Kommunikation av Corporate Social Responsibility : - En fallstudie om kommunikation i perspektiv avföretaget Clas Ohlson

I takt med globalisering och samhällstrender har det blivit allt viktigare för företagen att ta ett bredare ansvar för sitt agerande. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) innefattar ekonomiskt, legalt, etiskt samt filantropiskt ansvar och innebär för företagen ett arbete som bygger på lagar, egna initiativ och intressenters förväntningar. Att vara bra på något är också att vara bra på att förmedla det, att kunna kommunicera sitt CSR-arbete. Ämnen som transparens, strategi och förmåga att skicka rätt information genom rätt medium till rätt mottagare är vitala. Rapportens avsikt är att beskriva och skapa förståelse för hur ett detaljhandelsföretag kommunicerar sitt CSR-arbete på ett fördelaktigt sätt.

Den pedagogiska resan i förskolan

The aim of the study is to make a comparison between the nursery/preschool recommendations (by the state) made in 1972 and the one used today. Here I?ve focused on the posts of looking after children vis-à-vis the educational responsibility. Also the type of education recommended in 1972 and what type of education recommended today. My questions concerns what the preschool recommendations from 1972 are and how they are viewed and applied today in the 2000nds.Since my questions has to do with ideologies regarding children, family and society I choose to do a specific form of text and content analysis called Idea and ideology analysis.In my theoretical chapter I choose two aspects central for my field of examination.

However, few empirical studies exist on what this work entails and why it is undertaken. Instead, most of the academic research focuses on what the term itself should mean. Diabetes Mellitus typ 1: Sjuksköterskans erfarenheter i arbetet med ungdomar : En litteraturstudie

Abstract Background: Type 1 diabetes is a chronic disease that worldwide greatly increases among children and adolescents. Major demands are required from the individual who has this disease, which also requires significant knowledge from the nurses so they can be able to develop and create individual conditions for children and adolescents. Thus, the children and the adolescents can be able to take responsibility and feel secure in their own care. The nurse's techniques and specific tools in this work are however not particularly noteworthy and therefore needs to be advised.Aim: The aim of this study was to describe the experiences nurses have of supporting adolescents, between 12-18 years, with type 1 diabetes to an increased understanding of the disease and also to examine the methodological aspect data collection in the articles of this study. Method: A descriptive, literature study according to Polit and Beck (2012).

Marknanden för professionell golf : en institutionell analys av Europatouren för herrar

Studiens första syfte är att med institutionell teori kartlägga det kontraktsnät som konstituerar den europeiska marknaden för professionella herrgolfare. Det andra syftet är att analysera och diskutera vissa utvalda aspekter av detta kontraktsnät som utmärker Europatouren från traditionella vinstmaximerande företag. Den europeiska marknaden för proffsgolfare har organiserats i ett företag för att det är ekonomiskt fördelaktigt. Med Europatouren som en sammanhållande länk begränsas transaktionskostnaderna bl.a. genom att antalet kontraktsvägar reduceras och genom att utrymme för långsiktiga relationer med viktiga parter skapas.

Attityder till certifieringssystemen FSC och PEFC i skogsbranschen

Different groups in the forestry sector were likely to have different views regarding the responsibility for an environmentally sustainable forestry and the benefits of certification and this study aimed to examine the attitudes that existed in the forestry sector to the certification schemes FSC and PEFC. In the study a survey and a questionnaire were sent out to different groups. The investigation was made with respect to three groups: forest owners, forest contractors and employees working with the certification schemes on a daily basis at the forest company Södra. The groups agreed that the owner of the forest had the main responsibility for an environmentally sustainable forestry. The study revealed that all three groups highly valued the environmental aspect of certification.

CSR-kommunikation i praktiken : Skillnaden i rapportering mellan etiskt och oetiskt

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), företegets sociala ansvar saknar en universell definition. Det är upp till varje individ och företag att själva välja definition och ansvarsområde. Allt flera företag väljer att kommunicera sitt sociala ansvar genom CSR- rapporter även kallade hållbarhetsrapporter. Det teoretiska ramverket visar att företag som agerar på en oetisk marknad har en tendens att offentliggöra sitt CSR- arbete i högre grad än etiska företag. Syftet med denna studie är observera om det finns en skillnad i kommunikationen av CSR-arbete mellan etiska företag och företag som agerar på en oetisk bransch.

Företagets sociala ansvar : - En kvalitativ studie kring den sociala delen av begreppet CSR och dess påtagliga komplexitet samt dess koppling till mångfaldsarbete

Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka vad större svenska företag innefattar i begreppet CorporateSocial Responsibility (CSR) med fokus på den sociala delen samt att undersöka vilkaaktiviteter de har för att bekräfta sin tolkning av begreppet. Uppsatsen ämnar även undersökavilka faktorer som påverkar till CSR-arbete samt om det går att koppla företagens CSR-arbetetill företagens mångfaldsarbete. För att besvara syftet har intervjuer gjorts via telefon hos sjustörre svenska företag, verksamma inom varierade branscher, med personer ansvariga förrespektive företags CSR-verksamhet. Resultaten av studien har visat på att intressenter har enstor inverkan på företags CSR-verksamhet samt att CSR-arbete anses vara ett bra verktyg förföretag att påvisa ansvarstagande vilket i längden ökar företagets goda rykte. Dessutom harproblematiken kring begreppet CSR komplexitet framkommit samt att de sociala CSR-aktiviteter är svårmätta och svårdefinierade..

Undernäring hos äldre- ett gemensamt ansvar : Sjuksköterskans erfarenheter av team-samverkan kring den äldre patientens nutritionsbehov inom äldreboende

Purpose: The purpose of this interview study was to describe the nurses? view of their experiences of interaction with other professionals to improve the elderly patient's nutritional status in municipal elderly care.Method: The study is based on qualitative interviews with nine nurses and was analyzed according to a qualitative content analysis method.Results: The main themes that emerged: Communication among the involved, To feel secure in their role, Lack of structure. The nurses worked closely with nursing staff and cooperated more with doctors about nutrition than with the physiotherapist and occupational therapist. The nurses felt they had the main responsibility for maintaining a good nutritional status of the elderly patient and described themselves as primarily responsible for nutrition while they lacked nutritional competence equal to the responsibilities they had during the whole nutrition process. The nurses had no community dietitian?s skills and felt that the dietitian had a great responsibility and the most updated knowledge in diet and nutrition.

Alzheimer's disease also affects next of kin to a large degree; they will have to take a great responsibility. The next of kin are entitled to support from healthcare.Aim:The aim was to highlight next of kin' experiences of healthcare to their family members with Alzheimer's disease.Method: The study was based on narratives, which in this case means analysis of autobiographies.

Mobbning : En undersökning om lärares syn och förståelse av problemet mobbning i grundskolan

According to the national curriculum in Swedish schools, teachers have the responsibility to prevent and discourage psychological and physical harassment (Lgr 2011). This study focuses on 7 teachers with their viewpoint and understanding of bullying as a human based social problem. The teachers, as the informants, give their personal explanation on how they act, prevent and discourage bullying in their school. The research places the emphasis, based on, interviews from which teachers are telling, relating and explaining on how they say that they are preventing and discouraging bullying.The conclusion from this study is that the interviewed teachers do, from their viewpoint, understand bullying as psychological and physical harassment problem which is based on a question of interpretation in regards to the victim. The informants do place different emphasis on what causes the problem, if it is a question of the individual or of it is a problem based on the socialization between individuals.

Påverkar goodwill kapitalkostnaden?

Does goodwill affect the cost of capital? Goodwill is an asset which is characterized by much uncertainty regarding both what it is and how much it is really worth. Based on economic theory about information risk and principal-agent problems as well as theory regarding the cost of capital we test for the hypothesis that debt and equity investors perceive goodwill as something risky and hence demand compensation for taking on this extra risk. The proxies used for the cost of capital are cost of debt, beta and the EP-ratio. On a general level we find that increasing the level of goodwill seems to result in higher cost of capital as represented by the three proxies.
