This report deals with handling and interim storage of soils which are planned tobe reused in construction works. The types of soils that are dealt with are gravel, topsoil and sand. The thesis work has been carried out in collaboration with Skanska Sverige Väg och Anläggning Sydost. The main goal is to find an area for using to store soil in between projects.Studies of laws and regulations regarding exploitation and storage of soil has led to a theoretical background upon which the report is based. Background informationhas also been gathered in meetings with the employees at Tekniska Kontoret and Länsstyrelsen in Jönköping.On the basis of literature studies results, a general template has been developed for which desirable properties a possible location should meet.The model was applied to find a number of possible options in the vicinity of Jönköping.

Today cultivation of cereal in Sweden has high costs for establishment in relation to the rest of the world, and if this cultivation will be able to continue, the farmers have to control their costs. It is important to see all costs, not the maximum harvest achieved, but the net result. All farmers have different conditions with respect to soil, direction of the farm and were the farm is located geographically. With the right knowledge and ambitions, we think most farmers could change to reduced tillage. In this paper we have tried to find out if reduced tillage is an alternative for farmers.

This is a study in my Preparations for my final concert at the Academy of Music and Drama- ?????????? University. My aim is to create a plan and a schedule for my practising methods and other Preparations so I will be able to perform at the top of my ability.I have studied and chosen a collection of methods that will help me prepare for my concert and at the same time develop my oboe playing. The overall aim of the study was to give an insight into the life of a girl attending a program for Preparation for further studies. More explicitly it is the aim of this study to examine what line the girls take to and how they experience support in school and if the offered support is adjusted to the needs of the girls?.To capture the complexity of the girls? experiences a world view approach was used. To be able to take part of the girls? experiences, a qualitative survey method was chosen, built upon individual half structured interviews with six girls attending the last year of upper secondary school.

This study was an assignment for the company Holmen which is located in the region of Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. The study was focusing on the responsibilities of a forestry planner during the planning season. The study was investigating about how much time the planner spent in the office, in the car and out in the forest. Any other issues that would cause delays were also identified. Proteinerna i provet joniseras och rör sig mot en detektor, vilket ger ett m/z-spektrum som jämförs med referensspektrum i en databas och ett score-värde erhålls över hur väl analyten liknar referensen. Arbetets syfte var att undersöka möjligheten att direktidentifiera bakterier från blod med en viss Preparation innan analys med MALDI-TOF MS och på så vis möjliggöra snabbare preliminära svar samt undersöka möjligheten att särskilja Staphylocoocus aureus och koagulasnegativa stafylokocker. Innan analys med MALDI-TOF MS centrifugerades blod från positiva blododlingar blod i flera steg med 5 % natriumkloridlösning (NaCl-metoden).

This literature review describes organic pig production in Sweden, its advantages and disadvantages, but also how its problems can be reduced or solved. Organic pigs have the possibility to a more natural behaviour than conventional pigs. With outdoor pigs comes problems, especially during wintertime, concerning water and feed supply, thermal environment and supervision. Parasites and leakage of plant nutrients are other difficulties that comes with outdoor pigs. All problems and difficulties can be reduced or put right through correct management.

In the Swedish market, there is a wide selection of herbs as supplement to the horse´s feed. A trend today is that many companies are marketing herbal remedies with allegations of medical effects. If you want to sell the product for that purpose it must be verified and approved as drug or natural remedy by the Medical Products Agency. Some herbs may contain active substances. Nevertheless, only a few studies have been conducted on single herbs to investigate safe doses for horses.

I work on a lighting design for a dance performance to be on tour. A lighting design adapted for three different conditions was made: - One comprehensive where I allow myself a great deal of creative freedom, adapted for the stages with major technical conditions. - One smaller version for stages with less equipment and with less time for Preparation on site. - One design for very simple conditions. Uppsatsen är baserad på kvalitativ forskning och sex elever som gjort omval på gymnasiet har intervjuats. Ibland fokuserar omvalet på frånfaktorer och tillfaktorer. Orsakerna till varför elever bytte från ett gymnasieprogram var osäkerhet, dålig organisation, boende på annan ort, obekvämt boende, ångrat sitt yrkesval, tröttnat på ämnen på programmet, ointresse, lågt studietempo samt otillräcklig kunskap om sig själv och om programmet. Skälen att elever bytte till ett gymnasieprogram var intressen, osäkerhet och kamrater.

This case study presents how the unit of munition-searching dogs of the Swedish armed forces handles their experiences from international service. The subject is particularly interesting as previous research into the area is nonexistent. The questions asked in the study are answered through the authors findings that training and Preparation of this unit has developed thanks to the input of lessons learned from previous missions. Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet substance that prevents blood coagulation in the arteries. It is an inactive pro drug that becomes activated after first-pass metabolism by the liver. The active metabolite of clopidogrel is 2-oxoclopidogrel, which is unstable therefore pharmacokinetic data is obtained by measuring the inactive metabolite clopidogrel acid in plasma. Clopidogrel is taken orally in tablet form. The aim of this project was to develop a LC-MS/MS method for quantification of clopidogrel and its metabolite in plasma. The method has been developed by optimizing the sample Preparation.

A richer language when painting before speaking? ? What is a rich language and can painting stimulate towards a richer language?In this work I seek to answer two questions. What may a ?richer? language mean and does it become richer when the informants, as a Preparation, paint what they are going to talk about in front of the class, than when they do not paint? This I try to do by studying earlyer research about how to measure the richness in languages and by analysing video recordings of speeches when the students in an sfi-class (Swedish for foreigners) painted or did not paint before the speech, and by analysing the richness in their language. The result is my own definition of what rich language is in this context, and a conclusion that painting stimulates the students to use more words and to use specific words that they need to bring the audience their message..
