Göteborgs kex är ett företag som är intresserade av att kunna minska sina slöserier och arbeta med förbättringsarbete för att kunna bli mer effektivare i sin produktion.Göteborgs kex är Skandinaviens ledande tillverkare av kex och ingår i norska Orkla-koncernen, som den största distributören av märkesvaror till dagligvaruhandel i Norden.Det problem som de har är ett område som heter Blå hallen. Mycket material byggs upp i form av lager inne i blå hallen och detta blir en fara för de som arbetar där då deras hälsa, arbetsmiljö och säkerhet påverkas. Avsikten med detta examensarbete är att utforska detta område och komma med förslag på hur de kan förbättra och effektivisera sina processer där. Målet är att minska lagerhanteringen och förbättra arbetsmiljön för de som arbetar där.Processförbättringar görs genom att kartlägga den nuvarande processen och därefter eliminera onödiga aktiviteter.

The purpose of this paper is to examine witch factors lays behind political decisions when reforming upper secondary school. Three major factors are used: political, economical and structural. These factors become visible by comparing the school reforms 1965 and the coming one in 2009. An analytical scheme is used to find the factors in the primary information. The study is based both political inquiries and on debate articles from newspapers and political papers.The results show that two factors are more visible than the third, and that is the ideological and structural.

Further, we also aim to conduct a market overview as a secondary purpose which will help us in reaching our primary purpose.

Uppsatsen handlar om mina erfarenheter av att vara dansmusiker och spelman inom svensk folkmusik idag. Under flera års tid har jag fördjupat mig inom spelmansmusiken och har med tiden känt av ett större behov att spela till dans för att nå en djupare i respektive tradition. Med fokus på polskedans ska jag utforska vad jag kan utveckla i mitt fiolspel och samtidigt ta reda på hur dansen tas emot av en ny publik. Metoden kommer vara att dokumentera danspelningar- och kurser på olika platser i landet. The purpose of my research is to describe the substance in three different wedding conversations, and study how the role of the priest is designed in these conversations. The foundation of my study contains authentical conversations and interviews from three priests and three couples. My main material is the authentical conversations but the content of the study, with supplementary interviews with the priest and the couple, render possible a perspective analysis of the wedding conversations from both sides. My conclusion is that the three priests expresses a different role in each conversation and the couples are powerless in the face of the priests. The dominate conversationsstrategy plays a decisive role for the matter and the character part of the priest in these conversations..

This paper describes a method for wireless energy transfer via near-field electromagnetic inductionthat is inexpensive, simple and can be applied to almost any type of system, regardless of size andenergy demands.The method uses a primary unit consisting of an oscillator, amplifier and inductive coil thattransfers energy to a secondary unit consisting of a coil, rectifier and voltage regulator. Two typesof oscillators and several amplifier designs were realized and evaluated together with a multitudeof flat coils of both monofilar and bifilar type.The results show that it is important to use an oscillator whose frequency is dependent on theinductance of the connected transmission coil, such as the Colpitts oscillator. This is preferable toan oscillator with a preset frequency, such as a Schmitt-trigger oscillator..

The purpose of this Masters thesis is to investigate the role of link collections in Swedish public libraries mediation of Internet resources. The study is focusing on the effects on the contents and the structure in the link collections when the target group is immigrant users. This is done through literature studies completed with an examination of two link collections containing multi-cultural and multi-lingual material and qualitative interviews with the two librarians who are in charge of the collections. The major questions raised in this study are: What function do the link collections have for the public libraries? What is the difference in working with traditional, printed material compared to the work with Internet resources? And how are the selection of Internet resources and the structure of the link collections affected when the collection is intended for immigrant users? The main results are that link collections in public libraries can give a concrete form to political guidelines.

The study aims to investigate Swedish fitness companies positioning and strategic choices when internationalising in the Scandinavian countries and what has influenced this choice. Furthermore, the corporate risk and what obstacles they encountered will be examined.The study was conducted as a qualitative study with a deductive approach. The results are based mainly on primary data from interviews, as well as secondary data.The fitness companies? choice of strategy in internationalisation depends largely on its concept and positioning. The main obstacles in the internationalisation process are lack of communication, language difficulties and regulations.

This report presents the preliminary study and work for the development of a site structure for the upcoming reengineering of inter-tool Infopunkt. The report describes how I have conducted a study regarding the current inter-tool information center and its development potential. Thereafter compiling the information to develop a comprehensive design approach to create a sitemap. The sitemap illustrates a new updated page structure for Infopunkt and was the primary goal of the thesis. The sitemap I have developed will form the basis for the agency that will later on develop the new updated version of Infopunkt..

In this study, company reconstructions and the financing of current accounts hereof are analysed from a perspective of insolvency law. The purpose with a company reconstruction is to maintain the operations of the company despite the insolvency of the mandator. In contrast to bankruptcy proceedings the person liable for payment stays in charge of the operations. However, this person is not allowed to sign for new loans, issue pledges of security for these loans or in any other way enter new obligations without the approval from the temporary company reconstructor. Besides providing for a successful reconstruction the reconstructor also has to consider the interests of creditors, especially to maintain the preferential order of the creditor's claims, keeping them unchanged in case of a formal bankruptcy.

Med vårt examensarbete ville vi skapa ett inlärningstillfälle i matematik. Under vår slutpraktik undersökte vi två matematikgrupper i årskurs åtta. Vi delade in eleverna i slumpmässiga grupper och med hjälp av observationsschema undersökte vi hur de utvecklade sitt samarbete. Vid tre olika undersökningstillfällen fick de arbeta med olika uppgifter i grupp. Eleverna har även fått skriva utvärderinagr i grupp och enskilt i form av utvärderingsformulär och enkäter.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur elever samarbetar i skolslöjden och vilka funktioner detta samarbete fyller. Genom att observera hur elever i årskurs nio samarbetade under slöjdlektionerna samlades material till studien in, material som sedan analyserades och kategoriserades.Resultatet av analysen blev fyra kategorier, eller typer av samarbete;Kunskapsförmedlande samarbete, Diskuterande samarbete, Samarbete när den egna kroppen inte räcker till samt Bekräftande samarbete. Analyser gjordes även av hur tillgängliga lärarna var under de olika lektionerna och hur detta kan ha inverkat på elevernas samarbete, samt rummet och arbetsmiljöns förmodade inverkan..

The importance of internal communication within companies has increased in recent years. However, there are still a number of companies that are not adapted to the modern world and the new modes of communication the Internet provides. This study evaluates the internal communication of a medium sized company by holding semistructured interviews with the employees. The goal of the interviews was to develop a requirement specification. This requirement specification was later used as the basis to analyze possible aids for the internal communication of the company.
