Högbytorp is Ragn-Sells? largest waste facility and it is located north of Stockholm. There is an old landfill still in use, but at the end of this year it will be closed. The waste deposited on the landfill can, through decomposition, give rise to a large amount of methane gas, which is an energy rich gas that can be used for heat and electricity production. To receive a relatively large amount of gas, the decomposition requires a high moisture content in the waste.

För att uppfylla de krav och förväntningar som ställs på sjuksköterskan idag är det viktigt att sjuksköterskan är medveten om vilka upplevelser i arbetet som kan påverka arbetsglädje. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa upplevelser i sjuksköterskans profession som kan främja arbetsglädje. Studien visar att upplevelser i sjuksköterskans profession kan främja arbetsglädje och ha en positiv påverkan på arbetstillfredsställelse, arbetsengagemang och det yrkesmässiga självförverkligandet. Sjuksköterskans syn på den enskilda patienten som en unik person kan möjliggöra värdefulla möten, som kan påverka både patienten och sjuksköterskan positivt. Strävan att arbeta utefter teorier och tillvägagångssätt som främjar sjuksköterskans upplevelse av att göra skillnad, vara engagerad och att vara en del av möjligheterna i en positiv utveckling kan leda till att sjuksköterskan känner arbetsglädje, meningsfullhet och tillförsikt i arbetet.

Relationsmarknadsföring används allt mer av revisorer för att behålla klienter. Eftersom relationsmarknadsföring kan leda till vänskap och eftersom vänskap försvårar revisorns oberoende kan detta påverka hur revisorsyrket uppfattas. För bland annat kreditgivare är det viktigt att redovisningen fått en opartisk granskning och om inte ett oberoende föreligger kan detta potentiellt bli ett problem. Syftet med denna studie var att se om kreditgivare tror att revisorernas relationsmarknadsföring kan resultera i ett uppfattat försvagat oberoende. I den teoretiska referensramen tas olika teorier upp som hänger ihop med revision.

Child poverty in Sweden is a widespread phenomenon and occurs in diverse spheres in society; at home, in school and in leisure activities. Therefore more professions than just traditional social workers meet this phenomenon in varied areas which creates different comprehensions and abilities to handle the issue among various professions.This study aims to investigate the collaboration between different professions in relation to child poverty in a municipality in Sweden. Represented professions are social workers, teachers, welfare officer, recreation instructor and leaders, special assistant and municipality coordinator. In total eleven persons were interviewed.The results illustrate a good will among the professions to collaborate to improve negative consequences of child poverty. Traditional boundaries between professions are limited since every profession is needed in this collaboration and have the opportunity to use their professional knowledge in a certain field.

This thesis examines how a jury on an artistic education adopts next year's students to a BA program at an art school. My intention is to explore how we established artists who are involved in education as professors, teachers (or students) in art education affects who will be released to the exclusive educational path as an art school represents our work in the admissions jury. My ambition is to create an awareness of what it might mean for the reproduction of the artist..

Direkt viktoptimering (Direct Weight Optimization, DWO) är en ickeparamterisk systemidentifieringsmetod. DWO bygger på att man skattar ett funktionsvärde i en viss punkt genom en viktad summa av mätvärden, där vikterna optimeras fram. Det faktum att DWO har en inparameter som man måste veta i förväg leder till att man på något sätt vill skatta denna inparameter. Det finns många sätt man kan göra denna skattning på men det centrala i denna uppsats är att skatta inparametern lokalt. Fördelen med detta är att metoden anpassar sig om till exempel systemet ändrar beteende från att variera långsamt till att variera snabbare.

Objectives: The aim in this thesis has been to generate information relevant for strategic positioning and future evaluations within the scientific field of sport and exercise psychology. This has been done by request, and in collaboration with The Group of Sport and Exercise Psychology at the Institution of Psychology at the University of Umeå.Research questions:  (1) How does the cognitive structure within the field of sport and exercise psychology take shape with respect to research topics in current sport-psychological research, i.e. the research front? (2) How does the social structure within the field of sport and exercise psychology take shape with respect to formal scientific collaboration?Data: 879 articles published between 2008-2011 were used in this study. The population of articles were collected from a set of 5 core journals: International Journal of Sport Psychology, Journal of Applied Sport Psychology, Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology, The Sport Psychologist, Psychology of Sport and Exercise.

In my study I focus on how teachers work and teach regarding reading in schools and what kind of methods they are using. The purpose of this study is to find out if there are any differences between experienced and inexperienced teachers. I examine this in three different primary schools where I interviewed two teachers with long experience in teaching children in the age of six to ten years old. I also interviewed two teachers with four or less year of experience in teaching. I have done this study through qualitative interviews with experienced and inexperienced teachers. Through these interviews my purpose was to find out how they teach the students how to read and what factors that influence the choice working strategies. The results show that teachers, regardless of experience teach the students through different approaches.

Background: Today businesses are largely structured in projects and temporary organizations. In many companies, the ability to pursue projects is decisive for the business efficiency and competitiveness. The risk literature do not discuss identification and handling ofproject risk in building- and construction companies to a large extent, which has led us to investigate how project risk can be treated and handled in Swedish building- and construction companies. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to cover and describe business risk in Swedish building- and construction projects with focus on different risks and risk tools, and also to modify a model for evaluating the business risk maturity. Realization: This thesis has both traces of a case study and a cross-section study and examines eight different companies that are active in the building- and construction business.

In some cases there are no methods to identify raw material which are included in dietary supplements such as tablets. The identification can be done with TLC. Sverige fick i augusti 2011 en ny läroplan som det runt om på skolorna satsats enormt mycket tid och resurser på att implementera. Vårt syfte med undersökningen är att visa hur den nu genomförda skolreformen mottagits och förankrats hos några rektorer och lärare på tre olika skolor. Vi har valt att rikta våra forskningsfrågor mot tre områden, styrdokumenten, implementeringsprocessen och professionen. Som teoretisk bakgrund har vi bland annat använt oss av det läroplansbetänkande (SOU 2007:28) som ligger till grund för reformeringen av skola 2011 och analyserat vår empiri utifrån både den kritik och de förslag på förändringar som ges i denna samt utifrån relevant forskning rörande skolutveckling och implementering. Vi valde att använda oss utav kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer som metod då vi ville få fram individuella skildringar och upplevelser av våra informanter. Resultatet visade att reformen förankrats likartat för lärarna respektive rektorerna men att det finns en skillnad mellan grupperna vad gällande deras syn på sin framtida profession.

This study examines the closure of public libraries, and the nonprofit organizations takeover of them as a phenomenon. The aim is to understand why the nonprofit takeover is common and what the takeover symbolizes and if the discourse in media invokes the views on libraries and the profession.Interviews were made with librarians, politicians and representatives of a nonprofit organization to study different sides of the phenomenon. Other empirical data were found in local and national newspapers and media-channels. I discovered that public libraries are highly valued by both politicians and the community. The study also showed that a library in a community makes people feel valued.

Syftet med examensarbetet är att undersöka hur pedagoger arbetar för att barn i behov av särskilt stöd ska kunna delta i pedagogisk dokumentation. Hur ser pedagoger på sin egen roll i barnens lärande? Hur tänker de kring sin profession inom en del av ett kvalitetsarbete? Undersökningen bygger på kvalitativa studier med halvstrukturerade intervjuer som metod, då det inspireras av tematisk innehållsanalys. Intervjuerna genomförs med två barnskötare, tre förskollärare och en specialpedagog som arbetar på förskolor i två olika kommuner, belägna i olika län. Fokus ligger på ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv, där studien har visat att pedagoger arbetar på ett sätt som verkar för att barn i behov av särskilt stöd ska kunna delta i pedagogisk dokumentation.

The aim of this study has been to investigate actors? methods for acquiring information that is necessary for their profession, with a focus on the more random methods they might possibly use. The study is based on the following questions: What information needs do actors have in relation to their profession? Which methods do actors use to procure information? Which information systems do actors use? What role does the library play in the actors? acquisition of information? Through an interview study with 10 informants a picture is formed of the actors? information behavior. With the help of theoretical ideas regarding random methods of acquisition, we describe which information needs actors have and how they acquire that information.

This master's thesis aims to study the relationship between two publiclibraries and Berättarministeriet, a foundation that offers free writingworkshops for children in areas with high levels of unemployment. Theworkshops are located in spaces that formerly belonged to the libraries.Questions posed in this thesis are How can the relationship between thelibraries and Berättarministeriet be described?, Why did the relationship turnout differently in the two places? and How does the library see itself, inrelation to Berättarministeriet?The theories used are Ögland's taxonomy for relationships between librariesand local organizations, and Folkesson's theory on interaction betweendifferent professional groups, and this was studied through interviews. Theresults showed a relationship without much interaction, beyond a "handover"of children from one place to the other, with time and shortness of staff beingcontributing factors to the low level of collaboration. Regarding the differentrelationships in the two places the results were not conclusive, butnevertheless showed tendancies of issues in the legitimacy dimension, fromthe library towards Berättarministeriet.
