The purpose of this examination was to find how supervisors interpreted the termsvocational identity and vocational culture, found in the diploma goals in workplace-based learning at the Child- and Recreation Programme. To reach the purpose, I formulated questions that I answered through a qualitative study. I made six interviews with pre-school teachers who had been supervisors for students at the Child- and Recreation Programme. The informants answered the same questions and the answers were recorded. The result of the study showed that the supervisors made a fairly consistent interpretation of the terms.

The purpose of this study is to examine secondary teachers' perceptions of conflict, conflict management, conflict prevention and conflict communication. In addition to theory, I conducted individual interviews and focus group discussions. The purpose of this paper is to bring a British mural painting that originated in England in the 1920?s into the limelight and introduce it to the Swedish public. The mural was commissioned by Tate Gallery, currently known as Tate Britain. The work of art was designed for a semi-public space as a decoration in the Refreshment Room of the gallery, located in the basement where there was little natural light. Purpose/Aim: The purpose of this paper is to describe how a number of strategically selected employees at the Swedish Institute, with the purpose to promote Sweden in the world, look at the challenges facing Sweden concerning nation branding in the new era of cooperation within the European Union. I examine how these people look upon the work of public diplomacy and nation branding in order to actively participate and influence the EU's common communications platform.Material/Method: The method used in this thesis is qualitative interviews. The reason why I chose this method is because I consider it to be the most appropriate in order to collect information about how these selected employees at the Swedish institute regard the challenges that lay ahead in terms of nation branding within the European Union.Main results: On the basis of the results I have gained by dint of the analysis, it can be concluded that it is of utmost importance to take the societal changes, which are a result both of the worldwide globalization and the EU cooperation, into consideration when designing a future communication strategy for the Swedish Institute. The nation-state continues to play an important role in Sweden, but its importance is declining as the EU cooperation is progressing. The citizens? identity plays a crucial role in designing a nation?s communications strategy, and from the analysis I conclude that we move not from a Swedish to a European identity, but towards a pluralistic union where multiple identities meet under one umbrella; the EU..

 Abstract This paper is to examine a specific integration projects by the name of SFINX, the participants' perspective. We chose to highlight three themes that concern the analysis what the participants thought about the content / efficacy, effectiveness and efficiency analysis, which means what the participants thought could be improved in the project. What emerged in our study is that research shows that Swedish education with professional orientation and integrated practice is a key factor for migrants to get into the Swedish labor market. And that Sfx teaching has been implemented in several places with good results. SFINX is also a Sfx project but is addressed to engineers.
