Efter att ha arbetat som barnmorska och vårdlärare i Nepal i början av 2000-talet ficksynen på reproduktiv hälsa ett bredare innehåll. Att fördjupa sig i detta ämne varintressant., då det påverkade kvinnors liv på många områden. Syftet med denna studievar att beskriva faktorer som påverkade den reproduktiva hälsan för kvinnor i Nepal, ettfördjupningsarbete i kursen Reproduktiv & perinatal hälsa, som omfattar enlitteraturstudie av tio artiklar. Dessa har analyserats utifrån Leiningerssoluppgångsmodell, som var till stor hjälp att strukturera materialet i artiklarna.Resultatet visade att utbildning var en mycket central fråga för kvinnors hälsosituationangående graviditet och HIV-smitta. Tillgång till utbildning och vård varierade påtagligtmellan landsbygd och tätort.

In May 2010 the plans for Malmö?s new Concert Hall, Conference Centre and Hotel were announced publically. The purpose of this thesis was to present strategy for communication in order to gain approval for the new concert and conference center from the inhabitants inMalmö and to incorporate the use of it in their everyday life.Material from the receiver?s as well as the sender?s perspective has been collected from qualitative interviews. Through group interviews we have investigated the general consensus of the inhabitants of Malmö regarding the investment, placing, offered events, expectations as well as how they collected information.

This thesis is a case study of the search function on the University of Uppsala?s web site. The search function in this study was chosen since it exists on a large and complex web site and there were apparent lacks in the old version of the search function. The thesis highlights some of the problems that can appear in the development of a search function on a local site. One interesting find is that one of the most difficult issues is organizational and not technical.

The new African policy is based on the two principles of mutual benefit and non-interference in internal affairs ? as opposite to the West?s strategy of structural adjustment programmes (SAP), which include massive interference in internal affairs.

Bearing this in mind, we can see that Event Marketing, witch is marketing through events, has grown to be a popular form of communication as it has an ability to work its way through the existing media noise. Through events a company can strengthen its brand and image as well as form a lasting relationship with its consumers. What other functions does Event Marketing possess? In what context is Event Marketing an appropriate marketing strategy to use? These are two questions that we aim to answer through this essay.To be able to answer these questions we interviewed the marketing manager of two different companies, L´oréal and TeliaSonera.

This paper studies the fragmentation and reuse of early christian monuments ("eskilstunakistor") in churches in Östergötland during the medieval period. This is found to have been done in two stages. The first stage shows a collectivization of society. Within religion the change from ancestoral cult towards the saints' cult is important as the fragments are reused like relics. During the second stage the collectivization has been fulfilled, and the reuse is instead part of the christian churches' strategy for incorporating old powerful symbols from the landscape into their own church building..

In 2007 the Prevention Unit at Södermalm in Stockholm started a group activity for parents and children. The group activity?s intention is to offer families support in their early interaction. This study is a part of providing knowledge about this intervention. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the stories which are produced by five participants in a support group for parents and children.

In addition to the manufacturing of radar and sensor systems they also provide different types of service concepts. The business unit has 50 years of experience within the area of developing radar systems and is considered to be one of the market leaders. When applying an assemble-to-order production strategy with products at this level of cost price the product lead-time is vital and becomes an important part of the strategy within marketing and sales. Within SMW there is a new department called Supply Management (SM) that provides the supply of incoming and outgoing material. Trycksår är ett vanligt förekommande problem som medför stort lidande för den som drabbas och bidrar till extra kostnader för samhället. Syftet med studien var att sammanställa vilka förebyggande omvårdnadsåtgärder sjuksköterskor använder sig av och om de är tillräckliga för att motverka trycksår hos sängliggande patienter på sjukhus. Metoden som användes var en litteraturgranskning där artiklar samlats inom ämnet och där fokus lagts på trycksår, omvårdnadsåtgärder och riskfaktorer. Resultatet visade att det är viktigt att sätta in preventiva åtgärder i god tid för att förhindra uppkomsten av trycksår. De omvårdnadsåtgärder som sjuksköterskan använder sig av idag är riskbedömning, tryckavlastning, observation och vård av huden, nutritionsstatus och dokumentation.

According to the Swedish strategy for forest protection, additionally 40 000 ha productive forestland will be protected in the county of Västerbotten, between 1999 and 2010. A national project was carried out to distinguish the proportion of forest with a high biological value, in all counties. The project resulted in demarcation of small landscape areas or small ?biological value regions? (bvr), with higher concentrations of forests with conservation values and red listed species than the surroundings. In Västerbotten, 26 such bvr?s were identified and the Counties Agency and Forest Agency in Västerbotten developed a regional strategy for forest conservation to standardize the forest protection process.

They perform this work in collaboration with the police and upper secondary schools in Örebro.The purpose of this essay is to investigate and describe this collaboration. More specifically, the purpose is to study the contents of documents of the municipality of Örebro concerning drug prevention aimed at youths through collaboration and compare with the actual work that is carried out by the Youth- and family team through collaboration. Further issues dealt with are possible improvements and if the parties concerned feel a need for a documented structure concerning their way of working.I have used a qualitative method and I have interviewed members of parties concerned.
