This thesis is divided into two parts. Part one contains a general description of the flexographic printingtechnique. Part two contains a more detailed investigation in the areas substrate, inktransfer and trends, which are only briefly commented in part one, and conclusions and comments.The major problem concerning substrate is washboard. This phenomena can be limited if one can control and minimize the amount of glue applied in the single- and double facer, use high surface weight on liner, use low surfaceweight on fluting and control the humidity during the conditioning of the corrugated board. Corrugated board with a smooth surface radically increases the quality in print.

The knowledge of early employment experiences has evolved over the last decade in countries such as Australia and Great Britain. In Sweden, this type of research is still unusual and the aim of this study was to break new ground by highlighting some areas that could be of extra interest in the Swedish early employment research to come. A focus in the study was to give an overview of what job sectors school students work in; and the amount of jobs aquired through school-organized work placement, private social networks or personal marketing of own merits. In addition to this, a multi variate analysis was carried out to find patterns in the picture of early employment experiences among students at upper secondary school. The findings of the study has relevance for ways of conducting career counselling and therefore the general aim of this study is to point out the importance of developing the practises of vocational psychology.A survey among 74 teenaged school students with economics as their main subject has been carried out in a mid-size Swedish city May 2012.

Syftet med studien är att beskriva och förstå hur personal inom hälso- och sjukvårdsorganisationer förhåller sig till, samt skapar mening i en pågående, politiskt initierad förändring. Tio fokusgrupper har genomförts och analyserats utifrån teorier om organisationsförändring samt narrativ ansats. Resultatet stöder teoretiska antaganden om organisationer som narrativa system, där fragmenterat berättande, så kallade antenarrativ, utgör en viktig del av personalens menings-skapande. Resultatet visar även hur polyvokala röster är lämpliga att studeras för att skapa insikt och förståelse om hur anställda använder narrativ för att positionera sig i former av motstånd och gemenskap..

Under det senaste året har en del nyemissioner utförts i synnerhet på grund av den globala lågkonjunkturen då många företag haft för lite kapitalbas. Vad gäller företag på Stockholmsbörsen som valt att nyemittera aktier har även här de flesta fått se sin aktiekurs rasa.Författarna till denna uppsats avser att studera hur marknaden reagerar på ett offentligt tillkännagivande av en kommande nyemission. Det undersöks även om det förefaller någon skillnad mellan tillkännagivanden av nyemissioner genomförda innan eller under lågkonjunkturen och skillnader branscher emellan.Då vi ville se hur denna händelse påverkar ett företags aktiekurser valde vi att göra en eventstudie.

Börsnoterade bolag i spelbranschen med pokerklienter har det senaste året haft kraftigt stigande aktiekurser. Vår uppsats ämnar undersöka om dessa företag är övervärderade på grund av det stora ökade intresset för poker. Vi har genomfört analyser med hjälp av target price och multipelvärdering. Vi har förklarat hur regressioner på dessa bolagen ser ut samt koncentrerat oss ytterligare på vad som driver Unibets aktiekurs. Det resultat vi har kommit fram till är att branschen i sin helhet inte är övervärderad utan snarare korrekt prissatt, med reservation för eventuell undervärdering.

There are various value-influencing factors that have various effects on the value of a cooperative flat for buyers. What generates value is individual and different from buyer to buyer, but also between buyers and real-estate agents. Consequently, the real-estate agents who perform valuations can make incorrect estimates of a residential value. Therefore, it is important to examine which factors are important for buyers to prevent incorrect valuations. To find out which these factors are and which of them that are the most important for potential buyers, previous research has been done in larger cities in both Sweden and other countries.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka om det fanns några skillnader gällande medarbetarskap, arbetsmotivation och arbetstillfredsställelse mellan kommunal och privatanställda gymnasielärare. Enkätundersökningen (N = 88) genomfördes i en kommunal och en privat gymnasieskola. Resultatet visade att det fanns signifikanta skillnader mellan kommunal och privatanställda lärare i följande dimensioner: övervakning, samarbete, engagemang, extern reglering, tillfredsställelse med arbetskamrater och tillfredsställelse med chefen. Denna undersökning tar grupper och normbrytning in i onlinespelvärlden, där det visar sig att normbrytare inom spelgrupper bestraffas aggressivt genom konflikter men också på ett milt vis genom tillsägningar. Kända personer som skådespelerskan Josephine Bornebusch och artisten Agnes Carlsson förespråkar second hand och har alla second hand- kläder i sina garderober. Två detaljhandelsföretag som är välkända inom second hand- branschen är företagen Myrorna och Beyond Retro. In order to broaden the understanding of work motivation the aim of the study was to compare how three different teams within the same organization constructed motivation. The three teams consisted of post sorters, team leaders and mailmen. Three focus group interviews were conducted with three men and eight women. The interviews were transcribed verbatim and thematically analysed with QSR NUD*IST. The result showed both similarities and differences in the construction of work motivation in the three teams.
