ABSTRACTThis pilot study examines the knowledge about tree root systems amongst five treeplanting Professionals. The aim is to find out the Professionals? collective knowledge ofthe nature of root systems of various trees used in green areas. Furthermore; to explorehow the Professionals adapt landscaped green areas to the tree root properties in asustainable manner. Questions: Which tree species have special root properties toconsider and how do the Professionals utilize this knowledge? And: How do theProfessionals in general adjust planting according to the root systems of trees in areas tocreate sustainable green environments?Interviews with the Professionals were performed.

The objective of this thesis was firstly to examine the possibilities of creating a universal tool for evaluating IT-security. When all the material was gathered we saw that we had strayed away from our subject and that our focus was on IT-threats and IT-Professionals apprehensions and possibilities on the subject. The purpose of this thesis was there after to find and identify threats and counter measures in publications and later discuss these with IT-Professionals. We found and identified several threats that the Professionals encountered in their work. These threats ranged from techniques used by hackers to threats that can arise when the users on the network are poorly educated.

The purpose of this study was to examine parenthood of young mothers from a professional point of view. The Professionals work in a medium-sized city in Sweden and they represent different professions to give a broad perspective of the subject. The questions in the study were: What were the advantages of being a young mother of today and were there any problems with being a young mother, from the Professionals perspective? What role did young mothers network and family play, from a professional point of view? From a professional point of view, how well did society handle young parenthood? How do the Professionals handle the young mothers they met? Studies with reference to Professionals' thoughts and expectations of young mothers were few, therefore the Professionals were given a central position in this study. A qualitative method was chosen, for this study.

The aim of this study is to shed light on the phenomenon of destructive sexual behavior among youth from the perspective of Professionals working at nonprofit organizations. To examine this, we used a qualitative method; we interviewed Professionals working at nonprofit organizations. To analyze our results we used gender theory and empowerment theory. Our main results are that the Professionals view this behavior as deliberate self-harm, such as cutting, as they do it to achieve relief from anxiety. Also, the Professionals think that gender norms affect young people with destructive sexual behavior in that it imposes guilt and shame, which inflicts their already low self-esteem and makes them feel inferior.

The aim of the study was to understand Professionals? perceptions and experiences of adolescent stress. In the study I interested myself further if you can identify gender-specific patterns in the professional stories about young people's stress and stress related illness. Five interviews were conducted with Professionals in psychiatry and social work. The thesis took its incipience in social constructionism.

The aim of this study is to point out variations of practices in the relationship between Professionals of service occupations and their clients. The material consists of four openly conducted thematic interviews with male Professionals who work in the environment of their clients' homes.The main theoretical approach of this analysisis undertaken with ethnicity in mind.The practices identified aim to throw light on the boundaries between the differing cultures of Professionals and their clients.The analytical termsboundary reduction and boundary maintenanceare used in this research.The two-stage analysis points out different practicesused, in chronological order, during contact between Professionals and their clients. This is followed by a statement of the themes which connect, primarily fromthe professional perspective. The results indicate an intimate connection between intercultural and transcultural aspects through the use of cultural transparancy, which is a strategy connecting different roles, aswell as use of loophole tacticsthat afford the possibility of definingspace, place and relationship.It's illustrated how the Professionals operate from "within the structures and worldview" of the client, and this analysis also reveals a glimpse of the potential for cultural changein the meeting between different cultures..

Aim: The aim of this study is to examine roma women´s experiences of health Professionals? attitudes towards them in Swedish health care. Method: Exploratory qualitative study with individual interviews was used. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight women of Roma origin. Data were analyzed using a qualitative content analysis.

I den här uppsatsen har vi undersökt vilka värderingar drivkrafter och behov som finns bland fordonstillverkaren Scanias unga akademiker, vilka i undersökningen går under benämningen Young Professionals. Detta i syfte att utröna varför Young Professionals lämnar Scania och vilka faktorer som är avgörande för att skapa ett attraktivare Scania bland denna målgrupp samt att komma fram till lämpliga åtgärder som i största möjliga mån kan förmå dem att stanna inom företaget. Undersökningen bedrevs genom användande av kvalitativa intervjuer och fokusgrupper vilket resulterade i ett antal faktorer framkom som viktiga för denna målgrupp.Dessa faktorer är chefskapet, missnöje med företagets engagemang och tillvaratagande på den enskilde individens driv, motivation och kunskaper samt inre processer som är alldeles för segdragna vilket mynnar ut i frustration hos YP och därigenom leder till motivationstapp..

Historically, the horse has in many ways been important to human beings. Today, Equine Assisted Therapy is a form of treatment in which the horse is used as a tool from the treatment of the client. Supported Equine therapy has a therapeutic purpose and may vary depending on the patient's needs and the Professionals work competence. Various studies show that animals have a positive impact on people. The aim of our study was to explore how Equine Assisted Therapy is used within the practical fields of social work in Sweden.

The aim of this study was, that from a view of professional's understand the meanings of including horses in therapy. In order to achieve the aim of the study, qualitative method was used and therewith interviews was performed with Professionals who work with equine- assisted therapy. The Professionals did also have an education which allowed them to independently treat clients and besides that at least five years of experience of equine- assisted therapy. The issues of the study was to understand the Professionals? view of the horses role in equine-assisted therapy, which opportunities and constraints Professionals consider that equine-assisted therapy entails and also if the horse could bring something unique to therapy.

The purpose of this study is to examine what Professionals tell about stress, rewards, impact and treatment in the professional treatment with young sexual offenders. Eleven qualitative interviews of half-structured design brought up results about the professional role in the treatment process. During the interviews the Professionals described which methods of treatment they work with. We examined the methods through literature research, which was added to the study whit the purpose of strengthening the interview data. The Professionals consider their work important and meaningful and they feel safe in their working role.

Background: Breastfeeding frequency decrease in Sweden and infants born preterm is a particularly vulnerable group to not be breastfed according to current recommendations. Mothers of preterm infants have an extra need of support from the health care system. Mothers' self-efficacy in breastfeeding affects the outcome of breastfeeding. Health Professionals' attitudes to breastfeeding have an impact on the breast feeding support they provide to the mothers.Aim: To investigate whether an intervention could strengthen self-efficacy in breastfeeding among mothers of premature babies. A further aim was to investigate whether the intervention influenced health Professionals' attitudes to breastfeeding.Method/Design: An experimental study with quantitative approach in the form of questionnaire survey was conducted.

The aim of this study was to research how social-work Professionals apprehend, manage and influence difficult conversation.  This study is based on a qualitative method and we did qualitative interviews with eleven social-work Professionals in three municipalities located in southern Sweden. In addition to our research on difficult conversation we decided to study easy conversation. Our result show that there isn?t any special subjects that creates difficult conversation, but it is the absent of conversation that makes it difficult.

Cancer was the second most common cause of death in Sweden in 2011. As the number of beds in hospitals decreases, numerous severely ill patients receive care at home. This results in family members performing important parts of the caring process. The aim of this study was to describe the caregivers' support needs from healthcare Professionals when caring for an adult relative with cancer. A literature review was performed, in which results from empirical studies were reviewed and summarized.
