AbstractThe aim of this essay is to analyse what roll repression has had in the making of my unpublished collection of poems entitled Hopp som i hare. I examine how the autobiographical subject abortion has influenced the writing process and the outcome of the poems. By presenting literature that?s been important in the making of the collection I show some thoughts and ideas about Post Abortion Stress Disorder, a diagnosis without scientific grounds. In a discussion I go through the whole writing process from subject and genre choice through the revisions till the final version that were sent to be commented by the class in creative writing at Växjö University 2008.

Om eller när en person drabbas av ohälsa, orsakad av exempelvis sjukdom eller olyckshändelse kan känslan av hopp vara en styrka som bidrar till att klara av situationer som kan upplevas svåra eller krävande. Hopp beskrivs som ett mångdimensionellt begrepp och kan vara en nödvändig del i anpassningen till en ny situation. Transition innefattar processen i en förändring hos människor som av olika anledningar drabbas av ohälsa, där hoppet är en väsentlig del. Hopp kan upplevas på olika sätt, därför finns det ett värde om vårdpersonal kan ge personcentrerad omvårdnad, en individuellt utformad vård. Litteraturöversiktens syfte är att beskriva personers upplevelser av hopp vid olika tillstånd av ohälsa.

Studiens syfte är att söka få en utökad kunskap och förståelse för dövblindas upplevelser av sina villkor till högre utbildning och möjligheter till ett pedagogiskt samspel med utbildningspersonal. Det är en kvalitativ studie som bygger på intervjuer med dövblinda respondenter. Intervjuerna har utförts via E-post eftersom det hade blivit allt för tidskrävande och kostsamt med resor till respondenternas hemorter och hjälp från taktiltolk. Respondenterna var från början fem personer med handikappet dövblindhet av olika kön, tyvärr föll två personer ifrån av olika anledningar. Ett hermeneutiskt vetenskapligt perspektiv har använts eftersom detta betonar betydelsen av tolkning och förståelse.

When a leader changes to a new post in another kind of organisational culture, what happens then? Could a leader use the same kind of leadership when leading different kinds of groups? Different cultures have different needs and ways to handle things and in the end it all comes to situational leadership. Both leaders and theorists claim that the leader must adjust to what the organisation and its members needs. This paper contains an inquiry of how officers have handled their new assignments as leaders in the civilian world of the municipality. The research shows that a former military leader must also be able to lead another kind of group if they change to a civilian career.

Varulager har dragit till sig många ekonomers intresse med utgångspunkt från dess säregna karaktär och egenskaper utifrån värderingssynpunkt. Det har visat sig vara svårt att ena sig om vilken värderingsprincip som på ett rättvisande sätt tar hänsyn till både den balans- och resultatmässiga aspekten beträffande den inverkan denna post har på företagets resultat och ställning. När ett företag försätts i konkurs uppstår en ny värderingsproblematik för tillgångarna, däribland varulager. Nu handlar det om att omsätta tillgångar till likvida medel för att ersätta borgenärerna. Syftet med vårt arbete är att öka förståelsen kring de svårigheter som föreligger vid varulagervärdering före och efter konkurs.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the act of the British Labour Party when they recalled a referendum promised by former Prime Minister Tony Blair. Tony Blair promised a referendum on the Constitutional Treaty, but his successor Gordon Brown later recalled it when the Lisbon Treaty succeeded the Constitutional Treaty as the legal foundation of the European Union.The main purpose of this thesis was to with help from various theorethical frameworks explain why the Labour Party decided to do this, even if this decision gave the main opposition party, the Conservative and Unionist Party (the Tories), the chance to heavily critisize the Labour Party, and picture them as traitors.The research questions were:? What are the reasons that the Labour Party went from being a Eurosceptical party, to become more pro-European?? Why did the Labour Party cancel the promised referendum on the new treaty of the European Union?Various answers were found for the first research question. Among the most important was that it was a part of the over all transition which led to the launch of New Labour.The second research question was answered with three explanatory models based on actions of the Labour Party on three arenas; the electoral arena (based on power, this model claims that the Labour Party act as they do because the know the Tories would not act differently if they were in office), the parliamentary arena (based on ideology, this model claims that Labour want the Lisbon Treaty because it has a stronger social dimension than earlier treaties) and the internal arena (based on the problem of identification, this model claims that the Labour Party identifies itself with the British government, and not just the voters, and are afraid of damaging Britain?s influence in the EU and international politics if Britain says ?no? to the Lisbon Treaty)..

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka de narratologiska drivkrafterna i de två postapokalyptiska verken The Stand av Stephen King och Girlfriend In a Coma av Douglas Coupland. Med frågor som: Vad är den narratologiska drivkraften? Med kulturkritisk infallsvinkel: vad för karaktärerna med sig in i den nya tiden? Genom närläsning kommer en undersökning ske, där de narratologiska drivkrafterna lyfts fram. Resultatet visar att författarna har använt sig av två olika tekniker. The Stand använder sig av motsatspar enligt A.J.

HTML och CSS för email? handlar precis som titeln antyder om användandet av HTML och CSS för att utforma e-postmeddelanden och är en undersökning över vilka standarder som finns eller åtminstone borde finnas. Viktiga fraser vid informationssökningen har varit ?Html Email?, ?Email Standards? och ?Email Programming?. Resultatet är tänkt att appliceras på HEJO MAIL, som är en applikation för utskick av nyhets- och informationsbrev som idag inte fungerar fullt ut.Resultatet är något förvånande då standarder specifikt för email saknas och har ersatts med rekommendationer, resultatet innefattar en sammanställning av rekommendationer från tre olika källor som valts ut.

The transition from paper to electronic journals in induces a major change in academic libraries. The library must focus on customising the service to meet user needs in order to compete with other actors on the market. This situation entails the need for a marketing and management approach in library organisations. Linda Ashcroft has in previous research focused on marketing of electronic journals. She has stated the importance of simplifying the user environment of electronic journals and the importance of regaining control over electronic journals from publishers and vendors.

I Sverige drabbas idag ca 13 % av alla kvinnor av post partum depression, förlossningsdepression under de första månaderna efter förlossningen. Genom Barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin (BUP) finns idag stöd och hjälp för de mödrar som drabbas i form av samspelsbehandling. Intervjuer med mödrar som alla deltagit i samspelsgrupper på BUP mellanvården Nordost ligger till grund för denna studie. Syftet med studien var att belysa och få en inblick i mödrarnas erfarenhet av samspelsgrupperna, samt att undersöka vad mödrarna upplevt som gynnsamt med kontakten. Tre övergripande teman framträdde: Rädslan att inte duga som mamma, att lära sig vara mamma till sitt barn och att ta sig ur det mörka.

Retiring from elite sport can be a difficult and disruptive process for an elite athlete. To improve the quality of the transition after retirement, elite athletes are recommended to have dual careers which mean they combine their sport with education to be prepared for a new career when they retire from elite sport. To help elite student-athletes with this combination, universities and sport organizations provide different kind of support. This study was conducted and aimed to investigate elite athletes? perceptions of support offered by a university in Sweden and the elite athletes? perceptions of combining top level sport and academic studies.

FLB har idag en webbsida där deras kunder kan logga in och se saldo och produkter som de lagerhåller. Problemet är att denna webbsida saknar en ?orderläggningsmodul?, en funktion där deras kunder kan lägga beställningar på pallar som de vill ha utkörda. Beställningar görs idag via e-post eller telefon till anställda hos FLB Logistik, som i sin tur skriver in alla beställningar manuellt i ett system.

This paper examines the opportunities and challenges of integrating conservation practice and the circular economy into practical planning processes. In recent years, the discussion of circular economy and its relevance in the sustainability debate has intensified. According to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, the transition to a circular economy is crucial to achieving the national and international environmental and climate goals as well as the global goals in Agenda 2030. Parallel to this, there is a long established heritage discourse that emphasizes the importance of preserving buildings and cultural environments as part of our cultural heritage. These two discourses have common goals, but they differ in how they present their respective arguments.

Syftet är att granska i vilken utsträckning företag som upprättar hållbarhetsredovisning följer riktlinjerna på området. Vi har genomfört fallstudier, i vilka vi studerat tre olika företags hållbarhetsredovisningar. Dessa har vi jämfört med GRI:s riktlinjer och med varandra. För att få inblick i företagens tankar om GRI och dess framtida roll har vi gjort intervjuer, via e-post, med nyckelpersoner på två av de tre fallföretagen. Kvalitativ metod har använts för att få en helhetsbild av fenomenet hållbarhetsredovisning.

Diabetes mellitus is a rising epidemic throughout the world and there is currently great interest in quantifying the beta-cell mass (BCM) in vivo non-invasively. In the present experiment, the feasibility of in vivo imaging of the glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) in beta-cells was examined, using the positron emission tomography (PET) tracer [68Ga]Ga-DO3A-VS-Cys40-exendin-4 as a marker, in native pancreatic beta-cells of a porcine diabetic animal model and healthy controls. Eight Swedish high-health domestic pigs were randomly assigned to be either controls or made diabetic using streptozotocin (STZ). The experiment proceeded during eight weeks, starting with an acclimatisation period. Once the pigs had been socialised they underwent surgery for the insertion of a jugular vein catheter, allowing induction of diabetes with STZ, intravenous (i.v.) injections and stress-free blood sampling. Development of diabetes was confirmed by clinical examinations, blood glucose values and insulin-staining of pancreatic sections post mortem. The diabetic pigs were insulin treated and responded well.
