This paper addresses the need to review the modern Presentation of textile archaeology in museums. It is time to look at textiles in archaeology with new eyes. The reality behind archaeological textilestudy is holistic, embracing many different aspects of society. The Presentation of textiles has in my opinion become old-fashioned. I will show in my paper that Jonathan Adams? `seven constraints´ model, developed for research on ancient ships, can also be applied to textile research.

The purpose of this thesis is to present and describe which criteria, according to the systemfamily Configuration Management, should be met when developing a CM-tool to handlemigration data.ACT is a tool developed by Microsoft to gather information about, analyze, test and mitigateapplications in a network when migrating the IT-infrastructure of an organization to a newoperating system. The organization that is being studied wants to present the data about theanalyzed applications in such a way, that a customer can choose what to mitigate and migrate.The goal is therefore to develop a prototype (CM-tool) that will present this data.The study has shown that ACT lacks certain requirements stated by the organization when itcomes to Presentation. But when it comes to the rest of the functions, ACT performs as expected.The investigation resulted in specifications and technical solution for the new CM-tool. CMcriteriafor migration data was put forth and parts of the prototype were also developed..

Syftet med denna uppsats är att utreda sambanden mellan den Presentation av kristendomens uppfattning i olika etiska frågor som finns i olika läroböcker i religionskunskap för gymnasiet från olika perioder och de läroplaner som var aktuella då. Hur beskrivs kristendomens etik i de olika läroböckerna? Vilka områden betonas och vilka tonas ner? Hur speglar de utvalda läroböckerna den läroplan som var aktuell när den skrevs? Med hjälp av hermeneutisk metod har jag analyserat tre läroböckers Presentation av kristendomens etik genom att analysera hur var och en av dem presenterar några valda områden som kan hänföras till kristendomens etik. Mina slutsatser är att det är ganska stor skillnad mellan vad läroböckerna tar upp och att dessa skillnader bara delvis avspeglar skillnader i läroplanerna..

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the high school textbook on religious studies differences in how Christian ethics and in what way it is presented in comparison with the Presentation of Buddhism, Hinduism and Judaism and it´s ethics. The analyzed material is textbooks from the late 1960s to the 2010s. Due to the survey´s nature the focus is first and foremost the chapters dealing with religious ethical issues and what amount of pages or space the different religions are given in the books. The results from the textbooks are compared with the curriculum that is or was effective during the time the books were published. This is done to determine whether there is a clear link between the books and the guidelines of the curriculum.

This reportcommunicates the processes and results of my degree work in industrial design at candidate level at Umeå Institute of Design.During my degree work I had a cooperation with Svenska Jägareförbundet (Swedish Hunters Assosiation).The aim for my project has been to explore how I could make hunting a safer hobby and undertaking. Every year people get seriously injured and in average 2 people a year dies  due to hunting accidents. My goal is to identify problems within the hunters communication and approach. Through a creative design process I will find a valid  nd realistic solution to these problems. My project will be presented as a conceptual solution  hat will be based on currently existing technology.

The aim of this study is to investigate how new knowledge, discovered and translated by the archaeologist, is transferred to the public by examining the question posed to the archaeologist by ?la?nsstyrelsen,? the county administration office.Since there can be no mediation of knowledge without an understanding of its perception, I pay a visit to the cognitive sciences in order to answer what knowledge is and how it functions in regards to contract archaeological results.I argue that the current structure of mediation, in regards to archaeological knowledge, is in need of the same quality control that is demanded by the contractors in regards to standard archaeological procedures. When presenting archaeology to the public, consideration needs to be paid to the different targets groups of society. The importance of national directions rather than regional translations for mediation of archaeology is stressed by the author. This needs to be carried out through a change of the questions posed to the contracted archaeologists by the county administration in their ?fo?rfra?gningsunderlag,? the order specification for archaeological investigations. .

The mission was to create a prototype of a menu system for the companySystem Andersson AB. The instructions were that it has to be as interesting andmodern now as in 20 years. We had to look at technology from the cutting edgeof development to make our prototype survive in the future. WindowsPresentation Foundation (WPF) was the technique we focused on. There areonly a few applications that take advantage of WPF today, but it is predictedthat WPF will be the next generation method for developing applications to theWindows platform.To make our menu visually appealing, easy to use and at the same timefunctional, we followed the clear path and guidelines that are available ininteraction design.

AbstractIn this study you are going to meet the Nordic Good Thor. I will present a short historic Presentation of the Nordic mythology, about the Ragnarok and also I will give a short Presentation on several other Gods. I have done three film analyses on movies about Thor. The movies are Thor, The Avengers and Thor- the Dark World. I have compared these three movies about Thor with the Thor that is presented in the literature. I have seen closely on the appearance of Thor, his character and his family situations.

Syftet i vår kandidatuppsats var att belysa gymnasieungdomars egna berättelser av sin Presentation på Facebook och Instagram, och hur användandet påverkar deras identitetsskapande samt deras tankar kring användandet av dessa sociala medier. Vår studie är gjord utifrån en kvalitativ ansats där vi intervjuat nio ungdomar i tre fokusgrupper. De använda teorierna i studien består av det dramaturgiska perspektivet av Erving Goffman och modernitet och självidentitet av Anthony Giddens. Tillsammans med dessa används också aktuell forskning inom området.Resultatet visar att Facebook och Instagram är en stor del av gymnasieungdomarnas vardagliga liv och att de deltar för att de inte vill vara utanför. Forumen står för kommunikation med kontaktnätet, underhållning och vardaglig uppdatering om event och publicering av bilder på speciella händelser.

Here, the paper utilizes a method of critical discourse analysis with Faircloughs three-dimensional analysis. The paper then concludes that the Presentation of Islam is negative in nature, with the content and view of Islam having been simplified and stereotyped. Often the textbooks studied frame Islam as being an aggressive and oppressive religion, especially in matters con-cerning women.

This thesis focus on the Presentation of the filmic room the viewer sees in George A. Romero´s three horror classics Night, Dawn and Day of the Dead. The hypothesis goes as follow; fear and element of tension becomes greater if the audience/viewer has a good knowledge about the filmic room in the film, in other words, a good spatial awareness.
