Den här studien avser att undersöka hur syskon upplever att skiljas från sina biologiskasyskon som placerats i familjehem. Informanterna har förblivit i ursprungsfamiljen och delarinte upplevelsen av att ha blivit placerade. Frågeställningarna innefattar informanternas bilderav den ursprungliga familjestrukturen, hur de beskriver uppbrottet, hur de tolkar och hanterarsituationen samt hur de upplever relationen till de placerade syskonen idag. Kvalitativa,ostrukturerade, intervjuer har genomförts och därefter tolkats med hjälp av symboliskinteraktionism, anknytningsteori, systemteori samt copingteori. Resultatet visar att det sketten förskjutning av ansvar; föräldrarna har delvis gett upp sitt ansvar till barnen eftersom desjälva inte har haft förmåga att bära det ansvaret.

Uppsatsens övergripande problematik handlar om normalitet och avvikelse och deras betydelse för vad som kommer att uppfattas som gott och dåligt moderskap. Studiens specifika syfte är att undersöka hur några kvinnor, vars livsstil på olika sätt avviker från det "normala", förhåller sig till och formulerar sig kring sitt moderskap och samhälleliga förväntningar på detsamma.Mitt material bygger på kvalitativa intervjuer och deltagande observationer med fem mödrar vars levnadsförhållanden och ideal i flera avseenden avviker från generella normer kring t ex arbete, boende och drogbruk.Jag utgår från den sociologiska synen på avvikelse som ett resultat av samhällets behov av avvikare för att upprätthålla den etablerade ordningen. Då kvinnor som avviker från olika normer vanligen anses vara olämpliga som mödrar utgår jag i min diskussion från att kvinnorna jag studerat kan antas uppfatta sig misskrediterade som mödrar och därmed sannolikt söker rättfärdiga sitt moderskap.I min analys av kvinnornas formuleringar kring moderskap illustrerar jag hur kvinnorna med hjälp av försvarsmetoder som "förklarande redovisningar" och "sociala jämförelser" kan vända potentiella misskrediterande beteenden till positiva egenskaper och på så sätt framhäva roller som goda mödrar. Jag belyser också hur kvinnorna utnyttjar det moderna moderskapets komplexa balansgång mellan traditionella och moderna värderingar genom att välja att presentera den modersroll som passar bäst för situationen och sammanhanget och hur detta resulterar i att kvinnorna upprätthåller och reproducerar traditionella normer och roller samtidigt som de tar avstånd från och motsätter sig desamma.Studien visar att de "avvikande kvinnorna" i stor utsträckning framställer sitt moderskap genom att ta fasta på och framhäva traditionella modersroller..

Background: Atopic eczema has increased in the last decade among children. The nurse can have a major role to prevent the disease. Aim: the aim of this study as to describe the nurses´ work in primary care with prevention to families with atopi with focus on atopic eczema among children. Method: A literature review based on analysis of fifteen scientific articles was done. Results: If the child was breastfed both positive and negative effects were evident.

ABSTRACT  I den här uppsatsen ville jag visa hur kryssningspassagerarnas beteende kan beskrivas med hjälp av karnevaleska teorier i reality-programmet ?Färjans? sista säsong. Syftet var att visa hur det finns andra sätt att analysera serien på än enbart med hjälp av medieteoretiker som är kritiska till genre reality-tv som sådan. Jag har velat visa passagerarnas handlingsutrymme i programmet och beskriva hur deras handlingar ombord på båten kan ses som karnevaleska. Jag utgick från antropologiska teorier om karnevalen och det karnevaleska med hjälp av främst Victor Turner och Roberto DaMatta.

The purpose of this study is to determine if and how municipal consultative entities through influence may affect the legitimacy of the Swedish democratic model. The study aims to do this through analysing the opportunities for influence present with the Youth Council and the Council of the Retired in Karlstads municipality, to determine how the councils may affect political participation and the role of elected representatives. To do so, the study asks the following primary research question:"What requisites for influence are present for participants of municipal consultative entities, as found for the representatives of the youth and the retired within the framework of their participation in the Youth Council and the Council of the Retired in Karlstads municipality?"The study answers this research question by dividing it into one question of policy and one question of democratic perspective, and investigating these matters through nine snowballing interviews with the decision makers, organisational actors and participants of the councils. The information from the interviews is then analysed per council through a framework of democracy theory, policy process theory and organisation theory.

Problems:How would a decision model that takes into account more aspects and dimensions than just the financial aspect look for smaller service compa-nies? What aspects are important to consider in such a decision model?Purpose:The purpose of this master thesis is to develop a decision model based on previous research, to improve decision making in smaller service com-panies ? by considering perspectives that traditional investment calcula-tions ignore.Method:The study was qualitative and was based on both primary and secondary data. As data collection method for the development of the model we used literature search on previous research. The study?s primary data consisted of responses from five smaller service companies.

Abstrakt Den här studien har undersökt förskolepedagogers enskilda och gemensamma medve-tenhet och tal om ämnet kränkande behandling och det medföljande ansvaret. Det som utmärkt sig i undersökningen har varit förskolepedagogers förståelse om kränkande behandling och utvecklandet av deras roller i relation till ämnet. Det vill säga att försko-lepedagogerna utvecklar och anpassar sin kultur och identitet inom förskolans kontext, som kontinuerligt förändras. Samtidigt måste förskolepedagogernas personliga tolk-ningar av ämnet sättas i relation till de lagar och förordningar som åligger i deras upp-drag och arbetsuppgifter. Studien är en kvalitativ undersökning där urvalet av informan-ter har varit verksamma förskolepedagoger som deltagit i både enskilda och fokus-gruppsintervjuer. Syftet med studien har varit att lyfta fram ämnet kränkande behandling inom försko-leverksamheterna samt förstå förskolepedagogernas medvetenhet och tal om ämnet.

The thesis main questions are as following: Which ethnic aspects appears in the announcements from the Swedish-American associations in the newspapers Vestkusten and California Veckoblad 1910 and 1915? And What similarities and differences in the ethnic expressions appears in the primary sources during these periods?The conclusions can be briefed as there was a great variety of Swedish-American associations during the examined periods, there was a frequent occurrence in both religious and secular movements.

The aim of my study is to see how teachers in the early primary school are working to teach all their pupils based on how different ethnicities, cultures and multilingual differences reflect on their work places ? the classrooms. I've also contacted the county, were the schools are located in, so I could see what system they are using and how it affects the society.The Swedish society is influenced by different cultures, multilingualism and ethnicities the more time passes, which means that teachers all around need to integrate their pupils in the system so they can better adjust to how the Swedish school system works and be prepared for adult life. Teachers need to concentrate intensely on how they should guide the pupils in their specific class so they can reach their full learning potential and reach the knowledge criteria set by the Swedish school system.I contacted the board of education and to set up a meeting so we could discuss my project. During the meeting I asked the representative how they believe this matter should be handled.

Introduction: Basic Body Awereness Therapy (BBAT) is a treatment developed to treat different kinds of psychiatric diagnoses, but also to prevent the emergence of any other unhealthy conditions. The treatment is aimed to increase the body control and conscious breathing but also requires mental awareness.Aim: The aim of this study is to, based on social cognitive theory, describe patients' experiences of BBAT performed as group therapy.Method: The study design was qualitative with an inductive approach. Five people were interviewed after a BBAT group treatment in primary care. The data was collected by individual interviews with semi-structured questions and the interviews were analysed by qualitative content analysis.Result/Conclusion: The participants experienced increased body awareness and implemented BBAT strategies even though the treatment frequency was insufficient. BBAT was described as helpful used to regulate intensity level, stress management and facilitate breathing.

The school is under constant change and school reform on the conveyor belt. In 2009 the Swedish government introduced new directives for the elementaryschool, including multi-national sample, written testimonials from grade one and grade with several grades rose from grade six. The purpose of this study is to examine currently active primary teacher perceptions of the pupils' learning and development might be affected by those earlier and clearer knowledge assessments, and how teachers perceive this reform on the basis of the Swedish school's motto "a school for all". The study was carried out with a phenomenological approach where the method has been depth interviews with five active primary teachers from grades one to six in a school. The results show that teachers perceive that the earlier and clearer assessments will affect students differently according to student performance and knowledge.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether there was any connection between coping strategies; emotional and cognitive strategy and perceived level of stress among primary school teachers in primary and middle school. It was also investigated whether there was a difference between full-time and part-time employees and perceived level of stress. As a theoretical background Lazarus' transaction theory of stress was used as an explanation of mental stress, Lazarus coping strategies for stress and Karasek?s and Theorell?s model of psychosocial work environment was used to explain unhealthy at work. To measure coping we used Coping inventory resources and to measure the stress we used Percieved stress scale.

AbstractThe purpose of my study is to examine the experiences and opportunities to support teachers in preschool to help children in vulnerable environments, a good self-esteem. Hindberg (1999) writes that of all children today are growing up in Sweden, so ten percent live in families where there is abuse. According Pousette (2011) as the National Public Health Institute has a new appreciation for families where there is hazardous and this means that drinking or abused so much that it can become an addiction. They appreciate the investigation that twenty percent of all children in Sweden are growing up in these conditions.The results show that teachers' work is about building a sense of security in the children, both the teacher and the environment. It also shows that teachers believe that it is important to work with the self-esteem of all children, but especially children living in abusive families.
