The basic principle of the integrated school according to the Salamanca Declaration is that all children, whenever possible, should be taught together, regardless of any difficulties or diversity. It has been shown that students with neuropsychiatric disorders are having much more difficulties to achieve the targets than the average student. Pupils with neuropsychiatric syndrome will always be present in school and we who are working in the business must be better at learning to adapt to them so that they too can achieve proficiency in school.Mathematics is perhaps the topic that Swedish students generally have most problems with,and it will not obviously be easier if you have some form of neuropsychiatric disability.In our future role as special education teachers, we will mentor and support other teachers in the complex educational environment that exists today. The aim that has been built up is thus partly to explore how mathematics teachers work with included students with neuropsychiatric disorders, as well as how teachers wishing to become supervised by specialeducation teachers in mathematics. The study is conducted from a sociocultural perspective.A sociocultural perspective on learning means that all people are learning all the time in social settings.

Sustainability reports have during the last decade had a strong development. Both in terms of establishing a sustainability assurance, in its form, and get it assured together with standards, principles and regulations which organisations and accountants have utilized. The growth of sustainability reports and the choice of getting them assured have in particular favoured the accounting business. Due to this result, some critics have voiced that assuring a sustainability report gain accounting firms more than it gains the actual organisation. Other say that it is necessary in order to increase the credibility and the eligibility of the report, while it also has become a requirement from stakeholders.

Due to recent legal enactments regarding carbon dioxide emissions, the car industry is facing higher demands. An effective way of reducing these emissions is to minimize the weight of the vehicle. This thesis constitutes a feasibility study on whether or not it is applicable for the car industry to utilize an inner floor structure comprising composite materials. The principal was the projectSåNätt, in which the main participant was Volvo Cars Corp. In consultation with a reference group, consisting of delegates from the industry and KTH, a specification of requirements was produced.

Debattörer menar att nyttan med revision bör överstiga kostnaden som den medför för att det skall finnas en revisionsplikt. Utifrån detta argument frågade vi oss vad revision tillfredställer för behov hos intressenten eller det vill säga vilken nytta intressenten upplever med revision. För att kunna jämföra nyttan med kostnaden måste nyttan preciseras med ett värde, revisionens värde. Först då man vet vilka behov som, genom revision, tillfredställs hos de olika intressenterna kan man försöka finna de omständigheter som leder till att detta behov förändras. Syftet med undersökningen är att förklara revisionens värde genom att identifiera de faktorer som påverkar revisionens värde och därmed kunna granska fenomen såsom förväntningsgap och revisionsplikt.

In 2009, the estimated number of residents in China was 1.331 billion, representing approximately 22% of the total world population. China is the world's most populous state and is in constant growth. This is also a market that offers huge opportunities. The major cultural differences between China and the rest of the world can often cause problems for companies that choose to expand in China. A major problem with the cultural differences is that Chinese employees feel that foreign managers do not understand the Chinese culture which is said to be the reason why Chinese people tend to change jobs often.

The theoretical focus in this master is information retrieval (IR), and especially the part of IR that includes interactivity. This research is by some researchers called IIR. Our principal aim was to examine if search engines on the WWW are taking advantage of research results from IIR research. A way to do this is to look at the application of special features, in this case query expansion (QE) and relevance feedback (RF). Both these methods aim for a better matching of documents and the searchers information need.

Changes in the environment are affecting the world market, and pressures from several stakeholders? are forcing different enterprises to adjust to the current situation. Farmers? difficult working conditions and environmental impacts of the conventional cotton production in India have been highlighted. The small-scale production that is characterising India?s cotton farmers implies an insufficient competition power.

Under de senaste åren har olika företagsskandaler, både i Sverige och utomlands, varit ett uppmärksammat ämne i olika samhällsdebatter. Skandalerna har resulterat i att allmänhetens förtroende för svenskt näringsliv sjunkit. Denna förtroendeproblematik skapade behov av att reglera utövandet av bolagsstyrning, på engelska corporate governance. Kodgruppens uppgift är att utveckla den svenska Koden för bolagsstyrning som infördes 1 juli, 2005 och skall följas av bolag noterade på Nordiska börsen i Stockholm. I dagsläget omfattar Koden bolag noterade på Large Cap med hemvist i Sverige.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att studera hur punkt 3.2.1 i Svensk kod för bolagsstyrning har implementerats av bolag på Large Cap-listan och huruvida förändringar i styrelse-sammansättningar har skett sedan den trädde i kraft den 1 juli år 2005. ABSTRACTThe principal aim of the study was to compare the feeding behaviour of cattle, sheep and goats on pasture and explain any differences between speices. Furthermore, I compared foraging behaviour between dry season and the beginning of the rainy season, in order to see any relationships between weather and behaviour.The study was carried out in Shompole in southern Kenya. Behavioural data were collected by observing herds of cattle, sheep and goats on pasture. The livestock were herded on pasture during the days and kept in bomas, where people live, during the nights. The weather in Shompole is characterized by high ambient temperature and low, bimodal rainfall.

Börsnoterade företag, belägna inom EU, är sedan den 1 januari år 2005 tvingade till att upprätta sina koncernredovisningar i enlighet med normgivaren IASB:s utfärdade regelverk, IAS/IFRS. Grundtanken med det nya regelverket är att kunna skapa en ökad jämförbarhet i redovisningsrapporteringen mellan företag som har sitt säte beläget i olika nationer. På motsvarande sätt finns även målsättningar att stärka konkurrenssituationen hos unionens börsnoterade företag. Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka tillämpningen av IAS 36 i ett börs-noterat företag. Där standarden IAS 36 behandlar och reglerar nedskrivning av goodwill vid situationer då ett uppkommet nedskrivningsbehov föreligger.

The title, ?You simply must own your classroom?, is taken from a quote from one of my informants.After review of earlier research on how teachers handle their leadership in the meeting with disturbing pupils and which strategies they use to solve problems in the classroom, interesting questions developed. What experiences do teachers have of disturbing situations in the classroom? Which strategies do they use to solve the problems? What kind of support do the teachers consider necessary in teaching? Are there any differences in teachers? experiences and strategies between the two selected schools? The study is supported by earlier research that deals with pupils? and teachers? perspective and strategies in different classroom cultures in terms of norm-breaking behaviour of pupils. The study is also supported by three different theoretical perspectives such as power structure, social order/disorder and support strategies.I conducted the study through interviews with sex teachers who work in the same municipality but in two separate schools.

Att skriva av en goodwilltillgång med lika stora andelar varje år tog i och med planenligheten ingen hänsyn till den verkliga värdeförändringen hos den underliggande goodwilltillgången. Detta resulterade i att företag ibland även om där inte förelåg ett avskrivningsbehov tvingades till att skriva av värdet på goodwilltillgången. Problem uppstod även när goodwilltillgångarna uppvisade större avskrivningsbehov än de planenliga. Detta resulterade i att goodwilltillgångarna skrevs av i mindre omfattning än nödvändigt.

En revisor bidrar till att kvalitetssäkra den finansiella information företag lämnar ifrån sig och revision ses som en kvalitetsstämpel gentemot tredje part. När det inte längre är revisionsplikt för små bolag har konkurrensen hårdnat i revisionsbranschen. Revisionsbyråerna har därför tilltagit åtgärder så som marknadsföring för att behålla och attrahera nya klienter. Syftet med denna studie är att skapa förståelse för hur revisorer resonerar kring relationen till klienter och hur de upplever att den påverkas av de åtgärder som krävs för att behålla och attrahera klienter.Studien har fördjupats i tre begrepp som i sin tur är kopplade till teorier. Det studeras hur revisoryrket som profession, marknadsföring och oberoende påverkar klientrelationen och dessa stöds av agentteorin, professionsteorin och institutionell teori.
