This project is made to see at which time at the year it?s best to sell an apartment inside the tolls in Stockholm city. The two types of apartments that are compared are one room and four rooms.The comparison is made at the request of Valuegard since they were interested in the result and it?s considered as a interesting comparison.This comparison can be extended to other amounts of rooms in an apartment. But in this project, only two types will be represented.The result can be used both for those who wants to sell and buy an apartment.

This project is based on my fathers farm which lays outside Löberöd, twenty kilometres south of Eslöv in Skåne. While my family for some time have thought about building a new milkingstable with AMS(Automatic milking system) I decided to compare the AMS with a conventional milkingstable. We are abit concerned about how many cows we should have in the new stable. Because of that I calculated with two different number of cows. I have compared three different types of milking stables: One alternative is 180 cows milked in a double eigth hearing bone milking stable. The second alternative is 128 cows milked with two DeLaval VMS-robots. The third alternative is 171 cows milked with three DeLaval VMS-robots. One salesman from DeLaval and one salesman from A-betong helped me to get marketprices on the milkingrobots, building, ventilation and prices on all the concrete. In all the costs labour is included. The rest of the costs are calculated in a softwareprogram called K-data 03 which is a program with predicted costs. The calulations from the program showed that the price in the milkingpit system was 51 000 sek per cow.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has recently become increasingly important for companies to integrate into their ongoing work. CSR is about social, environmental- and financial responsibilities. The tourism industry often involves large impacts especially on environmental and social factors, which is why CSR-work plays an important role according to previous studies. One trend that has increased among consumers in the tourism industry during recent years is to travel to the lowest possible price. It has for example become increasingly common to book airfare by budget airlines.

Inledning: Enligt IAS 19 ska diskonteringsräntan för bestämmande av pensionsskulden bestämmas utifrån räntan på företagsobligationer. Om det saknas en fungerande marknad för företagsobligationer ska räntan på statsobligationer användas. Efter finanskrisen år 2008 ökade räntespreaden mellan dessa två räntor och det uppstod ett problem för länder utan en fungerande marknad för företagsobligationer, däribland Sverige.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur svenska börsbolags diskonteringsräntenivå har påverkats av finanskrisen år 2008. Samt vad detta har för konsekvenser på boalgens finansiella rapporter och dess annvändare.Metod: Undersökningen studerar korrelationen som sambandsmått för att mäta hur diskonteringsräntan förhåller sig till soliditeten i svenska börsbolag som redovisar förmånsbestämda pensionsplaner.Referensram: Denna del av undersökningen består av en genomgång av relevanta delar av regelverket (IFRS) samt centrala redovisningsbegrepp och principer.Teori: Teorin består av teoretiska resonemang kring accounting choice, accounting disclosure och earnings management.Resultat & analys: Undersökningens resultat visar att det finns en svag korrelation mellan och diskonteringsränta hos svenska börsbolag med förmånsbestämda pensionsplaner. Dessutom visar resultatet att svenska börsbolag inte längre har en diskonteringsränta i nivå med statsobligationsräntan.Diskussion: Diskussion förs kring hur svenska bolag förhållit sig till regelverket och redovisningsprinciper vid beräkning av sina pensionsskulder samt hur detta har påverkat intressenterna av den finansiella rapporten.Slutsats: Utifrån funna resultat kan slutsats dras att efter finanskrisen har bolag med en låg soliditet valt en högre diskonteringsränta.

Wind power is one of the sources of renewable energy which has to be developed further in order to lessen our dependence on non renewable sources of energy. It's mainly oil and coal which have to be replaced by green energy. Wind power is already established in many countries, for example Germany, The United States of America and Denmark but it has to be continually developed and expanded to meet the needs of the growing energy consumption in the world. During the last few years many types of small wind turbines have appeared on the market. These small wind turbines are an alternative to the big wind turbines or power generators which demand huge sums of investment money.A new target group can now buy the small wind turbines in order to cover their own usage of electricity.

The effect of total dietary fat on the blood lipid profile: a reviewFat consumption has increased in Sweden in the 21th century, probably due to the advancement of the diet low car high fat (LCHF). Also, cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of premature death in Sweden. Various blood lipids are used to evaluate the cardiovascular disease risk; total cholesterol, LDL, HDL and triglycerides among others. High levels of total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides and low levels of HDL are believed to increase the risk. The purpose of this review was to examine the effects of high-fat-diet on blood lipids, cholesterol, LDL, HDL the ratio between LDL/HDL and triglycerides through a systematic review.

The purpose of this thesis is to increase the understanding about consumer buying behaviour when purchasing books online. In order to acquire data for the study we used a questionnaire that 75 students where asked to respond. The respondents were students at the University of Technology in Luleå. Our findings suggest that the following factors are the most commonly cited reasons for deciding to complete the purchase: trust, perceived risk, price, convenience, design of the website and experience. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka två monetära modellers prognosförmåga för den svenska kronan. Detta är den första studie som utvärderar prognoser på den svenska kronan under rörlig växelkurs. Modellerna som används är ?flexible price monetary model? samt ?sticky price monetary model?. Modellerna jämförs dels med en random walk-modell, men även mot varandra för att kunna påvisa eventuella skillnader modellerna emellan.

I Sverige användes det år 2010 ca 907 miljoner kubikmeter dricksvatten från kommunala uttag. Allt detta vatten måste kunna transporteras, vilket görs genom vattenledningar. För att dimensionera dessa krävs att man vet hur mycket vatten som skall distribueras och hur det varierar bl.a. beroende på när under dygnet, veckan och året som uttag sker.Vid dagens tillvägagångssätt för dimensionering av vattenledningar till nya områden använder man bland annat typexempel på förbrukningsvariationer under dygnet för ett liknande område. Dessutom används erfarenhetsbaserade värden på maxtim- och maxdygnsfaktorer.Dagens dimensioneringsätt har ej kunnat säkerställas på grund av otillräcklig och bristfälligt detaljerad data över förbrukningsmängd.

The aim of the study was to describe how patients experienced communication, treatment and costs at the dental hygienist program at Högskolan Kristianstad. The study was based on a questionnaire that was made at the patient clinic. The questionnaire was conducted by the treating dental hygienist student after the treatment. The questionnaire was answered in the waiting room. Collection of the material occurred during the month of March in 2009.

Uppsatsens syfte är att presentera ett synsätt över hur ledaren kan främja kreativa processer på reklambyråer. För att skapa detta synsätt behöver förståelsen om kreativa processer i en reklambyrå ökas. Studien utgår från att kreativa processer föranleder kreativ reklam. Vi vill understryka att vi både har ett teoretiskt och ett praktiskt syfte.Metoden är en kvalitativ mikroetnografisk studie. Uppsatsens empiriska insamling består av cirka 100 timmar observationer på en reklambyrå följt av fem kvalitativa djupintervjuer på samma byrå.

The development in photogrammetry has created possibilities for new methods in aerial images acquisition. Remotely-controlled imaging from an unmanned helium zeppelin is a new and relatively unexplored acquisition. The purpose with this degree project is to evaluate the accuracy of this kind of low-height photographing system, a task given from the consultant company WSP, in Sweden. Landbadet in Uddevalla municipality was chosen as a test field for the zeppelin. Seventeen images distributed over three strips were acquired from the flying height of 80 m.

To be able to test this connection we gathered information from the corporation?s annual reports which we compiled to see how the market comprehends.

The amount of U.S. subsidies is substantial compared to most other countries, but a great deal of the effect is due to the USA?s significant share of the market.
