Syfte med detta arbete är att undersöka huruvida avkastningsberäkning för en datalagerinvestering bör göras, hur det kan göras och om det görs. Vidare avses att undersöka om generella kalkylmetoder kan användas av företag, oavsett storlek, som avser att starta datalagerinvesteringsprojekt. Datalagerteknologin har ännu en hög utvecklingstakt och detta medför ofta höga utvecklingskostnader i samband med investeringar inom datalager.Undersökningen baseras på en kombinerad dokumentstudie och enkätundersökning. Dokumentstudien belyser den problematik vilken förknippas med problemområdet. Enkätundersökningen fokuseras mot olika större organisationer såsom banker, post och dagligvaruhandeln, vilka idag använder sig av datalager.

The purpose of this essay is to give the reader an insight in the subject of torture. This is done through both an historical perspective and by showing how torture methods are used today, even though torture is prohibited by law. Many refugees who come to Sweden today have survived torture, and the trauma can cause multiple illnesses related to the tragic memories. In addition to physical damage many also suffer from depression and post traumatic stress, due to the experiences of torture.Together with the Swedish Red Cross we designed a questionnaire which was sent to politicians and elected officials. In the questionnaire we asked questions concerning knowledge of injuries due to torture and what treatment options these people have in Sweden.

Syfte: Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att identifiera och beskriva de faktorer som kritiskt inverkar på en webbkonfigurators framgång och öka förståelsen kring faktorernas påverkan ur ett företagsperspektiv. Metod: Som metod för insamling av empirisk data, har vi använt oss utav enkäter. Dessa har sänts ut via elektronisk post till de medverkande företagen. Vi har även genomfört ett test av de medverkande företagens webbkonfiguratorer. Slutsats: Vi har med bakgrund av våra empiriska och teoretiska data identifierat och beskrivit ett antal faktorer som vi kan se som essentiella för en webbkonfigurators framgång. Vi har även kunnat urskilja vissa mönster, som är generella och oberoende av bransch eller produkt..

Aim - To investigate the prevalence of allergies among students at The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences (GIH) in Stockholm and relate it to factors that previous research in this area found to influence the risk of developing allergic diseases.- Can Hygiene Hypothesis or more specifically the relationships of family structure, socioeconomic status and the degree of overcrowding explain the existence of allergies among students at GIH?- Can the prevalence of allergies among students at GIH be explained by any of the known relationship for the prevalence of allergic diseases this study has taken into account?Method - Quantitative survey of students at GIH in the fall of 2013.Results - 214 students from The Swedish School of Sport and Health Science participated in the study, with representation from the first - and last - year students of all educational programs. More than twice the proportion of those diagnosed respondents said that their mother smoked during pregnancy or while they were breast-fed compared with the same group of respondents with no allergic diagnosis. The correlation is not statistically significant (p -value: 0.054). The majority of respondents with an allergic diagnosis indicated that their home mopped once a week or more for most of their childhood, while the majority of respondents with no allergic diagnosis stated that their home mopped less often.

Sedan mitten av 1980-talet pågår en debatt i Sverige om sambandet mellan redovisning och beskattning. 1995 kom SOU med ett förslag kring detta och 1998 kom RSV med ytterligare ett förslag. Förslagen innebär en frikoppling mellan redovisning och beskattning. Områden som frikopplas är exempelvis bokslutsdispositioner, obeskattade reserver, inventarier och maskiner. Mitt syfte med uppsatsen var framförallt att förklara hur förslagen påverkar ett medelstort företag.

Outsourcing is today a common phenomenon among businesses in most industries. The term outsourcing means transferring the responsibility of performing a certain function to an external supplier. There are usually certain methods to investigate the effects and the outcome of a function that is performed by the company itself. When this function is performed by an external party, the complexity of the function will increase.This leads us to our purpose: Based on different theories clarify how a company ensures a desired effect out of marketing when this function is outsourced to a certain retail- and advertising agency.In this essay we have defined us to study one of Sweden´s leading mobile operators who have outsourced their sales management to a retail- and advertising agency. This thesis is a qualitative study of a new law that was applied in December 2010. The law is called Lagen om etableringsinsatser fo?r vissa nyanla?nda invandrare, and is meant to help newly arrived immigrants that come to Sweden to establish themselves in the Swedish society. The aim of the study is to see what discourses the Swedish government produces as a result of this new law. Interesting for the study is to see what happens in the implementation stage at a local level, in this case in the municipality of O?rnsko?ldsvik.Theoretically and methodologically I emanate from critical discourse theory and institutional theory.

The aim with this essay is to penetrate the opinions of how women should be represented on screen. I am using a selection of contributions from the gender debate that Lars von Trier´s movie Antichrist caused in Sweden in spring 2009. The focus of the debate was mainly about the way the female actress was displayed. The provocative thing considered by many was that the female part could be interpreted as evil and in connection with Antichrist. But is that a obvious negative way to present women? In a historical view the discussion have been constantly fluctuated when it comes to the ideas of the correct way to visualize women in the movies which have left us without a true answer to that question.I am interested in investigating what is considered today as the best way to represent women by Swedish debaters.By using Michel Foucault?s term discourse as theory in a text analyse I am trying to look trough their language and see their ideological position..

The use of the robust and durable woody ground covers is increasing, not in the least in public places. The group includes low shrubs of different height that effectively build low, tight vegetation that covers the ground. Despite all the good qualities the knowledge about them is quite low and there are ideas about them of being dull. The woody ground covers manage to struggle against weeds effectively by competing for nourishment and water, but above all, by the canopy of the ground covers that prevent the weeds from getting enough light. In that way the woody groundcovers can effectively compete with the annual weeds.

Användandet av CAM har ökat signifikant senaste åren för gravida kvinnor. Inom CAM ryms begreppet ?mind-body interventioner? eller ?mind-body therapies? och innefattar behandling så som mindfulness, yoga, akupunktur, massage. Yoga och mindfulness har enligt tidigare studier positiv inverkan på graviditet och graviditetsutfall.

The purpose is to distinguish the factors that are relevant to a functioning cooperation relationship between sawmills and DIY-stores. The theoretical framework is primarily based on long-term business relationships. The study is based on two case companies and their relations with wood-suppliers. - Case company 1 is a relatively new established and still growing company.

Abstract The objective of our study was to get knowledge about how teachers think when they make purchases to preschool. Do they consider making environmentally conscious purchases? Do they work actively to transfer environmental consciousness to the children?We chose to interview nine preschool teachers and one cook in two different local municipalities. Our investigation showed that there was a very low engagement in these issues. The teachers said that they were very strictly bound to already existing public contracts and did not see any possibilities to influence the preschools consumption.The teachers hade no idea that not only their work could result in environmental savings in the school, but also result in attitudes changes among the children, their parents and, in the long term, society in general.

Fysisk aktivitet och beteendeaktivering har i tidigare forskning påvisats vara effektiv i behandling av depressionstillstånd. Syftet med ACTUA-studien var att utvärdera ett internetbaserat självhjälpsprogram med terapeutstöd via e-post. Totalt deltog 71 individer med egentlig depression som randomiserades till fyra olika behandlingsgrupper, två som ägnade sig åt fysisk aktivitet (FA), två som ägnade sig åt beteendeaktivering (BA) samt en väntelista. Behandlingsprogrammet bestod av åtta moduler som tilldelades deltagaren under en 12 veckor lång behandlingsperiod. Sudden gains, vilket är en företeelse som allmänt anses påverka det slutgiltiga behandlingsresultatet för en individ positivt, kunde påvisas i 47 (66%) deltagares behandlingsprocess.

We have noticed in society that people need something extra in their daily lives and we attempt to speculate where their perceived value lies through the concept of ?weekday-luxury."
