Byggnads- och investeringskostnader : Robotmjölkning eller konventionell mjölkning?
This project is based on my fathers farm which lays outside Löberöd, twenty kilometres south
of Eslöv in Skåne.
While my family for some time have thought about building a new milkingstable with
AMS(Automatic milking system) I decided to compare the AMS with a conventional
milkingstable. We are abit concerned about how many cows we should have in the new
stable. Because of that I calculated with two different number of cows.
I have compared three different types of milking stables:
One alternative is 180 cows milked in a double eigth hearing bone milking stable.
The second alternative is 128 cows milked with two DeLaval VMS-robots.
The third alternative is 171 cows milked with three DeLaval VMS-robots.
One salesman from DeLaval and one salesman from A-betong helped me to get marketprices
on the milkingrobots, building, ventilation and prices on all the concrete. In all the costs
labour is included.
The rest of the costs are calculated in a softwareprogram called K-data 03 which is a program
with predicted costs. The calulations from the program showed that the price in the milkingpit
system was 51 000 sek per cow.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has recently become increasingly important for companies to integrate into their ongoing work. CSR is about social, environmental- and financial responsibilities. The tourism industry often involves large impacts especially on environmental and social factors, which is why CSR-work plays an important role according to previous studies. One trend that has increased among consumers in the tourism industry during recent years is to travel to the lowest possible price. It has for example become increasingly common to book airfare by budget airlines.
Svenska börsbolags redovisning av pensionsskulder enligt IAS 19 : Finanskrisens påverkan pådiskonteringsräntan
Inledning: Enligt IAS 19 ska diskonteringsräntan för bestämmande av pensionsskulden bestämmas utifrån räntan på företagsobligationer. Om det saknas en fungerande marknad för företagsobligationer ska räntan på statsobligationer användas. Efter finanskrisen år 2008 ökade räntespreaden mellan dessa två räntor och det uppstod ett problem för länder utan en fungerande marknad för företagsobligationer, däribland Sverige.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur svenska börsbolags diskonteringsräntenivå har påverkats av finanskrisen år 2008. Samt vad detta har för konsekvenser på boalgens finansiella rapporter och dess annvändare.Metod: Undersökningen studerar korrelationen som sambandsmått för att mäta hur diskonteringsräntan förhåller sig till soliditeten i svenska börsbolag som redovisar förmånsbestämda pensionsplaner.Referensram: Denna del av undersökningen består av en genomgång av relevanta delar av regelverket (IFRS) samt centrala redovisningsbegrepp och principer.Teori: Teorin består av teoretiska resonemang kring accounting choice, accounting disclosure och earnings management.Resultat & analys: Undersökningens resultat visar att det finns en svag korrelation mellan och diskonteringsränta hos svenska börsbolag med förmånsbestämda pensionsplaner. Dessutom visar resultatet att svenska börsbolag inte längre har en diskonteringsränta i nivå med statsobligationsräntan.Diskussion: Diskussion förs kring hur svenska bolag förhållit sig till regelverket och redovisningsprinciper vid beräkning av sina pensionsskulder samt hur detta har påverkat intressenterna av den finansiella rapporten.Slutsats: Utifrån funna resultat kan slutsats dras att efter finanskrisen har bolag med en låg soliditet valt en högre diskonteringsränta.
Investeringsbeslut för småskalig vindkraft : en fallstudie
Wind power is one of the sources of renewable energy which has to be developed further in order to lessen our dependence on non renewable sources of energy. It's mainly oil and coal which have to be replaced by green energy. Wind power is already established in many countries, for example Germany, The United States of America and Denmark but it has to be continually developed and expanded to meet the needs of the growing energy consumption in the world. During the last few years many types of small wind turbines have appeared on the market. These small wind turbines are an alternative to the big wind turbines or power generators which demand huge sums of investment money.A new target group can now buy the small wind turbines in order to cover their own usage of electricity.
E-handel: en studie om konsumenters köpbeteende vid köp av böcker online
The purpose of this thesis is to increase the understanding about consumer buying behaviour when purchasing books online. In order to acquire data for the study we used a questionnaire that 75 students where asked to respond. The respondents were students at the University of Technology in Luleå. Our findings suggest that the following factors are the most commonly cited reasons for deciding to complete the purchase: trust, perceived risk, price, convenience, design of the website and experience. Monetära modellers prognosförmåga för den svenska kronans utveckling
Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka två monetära modellers prognosförmåga för den svenska kronan. Detta är den första studie som utvärderar prognoser på den svenska kronan under rörlig växelkurs. Modellerna som används är ?flexible price monetary model? samt ?sticky price monetary model?. Modellerna jämförs dels med en random walk-modell, men även mot varandra för att kunna påvisa eventuella skillnader modellerna emellan.
En eventstudie om aktiemarknadens acceptans av Big bath
Uppsatsens syfte är att presentera ett synsätt över hur ledaren kan främja kreativa processer på reklambyråer. För att skapa detta synsätt behöver förståelsen om kreativa processer i en reklambyrå ökas. Studien utgår från att kreativa processer föranleder kreativ reklam. Vi vill understryka att vi både har ett teoretiskt och ett praktiskt syfte.Metoden är en kvalitativ mikroetnografisk studie. Uppsatsens empiriska insamling består av cirka 100 timmar observationer på en reklambyrå följt av fem kvalitativa djupintervjuer på samma byrå.
Patienters upplevelser vid tandhygienistbehandling på Högskolan Kristianstad : En enkätstudie
The aim of the study was to describe how patients experienced communication, treatment and costs at the dental hygienist program at Högskolan Kristianstad. The study was based on a questionnaire that was made at the patient clinic. The questionnaire was conducted by the treating dental hygienist student after the treatment. The questionnaire was answered in the waiting room. Collection of the material occurred during the month of March in 2009.

Justifying high price with Total Cost of Ownership awerness - possible or not on the Asian market?
Purpose: The aim with the report is to investigate if the South East Asian customer on the food processing market base their investments on Total Cost of Ownership and if so, which are the cost drivers considered most vital. Moreover, do these cost-drivers diverge from the perception FP Ltd has, and if so, can a Total Cost of Ownership-model help to achieve a mutual understanding? Methodology: First a descriptive approach will be taken, identifying FP Ltd?s employers? perception on how to meet the customer. This will later be compared to our empirical findings of the actual customer behaviour in Thailand and Vietnam. Thorough analyse of the gap between the two parts will give us the outcome whether or not FP Ltd will have any use of presenting a quantitative model justifying their higher price.
Transferfunktionsmodeller modellering och prognoser av Sjötransportindex
We have by Statistics Sweden (SCB) been given the task of using different dynamic regression models in order to forecast service price index for sea transport. The aim is to see whether these models provide better forecasts than those previously used. This essay aim to identify, estimate and evaluate the selected prediction models. Through our data material we were given access to 28 sightings of sea transport index during the period of 2004 q1 to 2010 q4. We have chosen to evaluate three different transfer function models, one ARIMA model and one naive forecasting model. The input variables we decided to test in our transfer function models were the price of petroleum products, the port activity in Swedish ports and the lending rate of Swedish Central bank. The results of our study suggest that transfer function models generally provide better models than the ARIMA model and the naive forecast model.

In an efficient market, shares should be valued directly to new expectations as a result of the announcement of the reverse split. We investigate whether abnormal returns incur surrounding reverse split and if owner structure change.One reason for the reverse share split is that most companies have plans to imple-ment other company?s specific events in order to survive rather than to change the price range to a more attractive level. We found a negative return in the ex-day at 8,1 per cent.
Den utvalda användaren : En studie om känslan av utvaldhet på researrangörers hemsidor
This thesis tries to define factors that impact upon the feeling of exclusivity for users on travelorganizers websites. We have identified seven key factors that we believe impact this feeling andthose factors are newsletters, special offers/auxiliary services, registration/limited information,price, limited number of seats on a journey, deals for members and personal service. To researchthis we have conducted a questionnaire and performed interviews with people that are familiarwith travel organizers websites. To create an understanding for the results we have studied usercenteredweb design, affective design and the meaning of pictures. The results show that personalservice and price are important factors to make users feel that they get their requirements andwishes met.

The Swedish consumer electronic industry has recently experienced an increasingly intensive price war. The price war has forced some operators in the business to declare bankruptcy, as the only way to compete has been by driving down prices. A challenge that retail chains in the consumer electronics industry is facing is to increase their margins. If store personnel can success with upselling, the companies will increase their profits. The purpose of this paper is to examine if the sales people in the consumer electronic industry can influence the customer to buy a more expensive product and what the effects the upselling has on the customers' attitudes.
Tvångsinlösenpris vid kontantbud efter Balken-målet
The purpose of this paper is to investigate what consequences the discussed Balken-case have had with regards to freeze-out prices decisions for cash bids. In order to evaluate this, a comparison with a previous study is made. Last but not least, the aim is also to see what kind of arguments the minority successfully can make use of in order to reach a higher freeze-out price nowadays. Underlying the results is basically an empirical survey based on arbitrations disclosing the tendencies after the Balken-case compared to before. The empirical investigation shows that practice has become more clear and uniform after the settlement of the Balken-case where a movement from theoretical values towards market prices is recommended.
