This paper is a thorough review of my internship, during which I designed infographics at Grafiskt Center, SVT, Stockholm. The purpose has been to find out what guidelines and policies SVT has regarding infographics while producing infographics in a professional environment. In addition, I present the daily routine at SVT and the tools used during the work process. Furthermore, the paper contains a reflection of my work effort during the internship as well as thoughts on how I adjusted to the guidelines in question. The aim of this study was to examine care managers and how they understand and use their discretion. We used a qualitative method and the data was gathered by semi-structured interviews. We interviewed eight care managers in four different municipalities in southern Sweden. The theoretical approach we used was Michael Lipsky?s theory about street-level bureaucracy.

Background: The goal of psychiatric nursing interventions is to enhance people?s ability tocope with feelings of futility, to get control of their lives and to learn coping strategies inorder to manage their mental illness and its consequences. Specialist nurses in psychiatric carecoordinate and direct nursing care based on evidence-based knowledge.Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate what kind of nursing acts specialist nurses usein the psychiatric inpatient unit and investigate how they perceive their professional role.Method: The design used was a descriptive qualitative interview study. Nine specialist nursesworking in psychiatric inpatient units were interviewed. Six of the participants were womenand three were men aged 28-53 years.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att belysa uppfattningar och erfarenheter hos personal inom Socialtjänsten i Stockholms stad och Stockholms Stadsmission vid val av klienter till projektet Bostad först. Syftet var även att se om projektet kan ha påverkat synen på hemlösa personer med missbruksproblematik. Studien utgick från en hermeneutisk utgångspunkt som bygger på sex semistrukturerade intervjuer med personal, som arbetar med klientarbete. Det teoretiska perspektiv som valdes för att analysera resultatet var människovårdande organisationer och Lipskys teori Street-Level Bureaucracy. Resultatet visar på att personalen uppfattar att missbruksproblematik, psykisk problematik, individuella faktorer och de ökande krav som finns i samhället är orsaker till hemlöshet.

En viktig aspekt i specialpedagogens roll är att hennes uppdrag skall vara av en tydlig karaktär. Genom att rollen är tydlig kan energi och kompetens läggas på att utveckla verksamheterna på grupp och organisationsnivå. The result aims to work as a support for owners and leaders of audit firms as they make decisions of how to compete in the future. We would also like to explore how smaller audit firms view the change of the mandatory audit, that is, our intentions are also to examine how they think the consequences on the market will be and their view on its affect on the competition of the market.    Methodology: Our methodological approach was characterized by a hermeneutic approach in order to explain and understand why the smaller audit firms do what they do. Our approach is a combination of inductive and deductive as it allows us to develop an understanding of the subject, then gather our empirical data and from that draw valid conclusions.

Miljöbalken är en svensk ramlag som syftar till att skydda människors hälsa och miljön på ett hållbart sätt, men i och med att balken är en ramlag kanden också ge upphov till tolkning. Förordningar och föreskrifter tillsätts för att tydliggöra miljöbalkens regler och minska detta tolkningsutrymme. Enyrkesverksam grupp som i sitt dagliga arbete kommer i kontakt med miljöbalken är miljö- och hälsoskyddsinspektörer. Denna kvalitativa intervjustudiesyftar till att undersöka hur inspektörers arbete och upplevelse av tolkningsutrymmet har förändrats sedan miljötillsynsförordning 2011:13 trädde ikraft, då förordningens syfte är att tydliggöra ansvarsfördelningen av kemikalietillsynen. Inspektörernas upplevelser av tolkningsutrymmet analyserasmed hjälp av Michael Lipskys teori om närbyråkrati.Studien visar på att majoriteten av miljö- och hälsoskyddsinspektörerna upplever ett tolkningsutrymme i miljöbalken, och att inspektörerna kandefinieras som närbyråkrater då de har ett stort inflytande på hur lagen implementeras.

This essay aims to examine and compare Swedish and Norwegian social work with children. It is a comparative study between two social welfare offices, in districts with similar population and problems, one located in Stockholm and one in Oslo. The main questions were; how is the work organized and carried out, what type of help and assistance is available and what kind of discretion and powers do the social workers have. In our essay we used qualitative methods mostly based on interviews, vignette questionnaires and documents, but also written research. In our analysis we used modern organisation theory and street level bureaucracy to seek explanations.The two welfare offices have similarities and differences.

Vårt syfte med denna uppsats har vart att undersöka om den sekundära bostadsmarknaden påverkar socialarbetarna i arbetet med hemlösa klienter som har eller haft missbruksproblematik. Då vi ansåg att det är socialarbetarnas upplevda verklighet som är av störst intresse valde vi att utföra kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra socialarbetare. Intervjuguiden formades med hjälp av Michael Lipskys bok Street-level Bureaucracy (2010) i vilken han beskriver sin teori om gräsrotsbyråkrats yrket, denna bok har även genomsyrat hela arbetet och sedan använts som ett verktyg i analysen av vår empiri. Bakgrunds avsnittet avser att ge en vid förståelse av hur komplex hemlöshetsproblematiken är, för att sedan i tidigare forskning smalna av till den forskning som behandlar vår syfte mer specifikt. Vi kommer i vår avslutande diskussion argumentera för att den sekundära bostadsmarknaden påverkar socialarbetarna på olika sätt då de måste acceptera hyresvärdarnas krav.

In my thesis I argue that it is essential to have an ongoing and continuous discussion at pre-schools on the practical applications of these frameworks and ambitious goals.What do you do when you simply cannot give every child the individual time they should have according to rules and regulations? How do you stay an active and present pedagogue in today?s pre-school with large classes and heavy workloads? How do you establish a common professional work ethics within a pre-school so that all children are treated equally?
