Uppsatsen fokuseras kring högskoleutbildade kvinnor som befinner sig i en specifik arbetsmarknadspolitisk åtgärd. Åtgärden har en inriktning mot lärande och kompetens, kombinerat med arbetspraktik. Uppsatsen bygger på kvalitativa intervjuer med fem av de kvinnliga deltagarna i åtgärden. Dessa kvinnors upplevelser av sitt lärande och de erfarenheter de gör är en av grundstenarna i arbetet. Resultatet av detta arbete tyder på att det kan ha betydelse att du är kvinna för att få ett arbete på en allt hårdare arbetsmarknad, en arbetsmarknad med allt större förutsättningar för selektering utifrån andra faktorer än formell kompetens.

The aim of this masters thesis is to examine what political, social and ideological reasons that were the base for the establishment of the Swedish temperance movement. Which judgements within this movement that resulted in the decision to establish publishing firms, how these publishing businesses were organised and what function they had in the literary circuit. The questions are: What principal political, social, economical and ideological reasons were the bases for the establishment of the Swedish temperance movement? How has their need for publishing firms arisen? Which were the publishing firms and who were the publishers? What ideas, purposes, experiences, values and judgements led to the establishment of publishing firms? In the first part of the theory I have used the historical materialism of Karl Marx; in the second part the theory of middle class publicity by Jürgen Habermas; and in the third part I have made a presentation of the literary circuit and how it works according to Marx and Habermas. The method used is an analysis of ideas and ideologies in literature and documents.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the work situation for temporary workers within the field of journalism. During the past decade, influential external forces such as commercialization, new technologies and increased competition have brought great changes within the industry. As a result, employers value flexibility of manpower, not least to reduce cost, where the flexible employee is usually leased by the media company from a manpower company. Today it is a normal practice with manpower companies and this way of hourly paid form of employment. Although the temporary worker can sometimes benefit from this kind of employment, there are also significant setbacks like job insecurity.

Bakgrunden till uppsatsen är en analys av en satsning på vuxenutbildning. Utbildningens omfattning väcker frågan om hur Skåne län, AMI och Länsarbetsnämnden i Malmöhus län som står bakom projektet, förmår att ta hand om de vuxna som anträder utbildningen. Syftet med uppsatsen är att med utgångspunkt från vuxnas upplevelse av sitt lärande som sker inom ramen för ett projektarbete, analysera deras förhållningssätt till studier och lärande. Frågeställningar omfattar följande: Vilken mening har studier inom ramen för projektet för de utvalda vuxna och hur engagerar sig de vuxna i studierna och studiernas innehåll? Uppsatsen är en kvalitativ analys av insamlat datamaterial rörande några utvalda deltagarna och deras subjektiva upplevelser av utbildningen via projektarbetet under vårtermin 2005.

I fo?religgande studie presenteras fo?rklaringsmodeller till SAD med fokus pa? temperamentsforskning och reinforcement sensitivity theory (RST). Syftet var att genom explorativ faktoranalys identifiera latenta variabler i fra?geformula?ret ?Hur man var som barn? (HMVSB), som administrerats i en klinisk population (n= 100) och i en kontrollgrupp (n= 246).

Syftet med denna studie var att framarbeta ett nytt svenskt 360 graders mätintrument för transformerande ledarskap med specifik inriktning mot Kouzes och Posner (2003) och Ledarskapscentrum Nord AB:s utbildningar i Ledarskapets 5 utmaningar. Studien inbegrep en första ansats till itemanalys och utveckling av 5 beteendekategorier; förebild för gemensamma värderingar inspirera till gemensamma framtidsvisioner, utmana befintliga processer, frigöra handlingskraft samt uppmuntra och stödja. En enkät konstruerades med avsikt att testa huruvida de förmodade skalorna tillförlitligt och adekvat mäter avsedd ledarskapsstil. Instrumentet som testats utvecklades i linje med en kombination av steg och principer gällande vetenskaplig itemanalys och skalutveckling som föreslagits av Spector (1992). DeVellis (2003) och Kline (2000).

The purpose of this master's thesis is to examine and compare the process of starting a school library at schools which haven't had a school library before, and to examine and compare the experience of this process according to the principals and the persons responsible for the school library.I have examined two Swedish independent primary schools (age 6-15 years). I have made qualitative interviews with the principals and the persons responsible for the new school library. In all, I have made seven interviews. As requested by the new Swedish Educational Act, both schools had recently started creating school libraries. One of the schools had recruited a half-time teacher-librarian and the other had no staffing at all.In the interviews, I have examined the attitudes of the informants towards school libraries, if this attitude has changed during the process of starting the school library, the informants' experiences during this process and the informants' views on the school library as an agent for student achievement.

Självskattningsformulär utgör ett viktigt kliniskt redskap för både utredning och intervention av röstproblem men i nuläget är tillgången till olika formulär i Sverige begränsad då antalet validerade svenska översättningar är få. Syfte med studien var att översätta och preliminärt validera The Voice Symptom Scale (VoiSS) som består av 30 frågor tilldelade komponenterna Nedsättning, Emotionellt och Fysiskt. Den svenska versionen av VoiSS framtogs genom ?Forward-backward Translation? med en efterföljande pilotstudie. Sammanlagt deltog 203 vuxna individer som rekryterades via webb- och pappersenkät.

AbstractPurpose/Aim: The aim of this essay is to map out how the communication is organized at the Bällstabergs School in Vallentuna. The purpose with the essay is to illuminate the pros and cons with their system so that a communicationstrategy could be worked out from the basis of the results. The aim is devided into three different questions at issue: What does the organizational structure look like and how does it concide with the communication? What does the present communicative work look like? Which communicative needs can be identified?Method: The methodology contains two parts. The first part is an analysis of the present organization.

They can also be of a character, which makes them useful as supplement and interpretation of law. EU has developed principles of law that can be divided into general and special. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether there is a correlation between the actuarial assumptions, of listed groups in Large Cap on the Nasdaq Stockholm, equity ratio and their pensionplans funding status.Method: The study is based on a quantitative research method, where the analysis of annual reports takes place. The quantitative research method has enabled the paper to perform related analyzes and comparisons of means between groups, for listed companies equity ratio and pension obligation, and the relation to its actuarial assumptions. Correlation measurements are made using a non-parametric method, Spearman's rho, then further tested using one-sided hypotheses t-test.Theory: The backbone of the thesis is presented using two theories, earnings management and the principal-agent theory. These theories are intertwined with the previous researches, which also dealt with the essay topic of earnings management in previous years and in other countries.Empirical: Correlation analyzes between the studied actuarial assumptions and corporate groups solidity and pension financial status is presentedusing tables and charts. These are further analyzed using hypothesis tests and scatterplots.Conclusion: All tests resulted in very weak correlation between the different variables and can there for not be classified as significant.

This report describes the results of the project "Concept development of jet engine inspection plugs" carried out in the spring of 2008. The work was done at the department of product definition at the company Volvo Aero in Trollhättan. The objective of the work was to develop concepts for a "Volvo-unique" inspection plug. The work is part of Volvo Aero's focus on proprietary (self-developed) technologies. Inspection plugs can be found on virtually all aircraft engines and gas turbines.

Introduktion Att leva med en stomi innebär både fysiska, mentala och sociala utmaningar för patienten. Alla patienter är enskilda individer som har olika behov. För att sjuksköterskan ska kunna möta dessa behov behövs mer kunskap om hur patienter med stomi upplever sin situation och hur deras omvårdnadsbehov ser ut.Syfte Syftet med denna litteraturöversikt är att belysa patientens upplevelse av att leva med stomi samt erfarenhet av vård och behov av omvårdnad. Metod Arbetet är en litteraturöversikt och bygger på fjorton kvalitativa och kvantitativa artiklar. Dessa har tagits fram i databaserna Cinahl, PubMed och PsycINFO.

Den här studien undersöker kontinuiteten, vitaliteten, exponeringen och möjliga naturvårdsåtgärder i Solnas ekmiljöer. Enligt det 16:e miljökvalitetsmålet "ett rikt växt och djurliv" ska den biologiska mångfalden bevaras och nyttjas på ett hållbart sätt för nuvarande och framtida generationer. Gamla ekar har visat sig hysa en hög biologisk mångfald, men tyvärr minskar estånden av jätteträd kontinuerligt i Sverige samtidigt som föryngringen går långsamt eller i värsta fall helt avstannat. Åsikterna om jätteekarnas minskning verkar enstämmiga och bero på kontinuitetsglapp, upphörd hävd, igenväxning, plantering av gran på gamla odlingsmarker, brist på skötsel och ny bebyggelse i urbana miljöer. Kontinuiteten studerades genom att undersöka fördelningen mellan värdefulla ekar och ekefterträdare i hela Solnaområdet samt i fyra bestämda ektrakter.
