Career counselors in schools have for a long time reported a feeling that their work is not as important as teachers work. According to the Swedish Curriculum for the compulsory schools, all staff is responsible for viable counseling for pupils. Therefore, this study focuses on teachers, headmasters and a school executive director view of school career counseling, how they experience the fulfillment of curriculum goals and how it interferes/interacts with their work. To analyze the empirical material we collected from interviews, we used theoretical terms of organizational theory with focus on social structures, differentiation and integration. We also used the career theory of Super.

ABSTRACTToday's modern technological society is constantly evolving and house planning is one area that is constantly creating new technical solutions. By looking back at selected architectural eras during the 1900?s, the idea is to study and analyse three building structures in Gothenburg with a focus on quality and content in the urban space.In order to provide a background for the three selected areas, their history has been studied. The main question for the research is: how do different building structures affect the content and qualities in the urban space?The areas have been selected to represent three typical epochs in Swedish building history.

The goal with my project was to explore what it is that distinguishes Berlin as a city and then translate that into abstract patterns. The patterns are made for wallpaper and are presented in a book as a collection.After spending six months almost constantly abroad visiting many different citys I began to wonder what it is that makes a city unique. Sometimes it feels as though cities are reduced to the sum of their famous sights. But of course a city is more than that. It?s the people who live in it, the history, architecture and culture.

Följande studie är kvalitativ och hermeneutisk och syftar till att, ur ett postkolonialt perspektiv, undersöka hur kvinnor inom islam porträtteras i religionskunskapsböcker för gymnasiet. De läroböcker som utgör studiens material är alla skrivna under 2000-talet. Uppsatsens bakgrund ger en historisk överblick över mötet mellan västvärlden och islam. Begrepp som postkolonialism, orientalism och feministisk postkolonial diskurs behandlas i uppsatsens teoretiska bakgrund. Studiens resultat har visat att postkoloniala föreställningar i allra högsta grad är levande i läroböckerna muslimska kvinnoporträtt.

As a leisure time pedagogue I find it hard to have an insight into what children are playing, and how they play when it comes to free play. My experience is that in some free play, conflicts arise, which reveal hierarchies and power structures containing violations, whereas other occasions of free play suddenly come to an end as the pedagogue interferes. In this essay I investigate my responsibility as a leisure time pedagogue during children´s free play, based on two differing play situations. I also investigate the play as a phenomenon by looking into previous research on children?s play and development psychology.

In this study we have explored and investigated how journalist experience the relationship with politicians/press secretaries in the making of political news. The study examines how journalists see the balance of power between them and their political sources in the setting of the news agenda. To do this we have used a qualitative interview analysis. Our theoretical starting points have been based on the social exchange model. The social exchange model has a social psychological and sociological perspective that explains the interaction, social exchange and stability as a process of negotiation exchanges between parties and operators.

Offentligheten i Sverige är väldigt stark och offentlighetsprincipen skyddas i grundlagarna. För att veta hur elektroniska medier ses i allmänna handlingar måste det först ges en överblick vad offentlighetsprincipen är och vad som anses vara allmänna handlingar. Jag har även belyst lagrum som är av vikt för att förstå sammanhanget mellan dessa och lagstiftningen. Offentlighetsprincipen är en grundsten i det svenska samhället och den ger svenska medborgare rätt att ta del av information och få insyn i offentliga verksamheter.

This essay discusses joist floor, and the land-building at these structures. In Malmoe there is a neighborhood called Trumman that has a courtyard where an underground garage is located. What possibilities are there in this place and how would an alternative design look? These issues will this essay answer. Organisationer i dagens samhälle kan genom motiverade medarbetare effektivisera sin verksamhet utan att öka kostnaderna. Studiens syfte var att undersöka huruvida det finns köns- ålders- och utbildningsnivårelaterade skillnader med utgångspunkt från Herzbergs tvåfaktorsteori. Vi utförde en kvantitativ enkätundersökning (n=93) på två organisationer med hjälp av bekvämlighetsurval. Reliabilitetstestet Cronbachs alfa utfördes på enkätverktyget och visade till viss del på låg reliabilitet. Vi använde oss av One Way ANOVA och Bonferroni Post Hoc test för att analysera resultatet, vilket visade att det finns signifikanta könsrelaterade och åldersrelaterade skillnader med utgångspunkt från Herzbergs tvåfaktorsteori, men ingen signifikant utbildningsrelaterad skillnad..

In 1993 Sweden introduced a new Forest policy, with a larger freedom of action for the forest owners, but in the same time the forest owners are expected to take greater consideration of the forests and the environment, that is required by the law. This is necessary to be able to obtain the goals of the new policy. Therefore the demand for competence and guidance is larger than before. At the same period of time organisations where slimmed and trimmed during a economic recession and the question is how this has affected the number of employees on different levels in the organisations, the competence of the employees and their internal education and if these changes affects the possibility of implementing the forest policy. This study contains three points in time where measures were made, 1990, 1995 and 2000.

The companies have to be able to adapt themselves continuously in order till fulfill its customers changing needs in an effective way, which results in big changes of the companies? structures. The more traditional way of working is often replaced with more alternative approaches as a response to the reputable deficiencies of its predecessors. As an effect of the rapid change and development some companies now see big potential in switching to more Agile and flexible methods and some companies have no choice but to change their way of working.

Time has passed since the new standards regarding goodwill were introduced. Duringthe period that occurred pre the financial crisis several companies managed to creategreat goodwill assets on their balance sheet. These assets were highlighted during thefinancial crisis and the aim of this study is to evaluate analysts contemporaryconsideration of these assets. The study will be of interest due to the fact that we nowfind ourselves in-between periods, post financial crisis and pre euro crisis. Ourempirical study has been carried out by interviewing analysts covering IT-companiestraded on the Swedish stock exchange.Our analysts were chosen with consideration to the fact that they were coveringcompanies where acquisitions are common.

Syftet med detta arbete är att göra en enklare variant av en marknadsundersökning. Marknadsundersökningen är ett uppdrag från en egen företagare som gör smyckesförvaringar. Ett annat syfte med arbetet är analysera uppdragsgivarens innovationsprocess. Arbetet har två syften. För att göra en marknadsundersökning gjordes det en internetbaserad undersökning av en kvantitativ karaktär med 140 personer som deltog och 40 st blev bortfall.
