Den här masteruppsatsen handlar om hur kiropraktiken togs emot och utvecklades i Sverige från det att de första kiropraktorerna kommer under mellankrigsperioden, med början runt år 1921, och fram till dess att organisationen Diplomerade Chiropractorers Förening inregistreras år 1936. Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera processer för görandet av professionsidentitet och professionskultur med utgångspunkt i en kulturanalytisk studie av skrifter, artiklar, brev och publikationer som kiropraktorerna själva producerat och/eller figurerar i. Min huvudfrågeställning är: ? Vilka vägar och strategier för att uppnå erkännande och organisering som profession valde de första svenska kiropraktorernas under perioden 1921-1936 och vilka bakomliggande processer, konflikter samt orsaker var det som ledde fram till dessa val? Den teoretiska ansatsen i uppsatsen grundar sig i ett aktörsorienterat och socialkonstruktivistiskt perspektiv. Syftet med studien har varit att försöka finna svar på frågeställningen: Hur uppfattar lärare sin profession utifrån tid och rum? Och vilka omständigheter är avgörande och ligger till grund för lärares utformning av sin undervisning samt vilka delar av arbetet behöver bearbetas för att läraryrket ska kunna nå en högre professionell nivå? Metoden som vi använt oss av för att försöka få svar på våra frågeställningar har varit kvalitativa intervjuer, som vilar på enhermeneutisk och fenomenologisk forskningsansats, där intervjufrågorna innehar en låg grad av standardisering och strukturering. För att studien ska belysas på bästa möjliga sätt så presenteras relevant litteratur och tidigare forskning inom området i studiens bakgrundskapitel. Resultatet som framkom genom intervjuerna tyder i stor utsträckning på att lärare känner sig stressade i det dagliga arbetet och att de är begränsade i sitt yrke utifrån den tid som är avsatt för arbetet. En viss uppgivenhet märks hos informanterna utifrån att det är så mycket de vill ta till vara på och utveckla, men att tiden inte räcker till.

Under de senaste decennierna har betydande reformvågor sköljt över det svenska utbildningsväsendet, en majoritet utav vilka fallit inom ramen för det nya styrsystem som brukar gå under betäckningen New Public Management. Detta har medfört att skolornas organisationsstrukturer i allt större utsträckning styrts till att efterlikna de företagssystem, så starkt präglade utav revision och mätning, vilka står att finna i den privata sektorn. Studien har stöpt sin utgångspunkt i antagandet att alla organisationstrender har sin källa i det mänskliga medvetandet vars kunskaper, ej sällan, är alstrade kring kollektivt konstruerade verkligheter och sanningar. Ett angreppssätt som kunnat delge förståelse och mening till denna subjektiva meningsvärld är diskursanalysens grundprinciper. En diskurs kan kortfattat förstås som ett bestämt sätt att tala om, och förstå världen, där diskursanalysen ämnar belysa språkets givna mönster och konstruktioner.

Författare: Jessica Rosberg och Jessica Schubert Möller Yrkesrollsdiskussioner mellan barnskötare och förskollärare har länge förekommit i förskolans värld och syftet med denna undersökning är att ta reda på vad denna diskussion egentligen står för samt hur man tänker kring bemanningen på förskolan i framtiden. För att få en bakgrund till diskussionen har vi valt att göra en tillbakablick på aspekter kring de båda yrkesrollernas historia. Sammanfattningsvis kan vår huvudfråga formuleras som: Hur kan diskussionen om barnskötares och förskollärares yrkesroller förstås i ett historiskt och nutida perspektiv: ? Hur motiverar barnskötare/förskollärare sin roll i förskolan igår, idag och i ett framtidsperspektiv? ? Vilka utsagor om yrkeskompetenser i framtidens förskola finns hos politiker/chefer/fackliga representanter? Eftersom vår undersökning handlar om två yrkeskategorier med olika utbildningsnivå som ska utgöra ett arbetslag har vi kopplat till följande teoretiska utgångspunkter: bröderna Dreyfus femstegsmodell från nybörjare till expert, och Bourdieus begrepp fält, kapital och habitus. Vår undersökningsgrupp består av sammanlagt sexton intervjupersoner med olika utbildning och yrkesutövande i Hörby kommun.

This degree project deals with the concept of creativity and the creative output based on howSwedish upper-secondary design teachers within the Technical Engineering Programexperience this from a student's perspective. The project discusses how the concept creativityis interpreted and how the creative output is regarded by educationalists and professionaldesigners and how this then can be related to literature on the subject and in the steeringdocuments. The purpose of this degree project is to visualize the interviewees' viewpoint oncreativity and the significance of experience, skills, and environment for the creative outputand within the field of design. This in order to, in the pedagogic and didactic situation, enablethe improvement of teaching so that creativity and its output come to show. Moreover, theproject aims to create a ground for discussion of the view of the importance of these skills inthe pedagogic/didactic situation.In order to reach this aim, I have read literature on creativity from several perspectives andcarried out eight qualitative structured interviews: both with three educationalists withoutexperience within the design profession, and with two educationalists who are or have beenactive within the design profession, as well as with three professional designers.

The main aim of this thesis is to examine what motivates people to become entrepreneurs and how they are motivated to continue being it. We have decided to focus on four elements: the driving force of being an entrepreneur, the environment, the individual background and important personal characteristics of the entrepreneur. Qualitative interviews were carried out with six information consultants. The theoretical background has its focus on entrepreneurial motivation. A model of entrepreneurial motivation by Naffziger, Hornsby and Kuratko 1994 is presented.

Summary:Teenage girls? choice of dropping out or complete a treatment.The purpose of this study is to investigate, from a client?s perspective, why teenage girls (age 13 to 17) drop-out or complete a treatment at Familjehuset in Karlstad, Sweden. We also want to investigate if the teenage girls? experiences coordinate with the social workers opinion of why the teenage girls choose to drop-out or complete the treatment. Earlier research shows that many factors influence the client?s choice.

This paper discusses runic inscriptions from the middle ages on Gotland and how they portray social structure. It focuses on three themes: (1) fixed time and space, (2) women and the nuclear family and (3) profession and social status/structure. The purpose of this thesis is to create a deeper and also a better understanding about how each of the professional secrecy and obligation to report are perceived from auditors and further investigate how the potential conflicts based on independence and ?can be suspect? are handled by the auditors. The purpose has been achieved through interviews with four different accounting firms.The interviews were conducted with Grant Thornton, BDO Mälardalen AB, PwC and KPMG to answer the research questions. Subsequently, a hermeneutic approach was used to since the interpretation of the interviews was considered as important to obtain knowledge of the respondent?s perception about the topic.

There are two objectives of this study.The first one was to study the new instrument Deltack fromPrufbau, and with the new knowledge, study the interaction between blanket and paper.Deltack is a new instrument to measure the ink splitting force. Blankets from an earlier study doneby GATF have been montered on 12 different Deltack print forms and those have together with Deltackbeen the base for this project.This study together with information from GATF?s study shows that some of the blankets have ahigher capability to adsorb ink. Those blankets generate a sharper shape on the force curve, they havea lower dot gain, but they print not as good solid..
