Vad många inte tänker på då de har ett relativt avancerat olinjärt system som de linjäriserat till ett tidskontinuerligt styckvis affint system är att det inte är helt självklart och enkelt att hantera detta system. Eftersom vi i de flesta fall vill kunna hantera ett angivet system med datorkraft, och därmed måste sampla systemet, behöver vi kunna beskriva ett samplat tidskontinuerligt styckvis affint system med ett tidsdiskret system. Vid första anblicken av detta problem kan det verka ganska enkelt. Vad många gör är helt enkelt att skapa en tidsdiskret beskrivning för varje mod i det styckvis affina systemet var för sig och behålla de gamla modgränserna. Increased understanding of the mechanisms that operate in conjunction with the welding of metal surfaces may help to improve existing manufacturing processes, and to enable new products and combinations of materials. The purpose of the project has therefore been to acquire a deeper understanding of what is happening in the bond for steel and for the factors that form the basis for a bond to develop between metals in the production of laminates by pressing. The merge has been done by pressing and the surfaces after the experiments have been studied in detail in the scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and with interferenceprofilometry in Wyko, to provide a greater understanding of the mechanisms that influence the bonding in the interface between metals. The project was limited to contain the materials Docol 1000, HyTens 1200, Aluminum AA3003 and a commercial steel. The parameters varied in the experiments to study their influence closer are temperature, pressure, heat treatment and pretreatment. This has been implemented by pressing with varying temperature and pressure.

Vilka funktioner i ett system som företagen uppskattar mest undersöks också samt hur faktorer typiska för mjukvara påverkar situationen.Resultaten visar att det finns ett behov bland små och medelstora företag för CRM, dock inte för alla företag. Sweden has been a member of the European Union since 1995 and the power of the organisation to make decisions has increased over the years in a rate which hasn?t been followed by an equally increase in democratization. This is partly due to the lack of participation in the decision making process and at the national level the citizens don?t possess enough channels to compensate the loss of influence. To solve this democratic dilemma, more and more countries are turning to the referendum.

(?Not a racist, but??, IRM) have established themselves as political actors and platforms for political discussion in Sweden. However, we know very little about them and their impact on democracy.

Bakgrund: En kombination av olika riskfaktorer och ett yttre tryck bidrar till att patienter drabbas av trycksår. Sjuksköterskor i samarbete med undersköterskor ansvarar för att förhindra risken för trycksår hos patienter. Tidigare studie påvisar att femton procent av inneliggande patienter på sjukhus drabbas av trycksår. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att belysa varför patienter får trycksår trots att sjuksköterskan i samarbete med undersköterskan bör ha kunskaper för att förebygga vårdrelaterade trycksår. Metod: Författarna använder sig av metoden allmän litteraturöversikt.

This document is a summary of my work to create a project management system for a small firm working with computer graphics. The intention is to manage customers, projects, images and invoices in the easiest possible way. To make the system as flexible as possible a web-interface was chosen which makes it possible to access the system from any computer, making it independent of any particular operating system. The only requirement on the user environment is that the computer must have a connection to the Internet to be able to access the system. The different techniques that have been used to develop the project management system is primarily Ruby on Rails and a MySQL database. Although Ruby on Rails was completely new to me, I decided to use this framework instead of PHP, which I already have a good knowledge of, because of the benefits Ruby on Rails provide.

Within system development users have rarely been involved or received much attention during the development. Most of the times, the primary focus within system development lies on insuring functionality, rather than making the system usable. The literature specifies that a non user-centered approach can contribute to a product with low usability, which can lead to an ineffective and unsatisfactory experience for the end users.The purpose of this thesis is to begin an investigation to see if the use of non user-oriented system development methods is a possible cause of low usability in the final system.To achieve the purpose of this thesis, we have conducted a case study. Within the case study we examined the usability of a time reporting system. The case study included seven minor studies; an investigation concerning the development of the system, an expert evaluation of the system, interviews and observations of users, developed paper prototypes and executable prototypes, both which user testing was performed on.The result of this study shows that by working with user-entered methods, the usability in the time reporting system increased after the design had been revised.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka om nutritionstillskott, tryckavlastning och typ av förband har någon påvisad effekt på läkningen av trycksår. Litteraturstudien grundar sig på Goodmans systematiska tillvägagångssätt. Litteratursökningen gjordes i CINAHL, PubMed och The Cochrane Library samt att artiklar som inte var tillgängliga i fulltext via någon av databaserna söktes via Samsök. Granskning och kvalitetsbedömning av artiklarna gjordes individuellt utav författarna oberoende av varandra utefter ett modifierat granskningsprotokoll. Elva artiklar av varierande kvalitet inkluderades i litteraturstudien.

In industrial control systems PID-control remains the prevalent strategy, also for processes that would benefit from model based control. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate whether model based control can be readily implemented in an industrial control system. To this end a simulated surge tank with a simulated industrial control system is studied. For evaluation two scenarios with specified objectives are selected.Following a review of LQR and versions of MPC, Predictive Functional Control (PFC) is considered the most suitable for implementation. PFC is a form of MPC developed with industrial applications in mind and therefore has several advantages for implementation in an industrial control system.

The increasing public concern regarding the government?s priorities in spending public resources puts pressure on public organisations to address quality issues in their practice. In United Kingdom both BRTF (Better Regulation Task Force) (BIS, 2005b) and the Hampton report (BIS, 2005a) highlighted management and quality problems in public organisations in UK. These reports revealed obstacles within institutions? intent to offer recommendations and appropriate solutions for agencies working with legal enforcement and control.
