Syftet är beskriva och analysera tillsynen som arbetssätt samt att utifrån några miljö- och hälsoskyddsinspektörers tankar och erfarenheter reflektera över om det går att finna möjligheter att utveckla tillsynsmetodiken. Frågeställningar är: Vilka uppfattningar och erfarenheter har inspektörerna när det gäller tillsynsmetodiken? Hur ser de på sin yrkesroll och arbetsvillkoren? Hur tänker inspektörerna kring möjligheter och svårigheter när det gäller att utveckla inspektörsjobbet? Studien har genomförts med hjälp av intervjuer, observationer och observationsschema. Resultatet visar att många miljö- och hälsoskyddsinspektörer ofta är utelämnade att på egen hand utarbeta sätt att arbeta på. Utvecklingsmöjligheterna för inspektörerna är begränsade.

Sammanfattning331 svenska högstadielärare bedömde i en enkät tio olika förnamnpå fiktiva elever inom fem dimensioner: framgångsrik, populärbland kamrater, social förmåga, maskulin/feminin ochsocioekonomisk status. Namnen valdes enligt följande: två vanliganamn, två ovanliga, två namn vanligast bland höginkomsttagare,två vanligast bland låginkomsttagare och två av icke-svensktursprung. Hypoteserna var att förnamnen skulle ha olikakonnotationer, att detta skulle visa sig inom samtliga femdimensioner samt att vanliga namn och namn typiska förhöginkomsttagare skulle få en mera positiv bedömning än övriga.Undersökningen gav stöd åt samtliga hypoteser.Effektmagnituderna var stora. Respondenternas kön, ålder ochyrkeserfarenhet påverkade vissa bedömningar signifikant meneffektmagnituderna var små. Resultaten indikerar attnamnkonnotationer är ett förekommande fenomen även i Sverige,åtminstone på högstadiet.Nyckelord.

 In today?s society teachers will face students of foreign origin. It is up to the teachers to help these students gain the knowledge they need to flourish in society. Despite the fact that mathematics is a universal topic with high status in many countries, studies have shown that mathematics is a subject where a large proportion of foreign students fails. The purpose of this study was to see wherein the problem lies and describe teachers' perceptions of the barriers and the opportunities in mathematics for students with Swedish as a second language.

Ett spelberoende kan påverka en person på olika plan men syftet med denna uppsats är att studera hur relationen mellan ett spelberoende och ingången till kriminalitet ser ut. För att beskriva denna relation har fem kvalitativa intervjuer utförts med fem före detta spelberoende med kriminell bakgrund. Utifrån Bourdieus teori om habitus och fält samt normer och normalitet som en social konstruktion förklaras också en spelberoendes väg in i kriminalitet. Resultatet visar att personer med ett spelberoende ofta vistas i en miljö där kriminella handlingar inte ses som något avvikande och att det därför blir enklare att bryta mot samhällets normer. Utöver det framgår det att spelberoendet i vissa fall har försvagat informanternas band till samhällets institutioner vilket har lett till en normupplösning.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka individens olika dimensioner av jaget/Self-concept och dess betydelse för relationer mellan konsumenter och varumärken. Vi har valt att forma studien efter det existentiell-fenomenologiska paradigmet. Metoden är passande för att undersöka konsumenters erfarenheter av olika slag. Metoden innefattar djupintervjuer där respondenterna styr dialogen under intervjun. De teorier vi har valt att använda oss av är teorier kring relationen mellan individ och varumärke, Self-concept, referensgruppsteori, Conspicuous och Status Consumption samt varumärkesteori.

This research is about different perspectives, offered by three mother tongue teachers, one principal and also featuring a representative from Skolverket, on the subject: teacher legitimation for mother tongue teachers, mother tongue teachers opportunity for competence education and the future of mother tongue education in Sweden.The theoretical framework is mother tongue language, globalization, the post-colonial theory, power and social inequality. A qualitative approach was used including five interviews taken place in Stockholm, the results does not however represent the whole country nor the community of Stockholm itself.The result shows that mother tongue teachers thinks the teacher legitimation does not mean anything regarding their already low-status. Even principal and representative from Skolverket express their concern towards the 'non-demand' for mother tongue teachers to get their legitimation and they feel there is a lack of ambition from decisonmakers to include the mother tongue teachers.As per today there is no higher education for mother tongue teachers leading towards an exam. Mother tongue teachers are worried about their future although principal and representant takes a bright outlook. .

This study is an attempt to shed light on problems and possibilities of the school library of the Swedish comprehensive school concerning library law and goals of the school and the school library. Many investigations about the role of the school library of the comprehensive school have been carried through. They have all more or less come to the same conclusions. In spite of Swedish library law and goal documents of the school library, the school libraries are often neglected, if not will and commitment are to be found among teachers. Using a model of the school organisation by Gunnar Berg, three cases of school libraries are presented and analysed in a larger organisational and political perspective.

In this study we describe the needs of lone parents and how the authorities fulfill these needs. The needs contain both economic and social aspects, such as the access to an employment, childcare and the possibility to social activities. For the lone parents being able to work the childcare provision must improve and be available in a greater extent during non-traditional working hours. It is also required that the housing benefit ceiling is increased so that the parents may work more hours without risking the loss of the housing benefit. The statistic about the housing benefit which we present shows that many of those with a low income are lone parents.

The word mathematics is often associated to addition, subtraction, division or multiplication. This is not the kind of mathematics that belongs to pre-school. In my essay I have chosen to write about how mathematics is used in pre-school. In the literature it is written that the best way of becoming familiar with mathematics, is to integrate it in the every day life but that there are educators that use traditional mathematics education in pre-school. The purpose with this thesis is to examine how four novels with a trait of confession written between 1996 and 2001 have been received in the Swedish daily press. This is done from a feministic perspective. The study is based on 36 reviews and the method which is used consists of a close-reading of the reviews, where the following questions are asked to the texts: Are there examples of reception in sexual analogies?; Are the novels ascribed a status of universality or are they considered to be something private?; How does the reviewers comment the exposure of the authors themselves and persons close to them?; What does the positive versus negative criticism concentrate on?; How does the reviewers comment the sexual element in the novels? The theoretical framework focuses on how womens literature has been treated in literary criticism and the treatment of the confession novels in the 1970s. The analysis of the reviews has, among many other things, showed that the novels mostly are regarded as something private; that the reviewers for different reasons question the publishing of the novels and that there are things concerning women and sexuality that is not accepted to write about.

Sammanfattning Nikolai Zavgorodni (2008) Titel: Rock- och popmusik i undervisningen. Syfte med denna studie är att undersöka vilken betydelse har musicerandet i elevernas musikaliska utveckling. Studien omfattar musikundervisningen i gymnasieskolan. Jag har använt mig av både kvantitativ och kvalitativ metoder i min studie. Den kvantitativa metoden var i form av enkätundersökningen och kvalitativa metoden i form av observationer men framförallt i form av definitioner, konceptioner och teoretiska konstruktioner. Resultatet visar att musicerandet har en stor betydelse för musikstuderande och rock- och popmusik har en hög status i undervisningen.

AbstractI denna studie kommer vi undersöka hur maskuliniteter framställs i utvalda exempel från tidningen King of Sweden. Vi vill besvara våra frågeställningar kring hur maskuliniteter uttrycks i de utvalda bild- och textexemplen från King och vilka uttryck och egenskaper som kan uttolkas tillhöra dessa. Vidare undrar vi om någon av dessa maskuliniteter kan tolkas som en föredragen och dominerande maskulinitetstyp tack vare de egenskaper och värden den representerar. Slutligen vill vi se till tidningens presenterade stadgar om förutbestämt uttryck och innehåll för att undersöka hur väl dessa stämmer in i de text- och bildexempel som väljs ut.För att försöka besvara frågeställningarna söker vi efter mönster i bild och text ur ett flertal nummer av tidningen. Dessa mönster tolkar vi som exempel på uttryck av tidningens sätt att framställa maskulinitet, där vi ser om samma typ av egenskaper eller uttryck återkommer i flertalet nummer.

Mot bakgrund av de landvinningar som gjorts inom kommunikations-teknologisyftar denna uppsats till att ge en bild av hur medarbetare i en organisationbeskriver och förhåller sig till sitt intranät. Undersökningen har genomförts medkvalitativ metod och har omfattat sex stycken intervjuer på ett expansivtlivsmedelsföretag. Datat har sedan analyserats med hjälp av begrepp somorganisationskultur, praktikgemenskap samt nätverksgemenskap. Vårtperspektiv på kommunikation och interaktion har präglats av dialogism medkontextuell resurs som ett nyckelbegrepp. Vår tolkning av resultatet visar påförekomsten av multipla praktikgemenskaper och hur dessa positionerar sig irelation till intranätet.

The purpose of this study was to highlight how women who have been victims of rape are described in discussion forums on the Internet and how the view obtained is affected by victim and gender constructions. By observing several discussion threads on Swedish internet forums, we have been able to explore how discussions and attitudes are made about women who are victims of rape and which characteristics are assigned females. This study analyzes these attitudes from a gender construction theory and a victim construction theory. Through this analysis, we wanted to gain a deeper understanding of attitudes about female rape victims and if the attitudes are rooted in victim and gender constructions. This study shows that women are often assigned responsibility to a rape if she put herself at risk and if she is assigned negative attributes such as promiscuous, as a liar or if she drinks too much alcohol.
