As a school welfare officer you are often alone of having your perspective and must struggle to preserve that perspective. At the same time, there are very little defined what role a social worker should have in a school. This makes it nessesary to form and develop your role of profession independently. According to the Swedish school law, the schools are not required to employ a welfare officer. This makes the school welfare officer inferior to the other branches of occupation in school.

This report presents a thesis project conducted by two students at Mälardalens högskola. The project covers 15 points in industrial design and was conducted during April to June 2014. The principal of the thesis works at Plastic Produkter. The assignment was to develop equipment for an effective way to dose, mix silicon, fill a special designed plastic bag and then seal it. The bag is then formed into a breast model.When a customer for various reasons decides to do a breast augmentation or a breast reconstruction, there may be doubt or uncertainty about the result.

During the period of occupation of Norway between the years 1940-1945 the National Lutheran Church took the responsibility of supporting the Norweigans in their ideological battle against the Nazis. This was a period named Holdningskampen in Norwegian history. One person to remember was Eivind Berggrav, bishop in Oslo diocese. He was the one responsible for the theological document of importance Kirkens Grunn that became important as a document against the Nazis and the small percentage of Christians that related to the naziinspired-church. Berggrav was also one of the founders of Den Midlertidlige Kirkeledelsen, the organisation responsible for the non-nazified churches.

This paper is about the composition and function of boards of social enterprises. A social enterprise can be defined as a company, which is founded by users or external stakeholder in order to create jobs (or a work place), a meaning in live or to further integration. One tries to achieve this goal by a business activity and/or subsidies and/or neighbourhood projects. The amount of social enterprises grew steadily after the restructuring of social welfare in Sweden since the 1980. Alternative forms of welfare ? such as a social enterprise ? will probably grow further in importance.

The purpose of this work was that with the help of a literature review have a single document with information on how the various species: brown bear (Ursus arctos), lynx (Lynx lynx) and the wolf (Canis lupus) living in the wild. The aim was also to show which stereotypic behaviours these different species have in zoos and the enrichments that is already being used and to make suggestions and recommendations on enrichment based on animal behaviour ecology. In zoos, some species thrive well while others have propositions to propagating problems, poor health and stereotypic behaviors. The brown bear, lynx and wolf, live both in the wild and in zoos in Sweden. As these animals have different ways of living in the wild, it is important to accommodate to each species, the way they are kept in zoos in accordance with their behavioural ecology.Brown bears are omnivorous and solitary living species with large energy needs so that they spend most of their day to actively feeding but also rest.

Styrelsens roll och betydelse för företagets tillväxt är en mycket intressant fråga som har belysts av många forskare från olika discipliner och skolor. Gemensamt för de flesta av dessa är dock att deras fokus varit inställt på stora multinationella företag och huruvida dessa är tillämpbara på små, nystartade företag är något oklart. De teoretiska bidragen som finns idag, baserade på små företag, är till viss del en snårig djungel och ambitionen med vår uppsats är att bidra till ökad förståelse för dessa samt skapa en mer strukturerad sammanställning av teoribildningen. Syftet med vår uppsats är att ur VD:s perspektiv studera huruvida en styrelse i små och medelstora företag med tillväxtambitioner hämmar eller främjar företagets tillväxt. Målsättningen är även att skapa en generell förståelse för hur styrelsen i dessa företag faktiskt arbetar idag.

Sedan Berry et al (1983) definierade relationsmarknadsföring har en mängd forskning försökt förklara vilka faktorer egentligen som ligger bakom en relationskvalitet. Begrepp som engagemang, förståelse, förtroende, relationens längd med mera är några av sakerna som forskare försökt att definiera relationskvaliteten. Samtidigt är det vanligt att företag försöker ta reda på hur deras konsumenter bedömer företaget och dess service i olika varianter, till exempel ?kund-barometer? eller ?nöjd-kund-index?. Dessa undersökningar ger företaget en vetskap om hur kunden bedömer företaget men inte var som ligger bakom vilket medför att de inte får reda varför konsumenten ger sina omdömen och samtidigt vet inte företaget hur de ska förbättra sig eller förändra sig för att skapa en bättre relation till sina konsumenter.

ICA is the largest general dealer in the Swedish market as well as the largest supplier to the independent ICA-dealers. The principal and one of the biggest stakeholders of this thesis is the department Supply Chain Development who is responsible for the development of ICA?s Supply Chain.The purpose of this study is to examine how ICA?s sales are affected by weather and to make recommendations on how ICA should proceed with its work regarding this issue. By leveraging their forecasts by including weather, ICA hopes that their logistical metrics amount of spoilage, service levels and number of inventory days will improve. This thesis describes how ICA is working with weather currently, and furthermore it discusses the existing literature within this area.

They perform this work in collaboration with the police and upper secondary schools in Örebro.The purpose of this essay is to investigate and describe this collaboration. More specifically, the purpose is to study the contents of documents of the municipality of Örebro concerning drug prevention aimed at youths through collaboration and compare with the actual work that is carried out by the Youth- and family team through collaboration. Further issues dealt with are possible improvements and if the parties concerned feel a need for a documented structure concerning their way of working.I have used a qualitative method and I have interviewed members of parties concerned.

Pedagogiskt ledarskap leder till utveckling. Detta antagande ligger som grund för denna studie som fokuserar på rektorers pedagogiska ledarskap i relation med medarbetare. Många lärare upplever arbetsbördan för stor och så även rektorer. Detta visar på en organisation som inte mår riktigt bra. För att skapa utveckling som leder till att fler stannar i organisationen behöver skolutveckling ske utifrån kärnverksamheten, undervisningen.

Despite the fact that the issue has been discussed for several decades, there are still no rules in Sweden mandating political parties and candidates to disclose received donations. Because of this lack of transparency, Sweden is not fulfilling some of its international obligations and has fallen behind in the international trend to increase the transparency of election campaign finance. The lack of disclosure rules in Sweden has led to extensive criticism, most notably from the Council of Europe´s group of states against corruption, Greco, who criticized Sweden in light of the guidelines on the subject from the Council of Europe. At this writing, a new proposal for disclosure rules is being prepared at the Department of Justice, DoJ. The proposal is to be presented in spring 2013.

The financial advice that the financial firms provides, remains a very important activity from a customer view.

På senare år har andelen redovisad goodwill ökat och blivit en betydande post i företagets balansräkningar. Enligt IFRS 3 ska anskaffad goodwill beräknas som skillnaden mellan köpeskillingen och identifierbara tillgångar och skulder. Eftersom goodwill ofta baseras på ett restvärde och att både IFRS 3 och IAS 36 uppmanar användarna att göra subjektiva bedömningar skapas utrymme för manipulation i redovisningen. Anledningen till det är att redovisningsdata ofta används som underlag för att mäta chefers prestation.

With the advance of the modern information society, the importance of reliable identity authentication has increased dramatically. Using biometrics as a means for verifying the identity of a person increases both the security and the convenience of the systems. By using yourself to verify your identity such risks as lost keys and misplaced passwords are removed and by virtue of this, convenience is also increased. The most mature and well-developed biometric technique is fingerprint recognition. Fingerprints are unique for each individual and they do not change over time, which is very desirable in this application.
