The aim of this study was to see if an increased amount of gas could be seen in the small bowel of cats subjected to trauma and if measuring the amount of gas could be of any use in the clinical evaluation of the patient. When the peristaltic waves in the small bowel decreases due to neurological damage or chock the microorganisms of the gut grow in number and possibly produce more gas and toxins. When the cat is stressed it can swallow more air then usual, and the air that is in solution with the chyme in the lumen of the gut separates from the ingesta. When the bowel isn?t moving it becomes easier for bacteria and toxins to penetrate the wall of the gut, and then get access to the bloodstream.

Förorenade områden kan utgöra en stor risk för den omgivande miljön. Föroreningar som tungmetaller kan påverka det mikrobiologiska livet samt genom urlakning föras ut i grundvatten och vidare förorena omgivande miljö och dricksvatten. Tungmetaller tas även upp i organismer och sprids vidare i näringskedjor och kan också nå människan genom föda som växer eller odlas på förorenad mark. Föroreningar i mark härstammar oftast från gammal industriell produktion, så även i och omkring samhället Gusum i Östergötland. Här har verksamhet med smältverk bedrivits sedan 60-talet och ända fram till början av 80-talet var rökgaserna från verket orenade från metaller och har kraftigt förorenat och skadat närområdet kring bruket.

Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att utreda och undersöka markägarens rätt till ersättning vid ianspråktagande av mark för gruvdrift. Den rättsdogmatiska metoden det vill säga den juridiska metoden har använts för att besvara frågeställningen. Dock har bristen på rättspraxis gjort att tyngdpunkten har lagts på de andra rättskällorna det vill säga lag, förarbeten och doktrin. Uppsatsen har redogjort för äganderätten och egendomsskyddet i regeringsformens 2 kapitel 15 § och Europakonventionen, det vill säga redogjort för vilka inskränkningar som kan göras i äganderätten samt beskrivit processen från undersökning till färdig gruva. Tyngdpunkten i uppsatsen har lagts på att redogöra för minerallagens ersättningsbestämmelser nämligen minerallagens 7 kapitel men även expropriationslagens 4 kapitel.

With the development of the Internet, illegal copying of electronic documents has become a growing problem. There is an increasing need of prevention in the field of pirate copying. One method is to mark the document by changing some of the words to synonyms. In this way it is possible to construct legal copies which do not differ in content but still are unique. Since the copies of the documents are unique, it is possible to trace the owner of a document and accordingly call him or her to account for pirate copying if several exactly similar copies are reaching the market.

Det finns tregrundkonstruktionstyper som tas upp i detta arbete. Dessa är: platta på mark, krypgrund ochplintgrund.Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka konstruktion och funktion för de tre grundkonstruktionerna.Arbetet redovisar också vilka grunder som är förekommande vid nybyggnation av småhus i Örebrolän, samt hur olika aktörer inom byggbranschen motiverar sina val med avseende på risken förfuktrelaterade problem.Inom detta examensarbete redovisas resultat från intervjuer med ett antal olika byggnadsaktörersom bygger med olika typer av grundkonstruktioner. Information har samlats in genom intervjuermed sakkunniga samt egen teorifördjupning i litteratur för grundkonstruktioner. Utifrån syftet medarbetet har teorin och resultaten från intervjuerna sammanställts.Platta på mark med underliggande isolering är den grundkonstruktion som framförallt väljs vid valav grundkonstruktion för nybyggnationer av småhus i Örebro län.

This reportcommunicates the processes and results of my degree work in industrial design at candidate level at Umeå Institute of Design.During my degree work I had a cooperation with Svenska Jägareförbundet (Swedish Hunters Assosiation).The aim for my project has been to explore how I could make hunting a safer hobby and undertaking. Every year people get seriously injured and in average 2 people a year dies  due to hunting accidents. My goal is to identify problems within the hunters communication and approach. Through a creative design process I will find a valid  nd realistic solution to these problems. My project will be presented as a conceptual solution  hat will be based on currently existing technology.

Institutet säkerhetsöverlåtelse är en pantform som bland annat används vid kreditgivning för byggnad på annans mark. Säkerhetsöverlåtelse är inte lagreglerat men  erkänt genom praxis. Högsta domstolen fastställde genom NJA 1952 s. 407 den huvudprincip att borgenären uppnår sakrättsligt skydd redan genom ingående av säkerhetsöverlåtelseavtalet.Rättsläget gällande säkerhetsöverlåtelseborgenärens utmätningsrätt är emellertid oklart. Inte minst vid säkerhetsöverlåtelsegäldenärens dubbelöverlåtelse visar det sig att säkerhetsöverlåtelseborgenärens möjligheter till utmätning är begränsade.

Den här studien är en uppföljning av föryngringsresultatet efter maskinell sådd av contorta (Pinus contorta Dougl. var. latifolia Engelm.) i Härjedalen. Efter tre växtsäsonger uppgick det totala antalet såddplantor till 3 700 per ha och antalet huvudplantor uppgick till 1 800 per ha. Andelen nollytor uppgick till 2 %.

Defining the concept of information has long been the subject of debate within Information Science (IS) and new challenges are constantly presented by new scientific discoveries and new theoretical positions. It is, nevertheless, of key importance for any academic discipline to find definitions on which there is a consensus. The paper therefore aims to clarify the relevance of one of these new theoretical approaches for IS, namely poststructuralism. It does so by describing the theories found in the writings of poststructuralists Mark C. Taylor, Jacques Derrida and Michel Foucault, and discussing their relevance for the three definitions of information suggested by Michael Buckland (Information-as-knowledge, Information-as thing and Information-as-process), thereby answering the following questions: What relevance does Mark C.

Sommaren 2014 blev det tillåtet att bygga en komplementbyggnad på 25 kvm utan att behöva söka bygglov. Denna byggnad är möjlig att inreda för permanentboende. På grund av den höga bostadsbristen var tanken från regeringen en möjlighet till uthyrning till unga vuxna som studerar eller vill flytta hemifrån. Det som behövs för att bygga en komplementbyggnad på tomten är att lämna in en bygganmälan och sedan invänta ett startbesked. En bygganmälan kan kosta olika beroende på i vilken kommun den sökande tänkt bygga.

I den här uppsatsen kommer du få läsa om lappskatteland. Lappskatteland är mark och vattenområde som samerna betalde skatt till staten för att samerna hade sina renar där och utövade renskötsel på marken. Lappskattelanden varade omkring 300 år mellan mitten av 1500-talet till 1900- talet. Hade svenska staten verkställt den konvention som antogs av Förenta Nationen, FN, 1989 (FN krävde att den skulle antas) som sade att man skulle erkänna urbefolkningarnas äganderätt till mark och vatten som urbefolkningar en gång i tiden besuttit, hade det möjligtvis varit en lösning på problemet om vem som har äganderätt till lappskattelanden. Det är många faktorer som påverkar hur lappskattelanden skall behandlas.

Historically the library has owned more than silent, book-filled halls; it has been a center for learning and ideas, a source of both freedom and oppression, in other words, a medium for knowledge, truth, and power. Cultures have been divided into powerful and powerless through access to the library's content; those who have - and those who do not have - access to information determine which voices are heard and which are ignored, thus determining the outcome of the future. This thesis investigates how The Book That Wouldn't Burn by Mark Lawrence portrays the relationship between knowledge and power using Michel Foucault's discourse theory. More specifically, how this relationship is manifested through the structures and norms of society, and how the library as a place and institution serves as the means by which this relationship plays out. An established classic like Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury is placed as a contrasting reference point to help deepen its thematic message of information control and cencurship. Furthermore, the agency of one of the main characters is also examined in the light of Anthony Giddens' stratification model, as an actor with the potential to move beyond the confines of the power structure. The analysis demonstrate how knowledge, truth, and power remain continuously thematically relevant within literature, and how the reality of our time may be better understood through literary contributions.
