In this report presents a thesis by Frida Altskog performed in collaboration with Askersunds Kakelmakeri. The project?s goal has been to produce a ceramic ledge after the company?s specifications. The company?s desire and production facilities have been in focus.

Denna uppsats har som mål att identifiera en problematik gällande medborgarinflytandet i den svenska planeringsprocessen genom att undersöka vilka gruppers berättelser, bilder och föreställningar om Staden som väljs ut att bli representativa. Arbetet har utifrån detta konstruerat ett teoretiskt ramverk där adekvata begrepp definieras och förklaras. Dessa ligger sedan till grund i forskningsöversiktens redovisning av vad olika aktörers föreställningar av platser är förankrade i, vilka aktörer som påverkar dessa, samt vilka konflikter som uppkommer vid en planeringsprocess. Arbetets empiri består av samrådshandlingar från två detaljplaneprocesser från Karlskrona innerstad och lokalpressens bevakning av dessa. Analysen har skett genom en kvalitativ innehållsanalys, och resultatet av denna belyser att det finns en problematik angående medborgarinflytandet i vilka individer och grupper som får sin berättelse, föreställning att bli representativ för platsen, och de gruppers och individers berättelse, föreställning som exkluderas..

With the political situation that prevails in the world, the need for contingency planning for the ecclesiastical heritage has become actualized with the aim of protecting the churches and their assets in war and armed conflicts. In accordance with Kulturmilj?lagen (SFS 1988:950) chapter 4 ? 15a, the Church of Sweden and its organizational parts are responsible for ensuring that contingency plans for the ecclesiastical heritage are established. In the legal statutes, it is not clear how this is to be carried out, who is responsible for all practical aspects or what is to be protected, something that creates gaps of knowledge regarding logistics, roles and selection. This means that there is currently a lack of principles and practice around the protection of the ecclesiastical cultural heritage, as contingency planning for cultural heritage is a fairly new phenomenon that has not been practiced in times of peace.

The economic prerequisite to many farmers in Sweden after the EU membership and the new agriculture policy has generated large demands on the farm management. Until year 2004 you got a grant based on what you had produced and not on consumer demand. In 2005 a new economic aid (Mid Term Revue) was introduced and the conditions has changed again. Due to this I have chosen to do a cost-benefit analysis on a case, to investigate if the present production is sustainable in the future. My conclusion is that the profitability is acceptable even if the farm has a high debt. But to make the production more profitable the products produced should be refined as much as possible at the farm, to get maximum economic return.

This paper is to identify and analyze a new trend which we believehas taken off, based on qualitative interviews and analysis of three productions which we have been involved in during a practiceperiod of two months with a production company in Stockholm. The company is currently in a stage of improvement and has therefore taken the help of students at School of Engineering, Jonkoping University. The current production is batch, production layout is fixed. A bottleneck is created after the first station which leads to large efficiency loss.  The meaning of this report was to provide a layout suggestion with balanced workstations to a new production line. The conditions were that the production line would be one-way, driven by customers order and meet a demand of 40 products per week.

Dagens storflygplatser liknar allt mer städer i miniatyr med än mer komplexa fysiska strukturer än tidigare och en mängd olika flöden och funktioner som inte alltid är kopplade till flygresandet i sig, vilket ställer krav på allt mer planering och samordning av flygplatsens olika delar. I detta examensarbete i fysisk planering på mastersnivå vid Blekinge Tekniska Högskola kommer undertecknad att studera tre nordiska storflygplatsers gestaltning, fysiska strukturer och hur dess olika flöden samordnas rumsligt. De flygplatser som har valts ut för studien är Gardemoen norr om Oslo, Arlanda norr om Stockholm samt Kastrup i sydöstra Köpenhamn. The out-of-town retail establishments are part of the dramatic structural changes in the retailing of food and groceries. There are however strong indications suggesting these establishments result in negative externalities concerning areas such as pollution and urban environment. The purpose of this study is to describe and, from an economic perspective, analyse the Swedish political regulations and planning policies concerning the out-of-town supermarkets. The analysis establishes that the current regulations regarding out-of-town retailing do not, due to the occurrence of market failures, produce an optimal situation. It might therefore be necessary to change the planning policies in a more restrictive direction.

Arbetet har syftat till att studera Järvalyftet i norra Stockholm och hur dialogen med de boende i området genomförts gällande främst den fysiska planeringen. Med avseende på den fysiska planeringen avses här hur Svenska Bostäders och Stockholms Stads planer på ombyggnationer/ renoveringar av befintliga bostäder och dialogprocessen har skett med de boende. Arbetet har undersökt om det uppkommit protester på grund av bristande förankring av dessa planerna hos de boende och hur dessa har behandlats. Vidare så har utvalda demokrati- och planeringsteorier studerats för att se om dessa kan appliceras i processen för att kunna utläsa om de de praktiska delarna kan knytas an till dessa. Intervjuer har gjorts med nyckelpersoner för att se om processen ändrats och med vilka verktyg man nåt ut med till medborgarna. Slutsatsen pekar på att det projektet initialt sett haft en bristande förankring hos de boende men att detta uppmärksammats bl.a.

The report describes the industrial revolution in brief. This is because the company itself must understand where certain ways of looking at production management is derived from. Furthermore, it provides an understanding of Lean's origins.

Intercropping involving trees is called agroforestry and makes it possible to get higher production for every area unit. The trees can function as food, fodder, fuel, medicine; prevent mark erosion and much more. Agroforestry can also be combined with animal husbandry. The aim of this study was to document the animal production systems used by rural small-scale farmers maintaining ruminants and using agroforestry in the northern province of Rwanda. The farmers using agroforestry is expected to have higher milk yield than average due to homegrown protein. The method used during the study was semi-structural interviews with booth open and closed questions. In order to get in contact with farmers that matched the criteria; small-scaled rural farmers with ruminants and using agroforestry, the ?Vi Agroforestry Programme? (Vi-Life) in Kigali were contacted and the staff worked as supervisors, translators and contact with the farmers throughout the study. During the study nine individual farmers, two cooperatives breeding sheep and one group interview were conducted.

The purpose of this report was to obtain an overview of rabbit meat production in the world, in terms of breeding and feeding. It examines how different feed components contribute to the health of the rabbit as well as the quality of the carcass, and the breeding strategies that are most common in the major producing countries. The production of rabbit meat in Sweden is at present not very large, but it is gaining ground, and that is why this paper mainly deals with the rabbit production abroad. This report also examines the disease Rabbit Viral Haermorrhagic Disease (RVHD) in Sweden, where this disease can cause big problems. The rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) is very special, both in its reproduction and digestion. There is no specific mating season and the digestive tract is designed to digest forage efficiently.
