Industrisamhällets ekonomi har under de senaste åren blandats upp i en kunskaps- och kompetensekonomi, där humankapitalet fått allt större betydelse för företagens värdeskapande. Trots att kunskapsföretag i allt större utsträckning blivit medvetna om detta, finns ett problem med att presentera humankapitalet då det inte finns några lagar och rekommendationer inom området. Vårt syfte med uppsatsen är att beskriva för vem och hur kunskapsföretag presenterar och informerar om sitt humankapital i sin årsredovisning samt att förklara varför de går till väga på detta sätt. Vi vill lyfta fram två grundläggande teoretiska perspektiv där det ena förespråkar en restriktiv informationsgivning medan det andra förespråkar en öppen informationsgivning. Vi genomförde en fallstudie i fyra kunskapsföretag inom revisionsbranschen, som presenterar sitt humankapital i sin årsredovisning.

The paper directs to introduce the turkish literary tradition to an fairly unknown european audience, as well as to present a turkish poet called Orhan Veli. Since there is hardly any literature written within this subject in either swedish or english I have come to the conclusion that the europeans have not yet been subjected to a discussion of this nature. For this reason my main task has been to gather and compose all that has already been written within this matter. I have chosen not to dig deep into such an unexploared subject, but rather offer different types of entries with which further research can be pursued and built upon.The early literature in Turkey consisted mostly of imitations of the well established arabic- and persian traditions. Because of that the turkisk modernism came, in comparison to the rest of Europe, relatively late.

The purpose of this BA-thesis was to learn the differences in news broadcasts between one public service radio channel and two commercial radio channels. To do this we used a quantitative analysis method to examine the content of the news broadcasts and then we conducted in-depth interviews with several people working with the different radio channels using a qualitative research interview method to learn their views on news and news broadcasting.We measured the differences between the channels in six areas: subject, headline, news Presentation, gender, advertising and sources.Our two main theories were normative theory and media logic.The results found that there were several major differences between the public service radio channel and the two commercial radio channels. Apart from several important differences in the six measured categories we also found that the sound and tone in the public service radio channel was very different from the two commercial radio channels.We also found the public service radio channels news broadcasts to be more serious than the two commercials ones?..

This essay investigates how the author Oline Stig creates identities for her main characters in three short stories; Midsommar, Polly Maggoo and Den längsta dagen from the collection Den andra himlen (2007).My investigation is based on concepts chosen from psychology and narratology: First, Jonas Stier?s definition of human identity. In his definition he focuses on a person?s social context. He also considers identity formation as an ongoing, ever- changing process.

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to investigate to what extent LS ? a standard screening test for dyslexia ?is also relevant for the purpose of finding second language students with dyslexia. Starting with an overview of recent studies in the field, I have analyzed texts from parts of the chosen material. After a brief Presentation of the test, I have presented it from a second language point of view. Furthermore, I have analyzed the way in which the test measures phonological awareness, lexical accessibility and correctness in language.

This Masters thesis aims at presenting a picture of, and critically examining, the Swedish debate concerning the public library and the future by way of 21 articles in three library periodicals. The questions examined are: -What are the views concerning the future public library in Swedish library press? -What characterizes the debate and why? Theories on political institutions and information society are used and the method is hermeneutic, a type of idea-analysis. The first step in the analysis consists of a categorized Presentation of the material. The themes concern the form and content of the library as well as competence and hopes/fears.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the debate in library journals and in official reports on the subject of library education in Sweden. We focus on two periods: the period just before the year 1972 ? when the library education was transformed into being occupationally-oriented and the period just before the year 1993, when the library education was transformed into being ?academised?. This Master?s thesis shows that the debate and the arguments among initiated people in the library world have had some impact on how the library education was transformed later on.

Rökare får allt mer mindre utrymme att röka på och det blir allt mindre socialt accepterat att röka i dagens samhälle. Syftet med vår uppsats är att undersöka hur rökaren upplever samhällets normer och negativitet kring rökning, samt hur detta påverkar dem. Vår huvudsakliga frågeställning har varit ?Hur påverkas rökare av samhället nedvärderande syn på rökning??, men även om det finns någon skillnad i deras rökningsbeteende beroende på social situation. Studien är gjord med hjälp av en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer, där vi intervjuat 6 rökare allt ifrån åldern 23-70.

This essay explores how artwork in the public space can be analysed, conceptualized and described by bringing attention to site. Through an analysis of artworks in the yearly art exhibition of Fittja Open 2011, the essay draws attention to site-specific art and structures of power. The principal aim is to present not only the exhibition of Fittja Open 2011 but also other artwork in the public sphere in Fittja, a suburb to Stockholm. From this point of departure other interests evolve that concerns the "image" of Fittja. The analysis, based on research in art history, architecture, ethnology and philosophy as well as qualitative interviews, also focuses on understanding the role of site and the relations between art practice, institutions and site.The result shows that there are problems with a ruptured interface between the artwork and site.

Uppsatsens syfte var att presentera och analysera exempel på hur två elever utövade inflytande överen kollaborativberättelse de skrev i ett klassrum modellerat efter Tragetons modell att skriva sig tillläsning. Vidare var syftet att synliggöra de lärdomar som kan dras från att i denna studie med ensamtalsanalytisk metod analysera interaktioner i samspelet runt skriv- och läsinlärningen i skolan.Materialet som presenteras i denna uppsats samlades in med två filmkameror och en diktafon somfokuserade på ett par elever som arbetade med att skriva en berättelse tillsammans. Segment av detinsamlade materialet presenterades sedan i form av transkriptioner som låg till grund för analysen.Resultaten synliggör ett antal olika interaktioner där deltagarna utövar inflytande över materialetoch i begränsad utsträckning hur texten växer fram i förhållande till dessa interaktioner. Föreliggande studie syftar till att ta reda på vilka dator/IT-relaterade vinster det finns för lärare som använder sig av datorer i undervisningen. Jag har utifrån läst litteratur tagit reda på ett antal fördelar och även tagit del av flera exempel på vinster från lärare genom intervjuer.De intervjuade lärarna använder datorn/IT på en mängd olika sätt. De lärare som jag intervjuat är alla intresserade av att arbeta med dator/IT-användning i skolan. Sammanfattningsvis använder lärarna datorn/IT till informationssökning, ordbehandling, kommunikation, Presentation och dokumentation.Jag har genom uppsatsen kommit fram till att det finns många faktorer som påvisar värdet av att använda datorn/IT i skolan. This report is focusing upon relining from a client?s point of view. Potential buyers are given a Presentation of the different methods available today together with a general briefing describing the process. An important part of this report are the interviews that took place with already established customers. Property owners, managers, pipe cleaners, and project managers whom all been in contact with relining have answered the questions given along with their own thoughts and have also given recommendations of other persons to talk to.

The aim of this thesis is to discuss selected parts of cataloguing both from a practical and a theoretical viewpoint. It presents the basic grounds for cataloguing of printed as well as non-printed materials. The focus lies on the main entry heading and its author/title problem concerning film. The thesis theoretical part consists of an analysis of central documents dealing with the author concept from both a library- and information science perspective and a film science perspective. The practical part consists of interviews from two Swedish public libraries, which have different approaches on presenting films.
