This paper is based on a study seeking answers to questions about how the judges at district courts look at mediation as a way to deal with custody and visitation disputes between parents who do not live together. The questions posed in this study are: When is a mediator appointed? What result do judges expect to mediation? What do the judges say about how a mediator should work? What are the judge?s opinions about the lawyer?s role in these cases? Finally, how do the judges define the children?s needs and how do the judges check that the solution is best for the child? The study also aims to compile theories of mediation, to create new knowledge and to possibly develop new research questions related to mediation. The study is a qualitative case study with law sociological and abductive approach. The interviewed judges all have a lot of experience in family law cases.

The purpose of the paper is to examine how teachers in preschool is working with language stimulation for the prevention of difficulties in reading and writing before school starts. The method that was used to illuminate the problem is a qualitative interview. A specialpedagog and six preschool teacher, which is specifically focused on language stimulation in the work with children, have been included in the study. The results indicated that preschool teacher are working a lot with language stimulation. They work mostly with children throughout the group, to encourage and provide children with the tools to be able to communicate with each other and staff.

Många utvecklingsprojekt inom IT misslyckas med att leverera det som efterfrågas. För att lösa detta problem har ett antal utvecklingsmetoder skapats. En av dessa metoder är Extreme Programming. Extreme Programming består av tre delar: värderingar, principer samt praktiker. Syftet med denna studie är att studera vilka problem som kan uppstå när Extreme Programming tillämpas av ett arbetslag om två utvecklare.

The aim of this paper was to contribute to knowledge about how preschool-teachers work with the development of children?s spoken language in preschool.The study was conducted through interviews with four preschool-teachers working at the same preschool with one to five year old children. Through the interviews I came to learn about the preschool teachers experience concerning their work with development of children?s spoken language.The results show that the preschool teachers used pedagogical tools like songs, movements, rimes, jungles and stories in their work to develop the children?s spoken language. They said that conflicts and exclusion among children in a group could be a result of differences in language skills.

Swedish childcare has undergone radical changes in the last 15 to 20 years. It has evolved from kindergarten to pre-school, in other words, gone from simple childcare to an active learning environment with the child as the center. Official documents, such as the pre-school curriculum and other guide documents, define the role and work ethics of the pre-school teacher. In my thesis I argue that it is essential to have an ongoing and continuous discussion at pre-schools on the practical applications of these frameworks and ambitious goals.What do you do when you simply cannot give every child the individual time they should have according to rules and regulations? How do you stay an active and present pedagogue in today?s pre-school with large classes and heavy workloads? How do you establish a common professional work ethics within a pre-school so that all children are treated equally? In my scientific essay, I examine these issues based on a real-life situation: Ellen in the hallway.A pedagogue must continuously make balanced decisions based on rules and regulations, on life- and work experience which, in many cases, contradict each other.

Molntjänsterna Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive och Box har implementerats. Syftet med rapporten är att observera vilka problem som kan uppstå vid implementationen av molntjänsterna, och hur dessa problem kan lösas. Resultatet blev att molntjänsterna hade liknande problem. Problemen som uppstod var att alla molntjänster förutom Google Drive kunde bara öppna filväljaren i en popup. Att ange rätt domännamn blev ett problem för flera molntjänster då det var olika hur mycket av URLen som behövde anges, vilket berodde på respektive API..

Proven i dagens skola är ofta av klassisk karaktär, skrivna så att de endast syftar till naturvetenskapen som en produkt. Hur skall vi få proven mer motiverande för eleverna? Ett sätt kan vara att införa mer vardagsanknutna problem i proven. Arbetet syftar till att göra en jämförande studie bland ett antal naturvetenskapsstuderande gymnasieelever, där vi jämför elevers prestation och motivation vid klassiska faktabetonade fysikproblem kontra vardagsanknutna frågor. Detta följs upp av elevintervjuer.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the authors of Matthew and Luke describe Joseph; The main aim is to see how the picture of him is drawn in the infancy narratives of their respectiveGospels; what unites, and what distinguishes the pictures of the two evangelists' account of Joseph,as a character and as a father.With the help of both textual and grammatical criticism, this study investigates - pericope bypericope - different aspects of Joseph's participation in the infancy narratives of Matthew and Luke; his relationship to the child and the mother, the terms used to describe him, and his overall modusoperandi. This essay builds its structure upon the individual study of each pericope, with the aim of painting a general and summarized picture.From the outset of already formulated uniting characteristics of the two gospels, as stated in Raymond E Brown's The Birth of the Messiah this study proposes that more can be said about the common features of Matthew and Luke, especially concerning Joseph's both character and relationto the child. First, this study suggests that both Matthew and Luke describe Joseph as the legal father of Jesus; second, both evangelists seems to describe Joseph as observant of Jewish law andcustom.The main impression of the two evangelists' birth narratives is however the differencesconcerning the description of Joseph. This study shows that there is one major common feature: the ambivalence evident in the evangelists' way of describing Joseph. On the one hand, both Matthew and Luke prescribe Joseph some importance; Matthew by describing Joseph and letting him act,Luke by calling him father and parent.

The purpose of the essay has been to analyze and interpret Hans Hedbergs ceramic art. It deals with his education, people and places that influenced and inspired Hans Hedberg in his artistic development. For example the nature in Köpmanholmen, Höga kusten, were he grew up as a child and the fact that he started as a painter. The essay analyses mainly his symbolic sculptures the Egg and the Apple-series and links it to Surrealism and Nouveau Réalisme and how other artists has worked with the Egg and Apple-theme. .

SammanfattningSyftet var att inom sluten barnsjukvård undersöka sjuksköterskors erfarenhet, kunskap och upplevelse av ansvar och skyldigheter vid misstanke om att barn de vårdat utsatts för barnmisshandel. Begreppet barnmisshandel innefattade i denna studie att en vuxen person utsatt barnet för fysiskt- eller psykiskt våld, sexuella övergrepp, kränkningar eller försummelse att tillgodose barnets grundläggande behov. Designen var beskrivande med kvalitativ ansats. Sex sjuksköterskor valdes ut och intervjuades med halvstrukturerade frågor. Intervjuerna spelades in och transkriberades ordagrant.

Många studier har gjorts inom området familjeterapi men sällan har barnens egna upplevelser utvärderats. Studiens syfte är att utforska barns erfarenheter av familjeterapi. Frågeställningarna behandlar barnens förväntningar inför terapin, men även deras skildringar av familjesamtalen och situationen efter avslutad terapi. I studien, som har en kvalitativ ansats, har åtta barn i åldrarna 5-12 år intervjuats med hjälp av semistrukturerade frågor och "tjejpingmetod" (Soltvedt, M. 2005).

The purpose of this study is to understand how parents to children with autism handle difficulties in their daily lives. Previous research defines autism and shows how it can affect families but it doesn?t show how families handle autism. We have done eight qualitative interviews with parents to children with autism. The result shows similar forms of difficulties in families which children with autism, even though the degree of difficulties varies.

Background: Globally, one percent of all people diagnosed with cancer are children. Childhood cancer often requires long and tough treatments. When a child is diagnosed with cancer it also affects the family and the relatives. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe the nurse?s role in the care and treatment of children with cancer.

Programvaruutveckling lider idag av stora problem och många av problemen är kopplade till hur krav samlas in och hanteras. Ett sätt att underlätta kravinsamlingen och att öka kommunikation med kund är att ta fram en prototyp, vilket är en konkret representation av programvaran som ska tas fram. När kravutvinningen har kommit tillräckligt långt kan denna prototyp användas som en del av en kravspecifikation. En vanlig form av kravspecifikation är ett dokument, men även en (exekverbar) prototyp kan vara en effektiv representation av programvaran som ska tas fram.I detta arbete undersöks det vilka problem som kan uppstå då en prototyp används som en del av en kravspecifikation. Problem identifieras i litteraturen och intervjuer utförs för att undersöka vilka problem som finns i praktiken.
