Digital transformation. En rapport om regleringar och sanktioner kring hybridarbete

This thesis investigates the regulation of hybrid work environments by focusing on the implementation of rules by both management and employees. It examines the methods used to measure compliance and the consequences of non-compliance within organizations. The study also explores how flexibility in work arrangements and the balance between work and personal life affect employee well-being and productivity. Furthermore, it highlights the critical role of self-leadership in navigating the complexities of hybrid work, emphasizing how effective self-management can enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. We have adopted a qualitative research approach and interviewed employees, managers, and HR personnel with experience in hybrid work. The different perspectives are expected to provide insights into this area by including all levels within an organization It is evident that organizations that have clearly established rules and guidelines regarding hybrid work have achieved the best desired results.

Känslig för känslor? : En kvantitativ studie av ett känsloregleringsperspektiv på oro och Generaliserat ångestsyndrom.

Forskning har sedan länge visat att oro dämpar upplevelsen av känslor och fysiologiskt påslag, men inte varför vissa personer har större behov av att dämpa sina känslor än andra. Nyare teorier om Generaliserat ångestsyndrom (GAD) indikerar att det är svårigheter med känsloreglering som är kännetecknande för diagnosen, då personer med GAD i högre grad än andra antas uppleva sina känslor som aversiva, och oro blir ett symptom på detta. Studien bekräftar en stark koppling mellan oro och svårigheter med känsloreglering i en studentpopulation , mätt med hjälp av tre självskattningsformulär, där det framkommer att ju större svårigheter med känsloreglering en person har, desto mer oroar sig denne. Den specifika känsloregleringssvårighet som i studien har störst koppling till oro och GAD är ?bristande strategier att handskas med känslorna?.

Mobil diabetesapplikation

This report is about the development of a prototype of a mobile application and a web application that will help diabetes patients in their own treatment and ease diabetes nurses work with their diabetes patients. The mobile application is a digital version of a diabetes diary used by the Örebro County Council primary care to ease in diabetes treatments. The report also covers tests with users which were conducted on potential users to get some sort of feedback from groups other than customer and colleagues. Tests with users showed that there was an interest in a mobile application and it was a highly appreciated project. The web application ease diabetes nurses in their work with their diabetes patients in the way that the web application can display graphs of the patient's blood glucose level. .

Distriktssköterskans tillvägagångssätt vid blodtrycksmätning på vårdcentral

Inledning: Distriktssköterskor har ett stort ansvar gällande blodtrycksmätning samt uppföljning av patienter med risk för hypertoni eller som behandlas för hypertoni inom primärvården. Blodtrycksmätning är en undersökningsmetod som förutsätter att den utförs korrekt med hänsyn till felkällor och rätt förfarande för att mätvärdet ska kunna tolkas rätt. Det finns ett flertal olika riktlinjer för hur standardiserad blodtrycksmätning bör utföras. Att arbeta hälsofrämjande är grundläggande i distriktssköterskors förhållningssätt och samtal kring livsstilsåtgärder är en viktig del i samband med behandling och förbyggande av förhöjt blodtryck. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att kartlägga hur blodtrycksmätning går till vid besöket hos distriktssköterskan samt vilka aspekter som tas upp i samtalet i samband med besöket.

 Transformellt ledarskap och autonom motivation- Finns det ett samband och medieras detta samband av behoven autonomi, relaterande och kompetens?

Denna studie undersökte om det fanns ett positivt samband mellan transformellt ledarskap och autonom motivation samt medierande effekter på, autonomi, relaterande och kompetens (Deci & Gagné, 2005). 104 personer har deltagit i studien, 54 kommer från en kyrka i Norra Sverige och 49 kommer från ett försäkringsbolag. 67 (64.4 %) av deltagarna är män och 37 (35.6 %) kvinnor. Det transformella ledarskapet mättes genom instrumentet (TLI) Transformellt Ledarskaps Inventorium (Tjärnberg, 2007). Den autonoma motivationen mättes genom en anpassad variant av (SRQ) Self Regulation Questionnare (Ryan & Connell, 1989).

Annual reports are by many considered to be companies primary way to inform their world where the CEO's words are read most carefully by shareholders. The purpose of this paper is to examine the design of the CEO's words in annual reports in light of the financial crisis in 2008. The study seeking explanations for change, similarities and differences in the various texts based on three themes which are results, future and confidence. In this qualitative study five CEO's words are explored by means of a discourse analysis, all from large Swedish industrial companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Some of the results shown is that the CEO tends to talk about the company's results in a self-serving manner and CEO speaks more aboutm the results before than after the crisis.

Lärobokens roll för undervisningen i engelska

The purpose of this study is to investigate and describe the role of course books for teaching English to children at intermediate level of primary school in Sweden. The essay is based on a descriptive, qualitative method and interviews have been conducted with seven teachers in different schools, teaching English in year 4, 5 and 6.The result of the study shows that course books have considerably influence on the teaching of English in the schools who took part in this investigation. The participating teachers use a course book as main teaching material and almost everybody follows the traditional routine working with Textbook and complementary tasks in Workbook every week. They base their lessons on course books and use alternative teaching material mainly for fun activities, speaking practice and individualization. Even though all teachers rank speaking and listening as most important for new learners, it is reading which has the largest impact on their teaching.

The purpose of this law-sociological study was to, on the basis of the District Court's decree to single custody, analyze the District Court?s comprehensive ideas and fall-oriented interpretations of the concept of the best interest of the child and the way they are constructed in connection with the District Court's application of the new law regulation of 6kap. 5§ FB regarding collaboration between parents. Our empirical data consisted of ten decrees to single custody. The decrees were examined and analyzed on the basis of social constructionism as a theory and the idea-analysis as the study's method.

Negotiating Work-Life Balance: Working Time Preferences and the European Working Time Directive

This thesis examines why working time preferences differ between workers and nations, and explains the effect of working time regulation and working time flexibility on negotiating work-life balance. In five separate sections the following working time issues are examined: the number of hours worked by workers in Europe; factors affecting individual working time preferences; how working time preferences are negotiated in the national industrial relations systems of Sweden, France and the United Kingdom; how the institutions of the European Union have influenced working time negotiations through the Working Time Directive; and the benefits and practices available to organisations implementing working time flexibility. Broadly this paper views working time preferences as being a highly personal and influenced by factors such as wages, taxation, culture (national and workplace) and non-work responsibilities. It is argued that negotiating a preferred working time pattern is essential to achieving work-life balance and when such a balance is achieved, workers are more healthy, motivated and committed to their employer. Essentially this provides an incentive for businesses to voluntarily implement working time flexibility beyond the regulatory standards..

Alkohol och arbetslivet : En studie av alkoholkulturen i en svensk arbetsorganisation och dess inverkan på de anställdas inställning till alkohol.

Since drinking habits are created in social environments the workplace has an important role in alcohol prevention. This study has investigated employees (N=216) in a Swedish municipality work organisation with the purpose to describe the alcohol culture in workplace and how it influences on the workers attitudes towards alcohol. The theoretical baseline for the study has been Ames and Janes framework that explains the relation between workplace culture and drinking habits among workers. The study showed significant relations between restrictive attitude towards alcohol and not drinking with co-workers (POR: 2.5) and feeling low pressure in the work situation (POR: 2.2). Therefore it should be of interest for employers to adopt a cultural perspective and a primary prevention strategy in their alcohol policies that focuses on social relations and the workplace conditions.

Från färdighetsträning till vokalt uttryck : Om sången i grundskolans läroplaner

The subject singing in elementary school changed its name to music in 1955 and with the name change followed a change in the content of the topic. In my study, I examine the perspective of how song as a subjekt has changed in the basic school curriculum texts. As a complement to text analysis, I used interviews in which two music teachers with long service in primary school were interviewed. My survey shows that there has been a clear change of the contents of concept song from being a pure skill where the aim was the vocal line benefits in different contexts and is today a vocal expression that can be embodied in many different ways. Curriculum texts have not been crucial to the changing content of the concept song.

Vad har mindfulness och anknytningsmönster gemensamt? : En studie av emotionsreglering och decentrering som mediatorer i relationen mellan mindfulness och anknytningsmönster

Mindfulness, som ett akademiskt begrepp, har ökat i popularitet och betydelse på senaretid, och av intresse är, mer specifikt, det ökade stödet för dess samband med anknytningsteorisom har observerats. Detta motiverar djupare inblick i vad som beskriver och förklarar dettasamband ytterligare. Studien syftade till att undersöka förklaringar av sambandet mellananknytning och mindfulness. Medierande analyser inom området är få till antalet, dock hartidigare studier påvisat att emotionsreglering utverkar en medierande effekt mellananknytning och mindfulness. Litteraturen ger även anledning att undersöka ifall sambandetmellan anknytning och mindfulness är dubbelriktat.

Högerfeminism : En diskursteoretisk analys

The goal of this essay is to analyse how women belonging to a right wing political discourse talk about feminism and equality. This analysis will be used to determine if right wing feminism exists. The analysis is based on Laclau and Mouffe´s  discourse theory as the primary base. The focus is articulation, antagonism and hegmony; the central terms of Laclau and Moffe´s theroy. The material consists of five interviews with representatives of women wings of liberal political in Sweaden; Liberala kvinnor, Centerkvinnor and Moderatkvinnor.The study shows that there are different opinions regarding feminism in the liberal political discouse, and that those opinions have an antagonistic relationship.
