In 2012 blogging reached an all time high in Sweden. Around 400,000 people made blog posts at least one time during this year. Blogs have publishing as a main purpose and can after publication be read by anyone with a computer, smartphone or tablet with an Internet connection. This makes the blogger open to response through comments that can be either constructive or destructive. No research has been made regarding blog comments and their effect on bloggers and their writing process.

Developments in milk production are heading towards fewer but larger herds where the milking process is often fully automated. Automatic milking systems were launched in the 1990?s and in the year 2010 the Automatic Milking Rotary (AMR) was introduced. As a rule there are no supervision personnel present during the milking event in systems with automatic milking. This means that there is a risk that cows can be incompletely milked in one or more udder quarters, for example if the robots fail in attaching the milking cups or if the cow kicks off the milking unit.

Plant nutrients are important for all life on earth and are also important as fertiliser infood production all over the world. Because of this, plant nutrients are of great valuebut they also bring problems. As an example, the loss of nitrogen and phosphorusfrom agriculture and urban society's sewage systems contributes to some of today?smajor problems in water environment. Another problem associated with plantnutrients is that finite recourses are used in the production of mineral fertilizers.

It becomes increasingly more important that, as a new buisness, both to be seen and heard in an increasingly harder competition situation where the range of similar products and services increase. It requires a well planned and well thought visual profile to succesfully stand out on the market. To give a good impression, this profile should be both distinct and aesthetically appealing. In the making of a new profile it requires creativity to succesfully think in new directions and to separate from the competition.This practical report presents the production process for a designsolution to the new website Röstförmedlingen (Voice agency), a commission from the production and commercial bureau Bartos media. The task in this project was to create a graphic profile and a lofi-prototype that would represent Röstförmedlingen as a buissness.

The forestry companies? operational planning process is these days dependent on reliable, efficient and user-friendly computer-based support systems. This study is an evaluation of Holmen Skog's current computer-based systems. The aim of this study is to: ? investigate the work pattern of the production managers when using the information system to plan the harvesting operation; ? investigate the efficiency and user friendliness of the information system with the different work patterns and to find the strengths, weaknesses and bottlenecks in the current system; ? find out if the type of object, the volume, the area of the harvesting object affects the time and work pattern; ? examine how this type of study is met by the employees and what factors that is critical to avoid feelings of intrusion. The conclusions of the study were: ? there is a large variation between the work patterns of the production managers and the time spend to perform the operational planning; ? the mainframe computer system used by Holmen Skog is clear, has short response times, is robust and conveys relevant information; ? the computer systems are however divided in many subsystems.

BACKGROUND: A Pressure ulcer means much suffering for many people. It also leads to big economical costs for the society. Therefore it?s of great importance to prevent pressure ulcers. If pressure ulcers are to be prevented nurses need to have sufficient knowledge about preventive strategies.

Holmen Paper is one of Sweden?s leading manufacturer of paper, with two Swedish production facilities located in Norrköping and Hallstavik. The European continent constitutes the company?s largest customer base which makes the company?s distribution system an integral part of the business. Historically, much of the produced paper has been transported by vessels, as vessels allow large volumes of goods and deliveries to markets which are difficult to reach with other modes of transportation.

Abstrakt Detta kandidatarbete handlar om visuella effekter inom film och dess utveckling genom åren. Visuella effekter har öppnat en ny värld för filmskapandet då man kan skapa i princip vad som helst vilket gör att det omöjliga helt plötsligt blir möjligt, på filmduken. Kandidatarbetets syfte är att titta på utvecklingen av visuella effekter och hur man kan använda de kunskaper i en mindre filmproduktion. Vår problemformulerings frågeställning är ?Hur har utvecklingen inom visuella effekter sett ut och hur kan man implementera dessa kunskaper i en mindre filmproduktion??.

Half of Sweden?s 140 000-150 000 sows are culled and replaced by 75 000 gilts annually. Culling of old sows is necessary and allows new breeding material to enter the herd. However, many of the culled sows are young, and have not yet become profitable at the time for culling. Therefore, it is an important question for the pig industry, how to raise gilts to sows with a high and sustainable production level.

Problem: Riskforskare betonar att det är viktigt att kommunicera, däremot läggs det mindre vikt på hur det ska kommuniceras. Vi menar att det finns branscher som enligt oss är såväl outforskad som riskutsatt, där vi anser det finns en problematik kring hur riskerna ska kommuniceras. Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur risk kommuniceras i en riskutsatt bransch samt undersöka i vilken grad riskaspekten värdesätts i kommunikationen mellan organisation och gäst. Detta för att bidra med en nyansering av begreppet riskkommunikation. Frågeställningar: Vilka risker innefattar ett nattklubbsbesök? Hur ser den teoretiska bakgrunden ut till gästernas riskinställning?Hur kommuniceras risk och varför kommuniceras det på detta sätt? Metod: Vårt empiriska material utgörs av fyra intervjuer och två observationer, vilka har använts för att besvara våra frågeställningar med stöd av teori.

Bakgrund: Strukturerade produkter har kommit att bli ett av Sveriges populärasteplaceringsalternativ och enligt Euroclear är den utestående emitterade volymen cirka160 miljarder kronor. Utan att använda sig av komplexa modeller är det mycket svårt attbilda sig en uppfattning om hur många av dessa produkter kommer att prestera underolika marknadsförhållanden.Relevans: Studien utgör ett underlag för potentiella investerare i struktureradeprodukter. Den erbjuder även ett informationsbidrag till de företag som arbetar medfinansiell rådgivning. Vår uppdragsgivare, Finansinspektionen, har även de ett intresseav studien då de anser att det är svårt för en konsument att bedöma en struktureradprodukts villkor och egenskaper samt bedöma sannolikheten för ett visst utfall.Syfte: Syftet är att utvärdera strukturerade produkters egenskaper ur ett risk- ochavkastningsperspektiv och utifrån det erbjuda potentiella investerare ett underlag införinvesteringsbeslutet.Genomförande: Studien bygger i huvudsak på att ett urval av aktuella struktureradeprodukter simulerats mot historiska data för att ge en bild av dess avkastningspotentialoch risk. Vi har även genomfört en dokumentstudie på relevanta finansiella teorier ochkompletterat med empiriska undersökningar.Slutsats: Genomförda simuleringar ger en informativ bild av sannolikheten för olikaavkastningar i strukturerade produkter.

An analysis of a specific application of anaerobic wastewater treatment at a pulp and board mill, Stora Enso Skoghall, was carried out. A literature study was done and effluent wastewater from CTMP pulp production was analyzed. The analysis consisted of a broad constituent analysis and an anaerobic treatment trial. Results from these test where used to calculate the treatment effectiveness and resulting energy potential at the mill.The literature study and constituent analysis showed that toxicity of the water to be treated, due to wood extractives and sulphur content, was of concern. Detoxification chemicals targeting these constituents where used in the anaerobic treatment trial.

Scania?s discount rate - the return requirement of investments - refers to Scania?s WACC or weighted average cost of capital. The capital markets return requirement on equity and the credit market interest cost of borrowing is weighted to become the single discount rate, the WACC. The purpose of this study is to investigate which asset pricing model of APT and CAPM Scania should use in their WACC calculations. The company now uses a group WACC of 11 percent which is used in all company levels.

Syfte: Denna studie ämnar undersöka hur sambandet ränteförändring och risk ser ut, utifrån bankernas perspektiv såsom bostadslångivare. Hur påverkas bostadspriser och hushållens boendekostnader av räntan? Innebär nuvarande situation på den svenska marknaden någon risk och är bankerna i så fall medvetna om denna? Finns det anledning att se över nuvarande strategi för bostadsutlåning för att bättre möta ett eventuellt högre ränteläge? Metod: Sambandet ränta ? risk utforskas genom antagandet att kreditrisk drivs av dels sjunkande bostadspriser och dels ökande boendekostnader. Alltså studeras hur dessa två faktorer påverkas av en ränteförändring. Denna del görs deduktivt genom tillämpning av kvantitativ data på diverse teori om bostadspriser.

Dust that arises during the construction process is called ?construction dust?.People who are exposed for construction dust for a long period of time are atrisk to develop several forms of lung problems, allergies and cancer. Todayconstruction dust is a huge problem during the production in Skanska´srenovation projects. Every day workers are exposed of the unhealthyconstruction dust and it can cause lung problems and diseases after 10-30years. This is a problem that must be taken into account to obtain a betterworking environment on Skanska´s building sites.Skanska Sweden AB has given two students the task to investigate possibleproblems about the spreading of construction dust.
