Multiple celebrity endorsement- ur ett konsumentperspektiv

Syftet med vår uppsats är att beskriva hur svenska konsumenter uppfattar och påverkas av svenska företags användning av multiple celebrity endorsement som kommunikationskälla i företagets visuella kommunikation.Vi har valt ett kvalitativt och abduktivt angreppssätt genom en fallstudie. Vi har genomfört våra intervjuer i form av fokusgrupper och därefter abstraherat vår data genom kategorisering. De teorier vi i huvudsak behandlar, består av multiple celebrity endorsement, visuell kommunikation, konsumentbeteende, kommunikationskällan och dess mervärdesfaktorer, samt recall och recognition.Våra respondenters svar ligger till grund för den data vi redogör. Vi har analyserat empirin utifrån den teori vi tidigare redogjort för. Vi beskriver även inledningsvis vårt val av fallföretag bestående av AXA Sports Club och MQ Sweden AB samt hur vi använt oss av kända personligheter från deras annonser..

PURPOSE: By analysing collected data using theory, we aim to interpret the design, implementation and the usage of BSC in NPO?s to be able to contribute to the research. The purpose of this study is using McDonald?s in China and Sweden as a case to find out how fast food restaurant retailers combine adaptation and standardization with symbolic attributes of store atmospherics under different cultural background, and find out possible reasons. The study used McDonald?s in a case format to study in-store atmospheres. Further, the research has an investigating and explanatory qualitative approach, collecting the empirical data through observation with photos.

Talent Management : Möjlighet eller hot? Sett ur HR-anställdas perspektiv.

The purpose of this study is to contribute with new knowledge of  how Talent Management can be seen as a an opportunity or threat for organizational development, concerning competence, on the basis of HR. The research questions asked are: Out of wich aspects can Talent Management be seen as an opportunity or threat on the basis of HR-employees? How can it affect the work of HR? To answer these questions qualitative interviews with five employees within HR from four different companies has been executed. The essay has been investigated on the basis of an explorative aim and with a qualitative method. The empirical results has indicated common themes such as director support, HRs view of Talent Management, HRs development and shifts of generations.

The purpose of this case study was to gain an understanding of how companieslike our case study object Memoto who developed a physical product which gets added-value fromdigital product-related services looks upon product-centered communities as a way of buildingcustomer relationships. How Memoto looks upon incentives for participation in product-centeredcommunities was also examined.Our research indicated that firms in the start-up phase (which Memoto was when this study wasconducted) initially want to have more control over the process of innovation and hence have directcontact with end-customers. During the last 15 years the Swedish media market has developed a great deal, thanks to the rise of new media. Literature, articles and investigations have contributed to producing the chapter of background of this essay. By doing the qualitative interview with research representatives of six local newspapers the aimis to answer the following questions: Who were your competitors 15 years ago? How do you see the future? The main results show that all six representatives agree on the fact that the competition has increased during the last 15 years.
