Trafikverket ansvarar för det statliga vägnätet i Sverige. Vägnätet består av cirka15 500 broar som ständigt utsätts för olika former av nedbrytning. Broarnabehöver därför underhållas med jämna mellanrum både för att hålla broarna i ettbra skick och för att motverka att nedbrytningen påskyndas.Under de senare åren har Trafikverket utformat en ny upphandlingsmetod avbrounderhåll. Den går ut på att allt brounderhåll för en region paketeras, i ett s.k.brounderhållspaket, som en entreprenör sköter i en femårig period. Ibrounderhållspaketen ingår förebyggande underhåll, avhjälpande underhåll ochakut underhåll.Syftet med det här arbetet är att följa upp den nya formen att upphandlabrounderhåll i paket.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att förklara sambandet mellan faktorgrupperna kommunspecifika faktorer, kontraktsspecifika faktorer samt upphandlingsspecifika faktorer, och överprövning av offentlig upphandling. Teoretisk ansats: Utifrån denna studies teoretiska referensram innefattande Public Choice-teorin, NPM och kontraktsteorin, har vi definierat tre olika faktorgrupper som är kopplade till offentlig upphandling och som är av betydelse för överprövning. Utifrån denna teoretiska referensram har hypoteser formulerats för att testa sambandet mellan faktorgrupperna och överprövning. Metod: Studien består av två delstudier som är utförda enligt en kvantitativ metod. I delstudie 1 genomfördes en datainsamling för 30 olika kommuner gällande kommunens helhetsperspektiv.

The idea for the project emerged when Nilorn wanted to get better control over their supplychain and improve operational efficiency. The company also want to reduce their expenses inthe continuous process of improving profitability. By choosing the right option oftransportation and mode of transport there are large potential savings for the company. Thisenables Nilorn to reduce the transportation costs and strengthen the environmentalresponsibilities by reducing their environmental impact.The flow of goods within Nilorn has over the past years increased significantly and most ofthe gods today is transported by air. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the supply chain of thecompany and evaluate the potential economic savings in this area.

Byggbranschen är, jämför med andra branscher konservativ. Förändringar, förbättringar och effektivisering sker men inte i den utsträckning och takt det borde. Under mitten av 1980-talet utvecklades en ny samarbetsform i USA och Storbritannien, som kom att kallas för Partnering.Vårt huvudsyfte med denna rapport är att se hur tillämpning av samarbetsformen partnering är inom småhusprojekt. Partnering är ett begrepp som används där man har gemensamma mål, öppenhet med öppna böcker och stor tillit för byggherrens bästa. Att försöka definiera partnering i Sverige har inte varit angeläget eftersom stora variationer i arbetssätt gjorts till respektive projekt.

This is achieved through semi-structured interviews with 20 different interviewees. These interviewees represent different facets of the industry and facilitate an understanding of which factors, such as: investment costs, operating costs, reliability, environmental impact and the influence of external and internal actors, come into play and to which degree they impact the investment decision-making process. The results show that primarily low operating cost in the form of low energy consumption is the driving factor when it comes to the procurement of new equipment. A lower environmental impact is a positive side-effect of lower energy consumption.

Recent corporate challenges require effective communication in order to secure a company?s reputation. Companies as a result, need to be committed to a series of corporate social and environmental practices along with their financial commitments to their shareholders and investors. In fact, businesses are required to go above their ordinary operations and involve all potential stakeholders that can be affected by their strategies. Companies also need to communicate social, environmental and economic consequences of their activities along with their CSR commitments to their internal and external stakeholders in order to make a better corporate image and improve their market opportunities.

Offentlig upphandling används av den offentliga sektorn för att ingå avtal eller teckna kontrakt med leverantörer av varor och tjänster. Rapporter har visat att småföretag inte deltar i offentlig upphandling i samma utsträckning som större. Kostnader för företagen att ta fram anbud har angivits som orsak liksom att förfrågningsunderlagen är krångligt utformade och att kraven som ställs är irrelevanta. Kommunikationen mellan upphandlande myndigheter och företagen har beskrivits som otillräcklig och att kunskapen om det som upphandlas därmed blir lidande.Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka kommunikationen mellan myndigheter och småföretag i samband med offentlig upphandling. Hur aktörerna kommunicerar, vilka hinder av kommunikativ karaktär som eventuellt förekommer samt hur dessa hinder kan övervinnas är de frågeställningar som använts.

The Swedish National Rail Administration has changed in the past decade, from its origin after a less dramatic separation from the Swedish State Railways to becoming an authority with its own identity. Today the National Rail Administration is a large organisation with several different departments, each with its own unique function. To operate train services the railway needs to be ?in shape?, leading to a need for maintenance, reinvestments and new investments. For this purpose, the National Rail Administration carries out public procurement where contractors, who are able to perform maintenance and new construction, submit tenders.

Byggmaterialmarknaden i Sverige uppfattas idag som oligopolisk där ett fåtal företag dominerar en stor del av marknaden. Nya inköpsvägar för material kan öka konkurrensen och förändra villkor för aktörer i branschen. Flera utredningar menar på att import är en sådan inköpsväg som kan förändra den nuvarande prisstrukturen. Men för företag som ser import som en möjlighet kommer även ny problematik som måste hanteras. Företaget Midroc har ett stort intresse i att utreda möjligheten för att köpa in färdiga betongstommar från andra sidan Östersjön.

The transportation sector is the only sector of the Swedish society that is still increasing the emissions of carbon dioxide and other green house gases. Diesel fuel represents one of the fuels that contributes to these emissions and the use of diesel fuels is increasing every year. The main purpose of this study was to make an estimation of the current business situation for producers of liquid diesel biofuels in Sweden such as biodiesel, synthetic diesel and crude tall diesel and examine the forces of competition of the industry today and its future prospects. The study revealed that the rivalry among the existing firms was low mainly due to the geographical spread of the companies. Moreover the success of the biodiesel industry was influenced by a long-term guarantee of the tax exempt for biofuels and by the price level of petroleum diesel.

Syftet med offentlig upphandling är att konkurrensutsätta marknader och skapa bästa möjligaaffär för de offentliga medel som den upphandlande myndigheten har till sitt förfogande.Offentlig upphandling ska ske med långsiktigt perspektiv och det finns verktyg för att tillse attett långsiktigt synsätt erhålls. Ett av dessa verktyg är livscykelkostnader (LCC) som beaktaren produkts anskaffning, ägande och avveckling. En produkt som har ett högtanskaffningsvärde men låga framtida kostnader, kan bli det mest kostnadseffektiva inköpet.LCC används för att göra en ekonomisk värdering av olika investeringsalternativ,diskonterade över produktens livslängd. Livscykelkostnader är ett synsätt som utforskar deolika investeringsalternativen och används aktivt för att föra en dialog mellan aktörerna iupphandlingsprocessen.Användningen av livscykelkostnader, kan antas vara till god hjälp för beslutsfattarna i vattenoch avloppsbranschen (VA) om de vill ta långsiktigt korrekta beslut. Problematiken är attingen har kartlagt hur ett livscykelkostnadsverktyg påverkar beslutsprocessen i offentligaupphandlingar inom VA-branschen och om det ger beställaren ett tydligt beslutsstöd.

Bakgrund: Dagens globalisering har möjliggjort en ökad handel mellan länder vilket har inneburit en ökad konsumtion och i sin tur en större negativ miljöpåverkan. Denna miljöpåverkan sker på grund av att produkterna som anskaffas leder till föroreningar genom avlägsna producenter och långa transportsträckor samt genom en icke-miljövänlig produktion. Att se över sina försörjningsstrategier blir alltså allt viktigare och Green sourcing bör övervägas framför traditionella sourcing strategier. Konceptet är relativt nytt och befinner sig fortfarande i utvecklingsfasen där fullständig forskning om Green sourcing saknas. Genom den begränsade forskning som finns inom området kan ett forskningsgap utskiljas då Green sourcing ännu inte utforskats inom offentligheten.

Syftet med denna rapport är att undersöka hur inköpsfunktionen kan bidra till att öka hållbarheten i företaget och dess omgivning på både kort och lång sikt samt hur dessa möjligheter utnyttjas av företag i praktiken. Detta görs genom att dels undersöka och sammanställda tidigare studier, bland annat 41 vetenskapliga artiklar, gjorda främst på utländska företag, vidare genom en egen studie gjord på sex svenska företag för att undersöka hur dessa arbetar med hållbart inköp. Rapporten är av intresse då inköpsfunktionen med sin gränsöverskridande roll har stora möjligheter att påverka både företaget och dess omgivning. Arbetet med hållbart inköp medför flera fördelar både för företaget och dess omgivning. Trots det är det enligt tidigare studier sällan dessa möjligheter utnyttjas till fullo.
