is shown that meaningful interpretations are likelier to happen with an external logical point of view.

Vi har i denna kvalitativa studie med induktiv ansats genomfört två fallstudier med syfte attstudera skillnaderna mellan den funktionella eller formaliserade definitionen av controllern frånden praktiska och handlingsorienterade definitionen. Samtidigt studerade vi skillnaderna mellancontrollerns syn på sin egen roll och controllerns kollegors syn på dess roll. Analysen hargenomförts med hjälp av en teoretisk referensram som vi byggt upp utifrån två kategorier sompåverkar controllerns roll, interna samt externa faktorer. Det vi kommit fram till visar att detfinns tydliga skillnader mellan den funktionella eller formaliserade definitionen från denpraktiska och handlingsorienterade definitionen. Vidare resultat som framkommit genom vårstudie är att controllern idag närmar sig ledningen och de klassiska arbetsuppgifterna tas allt meröver av datorer och ekonomisystem, vilket är den största skillnaden som framkommit från denfunktionella definitionen som litteraturen ger oss.

This has meant that a controller designed around an ATmega8 microcontroller has been manufactured and programmed. The data acquisition system COMET developed by Saab AB contains a unit for signal conditioning and A/D conversion, called KSM. The varieties in signal conditioning constitutes of a number of specific PBAs and maintenance as well as reconfiguration of these are complicated not to mention costly. This thesis has aimed to investigating whether the signal conditioning circuits can be replaced by a general purpose, programmable solution. If so, how can this be done? The development has been carried out by evaluating ideas through the use of a laboratory environment and has resulted in an analog design for laboratory purpose.

ARES stands for ?Aircraft Rigid body Engineering Simulation?. To work with these pilot models has been both time-consuming and inefficient.

The idea for the thesis ?Construction and implementation of a mobile prototype; The Lovebomb? originates from doctoral candidates Rebecca Hansson and Tobias Skog from PLAY Research Group at the Interactive Institute in Gothenburg. The object of the master thesis is to construct two working LoveBomb prototypes, one mother console belonging to the LoveBomb and blueprints for both. The LoveBomb (the picture to the right shows a possible design) is intended to encourage people to express themselves emotionally when situated amongst strangers in public spaces. Syftet är att undersöka huruvida övergången till IFRS den 1 januari 2005 resulterar i några effekter i balansräkningen för ett börsnoterat svenskt bolag. Dessutom undersöker vi om ett svenskt börsnoterat företag anser att möjligheten att jämföra börsnoterade företags finansiella rapporter ökar i och med övergången till IFRS. Vidare har vi kontrollerat om de uppfattningar ett svenskt börsnoterat företag har om de framtida effekterna som kan uppstå till följd av övergången till IFRS överrensstämmer med uttalanden gjorda i affärstidningar och annan fackpress. Vår intention är slutligen att presentera ett svenskt börsnoterat företags idéer kring eventuellt ändrat framtida beteende till följd av övergången till IFRS. Arbetet innefattar en fallstudie baserad på en kvalitativ metod, eftersom vi ämnade uppnå en djupare förståelse av det vi studerade.
