The purpose of this essay is to examine Cognitive and Psychodynamic theory in the ways they approach spirituality. How and whether or not the personal view of spirituality affects the professional role of the psychologist is investigated. Data from six semi-structured interviews with psychologists have been collected and analysed in a qualitative, phenomenological method. The results reflect two main topics and several subsequent headlines with regards to: 1) the psychologist's professional approach and 2) the area in between the psychologist's personal and professional approach to spirituality. From empirical studies and relevant theories, a discussion is held about the psychological approaches to spirituality in psychotherapy.

The aim of this study was to investigate physician?s view of physiotherapy in primary health care. Semi structured interviews were conducted with five physicians. The study was carried out as a qualitative context analyse study. The interviews were coded in categories independently by the two authors.

Detta examensarbete är en kvalitativ undersökning av hur svenska religionslärare ser på sitt ämnes roll i ett mångreligiöst samhälle, samt hur de ser på de förändringar som genomförts i kursplanen samt hur de gör för att uppfylla läroplanenernas krav på objektivitet. Många lärare menar att ämnet har utökats med nya moment, såsom religion i förhållande till vetenskap, men att tiden för kurserna inte utökats. Resultatet har därför enligt en lärare blivit mindre tid till fördjupning. Alla lärare i undersökninge säger att man försöker behandla alla religioner rättvist och neutralt, men man menar samtidigt att det gäller att vara medveten om att man aldrig helt kan uppnå neutralitet..

How can former military area I5 in Östersund, Sweden, evolve into Stadsdel Norr ("The Northern Quarter") ? an attractive part of the town center? In a theoretical part of the essay the significants of well functioning towns and streets are investigated. The history of Östersund and I5 is shortly reviewed. Present recommendations concerning city design are presented along with guidelines from Vägverket (National Road Administration) for urban streets. The European Union is originally an economic organization that has developed into including more social and cultural questions. These questions are especially important when the Union expands with so many different cultures and traditions to take into concideration.I have from an identity perspective studied the relation between the European Union and the candidate country of Turkey. Using theories including the Other I have discussed the relationship between us (Europe) and the Other (Turkey) and Turkey's possibilites to become a member of the Union. My conclusion will include a discussion on the basis of three dimensions; History, Economy/Politics and Religion. I believe there are hindrances for Turkey to become a member of the European Union.

In this study we have focused on how board work is affected by companies growth and development. This research has been conducted through a case study of Teleopti AB, a private Swedish family-owned company, together with theory and literature studies. We have studied the development of Teleopti since its founding in 1992 until today and what impact this company's development has had on Teleopti's board work and composition during the same period. Through the study we came to the conclusion that Teleopti's board work has gone from being supportive and advisory to more professional with a higher degree of board involvement. This change has been caused by the reduced information asymmetries, the increased need for board's expertise, the new board dynamics and the CEO change caused by the company's growth..

Jag blev nyfiken på huruvida den åländska skolans tillämpning av de normativa texter som grundskolelagen och läroplanen utgör, appellerar till dagens verklighet, som den uttrycks i den offentliga debatten i medier och hos allmänheten.I augusti 2003 fick Finland en ny religionsfrihetslag, den tidigare daterade sig till 1922. Målet med den nya lagen är att alla religiösa samfund i Finland skall vara jämlika och autonoma. Till samfundsstatusen är kopplad en statlig garanti om undervisning i den egna religionen.

This is a study of foster homes. The focus is at the methods, used at foster homes evaluations and at guidance/support the foster homes are offered.En questionnaire is made in Skåne, on this theme.Except that, it contains a fairly lot of useful information for families who are interested in becoming foster home.The questionnaire is made among public and private participants who evaluates new foster homes and places children (under 18 years) in Skåne.Because of the low answer frequency, we can?t generalize the result of the questionnaire. But the result we have obtained indicates that Kälvestens evaluation method is used frequently.In the subject of support/guidance we can?t see any specific methods used.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka i vilken utsträckning och sammanhang som fem läromedel i religionskunskap behandlar kvinnorna i kapitlen om buddhism. Undersökningen ämnar också presentera bakomliggande faktorer till det ämnesinnehåll och plats kvinnor ges i buddhismkapitlet med utgångspunkt tidigare forskning. Materialet har analyserats utifrån en kvantitativ bildanalys och en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.                                 Resultatet av denna studie visar att läroboksförfattarna ägnar minimal uppmärksamhet åt kvinnorna när det gäller bild och textinnehåll. Resultatet visar också på läroboksförfattarna brist på kunskap att uppmärksamma kvinnliga perspektiv i buddhism vilket medfört att läromedlen är genusmässigt bristfälliga..

This study examines a case of cooperation between banks, commerce, police and the municipality of Skövde, which in a project has the target to reduce the use of cash by 15 % in the city during 2011. The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of the importance of cooperation in which different actors come together to reach a common goal, such as speed or interfere with an ongoing change, while they must meet their own interests. In this study the case of cooperation has been studied by using a qualitative approach. The methods used in this study are participant observation and a group interview as well as personal interviews.
