Prissättning inom flygbranschen En kvantitativ studie av prissättningen på den västsvenska flygmarknaden
Bakgrund: Under senare år har flygbolagens prissättningsmodeller blivit allt mer invecklade. Detta har lett till att flygresenärernas möjlighet att ta hänsyn till flygbolagens prismönster har minskat. För att möta denna asymmetriska information har flera studier på den amerikanska marknaden genomförts. Samtidigt som studierna fastslår att det finns stora skillnader mellan flygbolagens prissättning, lyser bristen av dessa studier på den västsvenska marknaden med sin frånvaro. Syfte: Att öka konsumenternas förståelse för prisförändringar på den västsvenska flygmarknaden.

Key words: Differentiation, brand, apartment market Methodology: This thesis is built on an qualitative method, where eight open individual interviews have been made. Our choice of respondents was based on what kind of respondents that could give us the most accurate information on the subject which we based on relevant variables. Theory: The framing of the theories is based on a marketing perspective within the area of differentiating and focuses on how companies use different tools to differentiate their offer to create competitive advantages.

A third party access to district heating networks has been proposed in Sweden, to increase the competition
on the district heating market. Such third party access could create opportunities for the agricultural sector
as an energy producer. This study describes the technical, economical and environmental prerequisites for a farmer cluster to build and run a heating plant, fueled with local wood fuel.
The heating plant in the described scenario is 8 MW and will supply a village of 1000 houses, and is fueled with wood chips exclusively. Supplying a heating plant with fuel puts high demands on the logistics, since there need to be a continuous flow of fuel. In the scenario, wood residues from felling and thinning is stored in stacks in the forest, and a few times a year chipped and transported to a storage area at the heating plant.
In the study, an estimation of the profitability has been made by estimating the cost of the investment,
personnel, operating and maintenance costs and costs for the fuel and ash handling.

Verkligt värde vid lågkonjunktur
Bakgrund och problem: Sedan år 2005 ska noterade företag inom EU tillämpa InternationalFinancial Reporting Standards (IFRS) vid upprättandet av koncernredovisningen. Av dettaregelverk följer att vissa tillgångar och skulder ska redovisas till verkligt värde istället förhistoriskt anskaffningsvärde. Målsättningen hos det normgivande organet InternationalAccounting Standards Board (IASB) som utvecklar IFRS är att redovisningen ska innehållarelevant information som underlättar beslutsfattandet för investerare och analytiker.Begreppet verkligt värde har emellertid kritiserats, i synnerhet avseende dess tillförlitlighet.Risken för manipulation ökar när värderingen bland annat grundar sig på företagsledningensbedömningar. När konjunkturen vänder nedåt kan börskurserna komma att fluktuera i allthögre grad eftersom de värdeförändringar som följer av redovisning till verkligt värde speglasi resultaträkningen. Med anledning av att IFRS enbart har tillämpats under högkonjunktur ochatt vi idag ser en allt större finansiell oro har jag valt att studera följande frågeställningar.Vad finns det för uppfattningar om verkligt värde? Vilka konsekvenser kan redovisning tillverkligt värde få vid en lågkonjunktur?Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva problematiken kring redovisning till verkligt värdesamt att undersöka olika uppfattningar om de effekter redovisning till verkligt värde kan fåvid en konjunkturnedgång.Avgränsningar: Uppsatsen omfattar enbart de internationella redovisningsstandarder somutvecklas av IASB.
Protein i korn : En torkstudie utförd med etablerade analysmetoder på tre kornsorter
A study was performed to evaluate whether established methods of analysis of protein content in barley (Kjeldahl, Dumas, or NIT (short for Near Infrared Transmittance)) gives different results for wet and dried barley. This was carried out because there are concerns regarding the well-worn NIT prediction model giving different results for these conditions and that such an error causes significant price fluctuations on the market. By performing analyses of samples, both before and after drying, of the three different barley varieties Tipple, Prestige, and Quench, with all the techniques, data was obtained that could be analyzed statistically. The study showed that the NIT prediction model gives results for wet barley that is about 0.29 percentage points higher compared to dried barley. This difference was also statistically significant when a t-test was performed.

The thesis deals with packaging of real estate?s; an approach concerning tax benefits with the purpose to sell real estates in a more beneficial process than what is doable in direct sales. The proceeding can be beneficial because of the rules in Inkomstskattelagen (19999:1229) regarding underpriced transfers and selling of business related shares. The real estate owner initiates the procedure through an establishment of an affiliate to a previously wholly owned parent company, where the real estate is the solitary asset of the affiliate. In order to fulfill the rules of underpriced transfers the transfer from the parent company shall be valued in regards to the tax value, else it will be taxed.

Bakgrund: Verkligt värde-värdering är obligatorisk för en rad finansiella tillgångar för de företag som tillämpar IFRS. Att fastställa verkliga värden kan vara problematiskt för onoterade aktier eftersom det saknas en aktiv marknad. För att värdera onoterade aktier finns det ett flertal modeller att tillämpa enligt IAS 39 som kräver en rad bedömningar av företagen. Problemet vid tillämpning av värderingsmodeller är ofta att säkerställa tillräcklig tillförlitlighet, speciellt vid användning av verkliga värden.Problemformulering: Huvudfrågan vi ställer oss är hur företag som redovisar enligt IFRS bedömer tillförlitlighet vid värderingen av onoterade aktier? Vi har även formulerat följande två delfrågor för att kunna besvara huvudfrågan: Vilka motiv anger dessa företag till valet av värderingsmetod för onoterade aktier? Finns det incitament bland dessa företag att inte tillämpa verkliga värden för onoterade aktier?Syfte: Vårt syfte är att undersöka vilka bedömningar berörda företag som redovisar enligt IFRS gör avseende tillförlitlighet vid värdering av onoterade aktier.

The aim of this master thesis is to study the integration in Sweden between forestry and bulky industries as fiber- and sawmilling companies. The analysis is based on theories about transaction cost economies and competitive strategy. The studied companies are active on the Swedish roundwood market. The buying actors on this market were divided into two groups; fiber- and sawmill industries. Three companies from each group were chosen subjectively by the author.

Production of excess electricity is a major reason for this as the compensation for excess electricity today is low. However, there are businesses that have an electricityneed that are particularly suitable for solar electricity. These businesses have an electricity demand when the sun shines the brightest and if the Photovoltaic System is properly scaled, the excess electricity can be minimized. A golf club is that kind of a business and this thesis aims to examinate the solar power potential for golf businesses in Sweden.Nine golf clubs was selected from different locations in Sweden.

This report discusses the IT archetypes "governance strategy" and how it could be linked to the IT benefits at the company. The study is based on IT investments that have taken place in ten banks operating in Sweden today, where the reality was modeled on the basis of a questionnaire survey and an additional interview. The aim was to examine whether it is possible to find any correlation between the governance in the banks and obtained benefits for an IT investments.While the competition is intensifying in most companies there is a greater demand for efficiency in IT. The need for IT solutions is greater than ever and the number of IT investments is increasing significantly in most workplaces today, especially on banks. But even if the investments are increasing in numbers it does not necessarily mean that all types of investments are effective and beneficial to the company.
