Union?s (Gruvindustriarbetareförbundet, hereafter Gruv) paper, Gruvarbetaren 1917-1925.The theoretical starting point is Engels? view on the class state. This perspective turns the question of socialism and the way to get there into an issue of working class power over the state. Another theoretical perspective is the partition of the labour movement into a trade-unionistic branch, seeing unions as financial organisations of interest, and a pro-state one, considering unions as political organisations.During the period investigated Gruvarbetaren was quite radical and advocated a firm class struggle strategy towards employers. In this thesis I will discuss how US respectively EU general international security policies are formed with the scientific theories Rational Choice and Cognitive theory in mind. I?ll discuss how come US tends to go towards a more sanction orientated strategy while European Union seems to prefer a dialog and diplomatic problem solving strategy. I?ll exemplify respective security strategy through the qualitative cases study of Iran and analyse why they have taken different cores of action while trying to solve the problem with Iran's alleged nuclear weapon.

The study explores how the text in the newspapers attributes the word and what the consequences might be for the readers and for the political agenda when it comes to the discussion of justice and responsibility. The attributes that characterizes basic income in the media are mostly negative and there is no discussion where work strategy and basic income is seriously spoken of. Work strategy is taken for granted and is not questioned by anyone. The alternative that basic income could be is being ridiculed which becomes clear by the attributes that are chosen. The figuration of basic income in these media is characterised mostly by negative and depreciatory attributes.

Syfte: Syftet med vår uppsats är att belysa den etiska dimensionen av harm reductionanknuten missbrukarvård. Till vår hjälp har vi haft etiska teorier och sociologen Zygmunt Baumans begrepp. Frågeställningar: Vi har använt oss av två huvudfrågor som vi därunder bryter ner i konkreta frågor. 1 Hur ser de etiska resonemangen ut hos personal verksam inom harm reductionanknuten missbrukarvård?Vilken typ av etik använder de sig av? Har de centrala etiska principer, vilka? Hur ser de på etik och moral? Följer de etiskt formulerade regler? Hur ser de på prohibition? Hur ser de på drogbruk? Hur ser de på människan? Vad driver dem i deras arbete? Hur ser de på harm reductions påverkan på samhället?2 Hur kan man förstå harm reductionmetoders framväxt ur Baumans sociologiska perspektiv?Hur kan harm reductionmetoder kopplas till det senmoderna samhället? Hur kan harm reduction rättfärdigas etiskt utifrån ett sociologiskt perspektiv? Hur kan harm reductions förklarar sociologiskt? Vilka förutsättningar fanns för att harm reduction skulle kunna utvecklas? Hur kan Baumans begrepp förklara harm reductions ställning i det senmoderna samhället? Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod med intervjuer som redskap.

Due to the well-developed rhetoric and the relative easiness to estimate costs, cost considerations are usually more in-depth than revenue considerations when discussing strategies impact on profitability. To avoid dysfunctional companies and poorly judged strategy decisions it is necessary to develop the rhetoric of revenue considerations.By collecting data from 230 respondents in a quantitative study of two grocery stores in Mora, the study aimed to assess the relationship between choice of generic strategy and self-reported buying behavior, considering differing decision-making processes of customers.The results of the study indicate that a differentiation strategy performs better than a low-cost strategy in terms of buyer frequency, number of goods and cost of purchase. However, due to a poor data collection method, the results are weak, and should therefore be questioned. The study indicates that reliability considerations for behavioral measures should be treated in the same respect as psychological measures, and therefore illuminates the need for new methods and measures to be developed..

Traditional financial management has lately been criticized, since it gives inadequate and unilateral information for decisions and strategy of the operation. The purpose of this essay is to investigate if a balanced scorecard is able to work together with a budget and become a stronger control system for the management. Essential theory underlies the gathering of data as well as the analysis, and the empirical investigation is based on personal interviews. The conclusions drawn from my analysis are that two parallel control systems could complement each other?s weaknesses.

Who has the ownership of a company´s long-term strategy, and who should have it? Is it the board of directors or the senior management? Swedish law and regulations seemingly point in one direction, whereas the findings of studying the relationship between CEO and chairman of the board in eleven Swedish listed large- and mid-cap companies, point the other way. In a majority of the companies the senior management have the ownership of the long term strategy whilst the board of directors merely hold a control function. The possible effects on the companies managed as well as the rules and regulations they are managed according to, are analyzed..
