This paper examines how individual social welfare officers argue about the conditions in foreign aid. The paper is a qualitative interview study there nine social welfare officers from four local governments have been interviewed.The results are divided into two areas. First, the client's responsibility over their own lives   and self-determination. These two areas are then analyzed separately.The analysis assumes an aletisk hermeneutics where the basis for the attribution of the result is Max Weber's vocation ethics and the more recent research about foreign aid.The conclusion of the study was that social workers believe that the client's responsibility for their own self-sufficiency outweighs supply. Financial assistance must be justified in order to be paid regardless of whether this causes rejection of application for financial aid..

It focuses on how the children actively participate in the process of shaping family life and their own childhoods in the context of family change.

The work organization variable control and the individual characteristic psychological flexibility are two concepts that affect employees? well-being at work.This cross-­sectional study examined the extent to which these variables correlated with burnout, mental health and job satisfaction among homecare workers in Sweden (N=68). As hypothesized, results showed that both control and psychological flexibility were associated with burnout and job satisfaction. Findings also showed that psychological flexibility was associated with mental health. Moreover, the results indicated that there is an interaction effect between control and psychological flexibility in relation to these variables.

This report is regarding an electrical installation of an alarm system on a post fishingboat called Andromeda. The background of the installation was an earlier andinadequate alarm system that led to a motor failure. The ship was taken out of serviceand was sold to Björn Magndahl who rebuilt it to a yacht.The project was conducted partly by developing the existing systems, partly bydocumenting the work by means of electrical blue prints. Except the alarm systems, aninstallation of the frequency control unit for the bow thruster was installed.The installation was working fine and the outcome of the documentation was handedover in a form of a binder during the test drive of the systems and the assignment wasapproved..

?Fan fiction writing?, or the writing of stories based upon a popular entertainment franchise, has become a topic of academic discussion. Fan fiction writers have waked the ire of movie producers, since they often write fiction that is in direct contradiction to the movie?s plot or spirit. While most academic studies on fan fiction have concentrated on his confrontational aspect of the writers? psyches, we have found that the writers actually have a much more nuanced approach to their work, and are not necessarily hostile towards the directors and producers.

Introduktion: I juli 2012 uppdaterades regelverken för farmakovigilans inom Europa och flera förändringar gjordes i de bestämmelser som rör säkerhetsstudier på godkända läkemedel. En sammanställning av dessa behövdes för att lyfta fram viktiga bestämmelser och ge en tydligare överblick av de myndighetskrav som berör PASS (Post-Authorization Safety Studies) och PSP (Patient Support Programs). Syfte: Projektet syftar till att analysera och tolka regelverk och riktlinjer gällande PASS och PSP inom Europa samt utreda vad som gäller för PASS i de skandinaviska länderna. Detta för att lyfta fram viktiga bestämmelser och underlätta tolkningen för berörda företag. Material och metoder: Huvuddelen av projektet bestod av en litteraturstudie där fokus låg på lagar och riktlinjer inom Europa. Informationsinhämtning skedde även genom intervjuer med personal på Bayer AB och Läkemedelsverket. Jämförelser har sedan gjorts mellan svenska, norska och danska regelverk. Resultat: Myndighetskraven för PASS och PSP skiljer sig åt i vissa avseenden.

The purpose of this essay was to examine the experience of the judicial process concerning domestic violence from the perspectives of abused females and from some of the authorities and organisations which meet these women. The essay investigated several views of the judicial process in order to obtain a wide perspective. It responded to the following questions:- How are abused women treated by the authorities and organisations?- Are there enough resources and knowledge among the authorities and organisations?- Is there any collaboration between the authorities and organisations which the female meets in the judicial process and if so, how does it look like?- What does the aspect of security of person look like for the women which have been exposed to domestic violence?- What in the judicial process is important for the women's ability to move on in her life after experiences of violence in a relationship?This study was based on a qualitative method, where the interviews constituted of empirical material. The essay was based on interviews with two females who have experiences of violence in a relationship, two social workers from Kvinnojouren in Lund, two social workers from Kriscentrum in Lund, one lawyer, one prosecutor, one policeman and one social worker from Kvinnoforum in Lund.

The collected data showed how art and advertising are linked to each other and also differ from each other, in particular through the latter half of the 1900?s. What was happening in society came to have great impact on what happened in art and advertising. Eskilstuna municipality is working to be a municipality that the people who are living in it are proud of. In a way to do that two students have examined what changes are good or bad when there outdoor environment are rebuilding and changing By doing interviews with the people who are living next to two streets that already have been going through big changes and during those interviews the inhabitants have hade opportunity to explain what they are seeing as good or band changes in the surroundings. Bakgrund: Personalen är den viktigaste tillgången inom vården och därför är det viktigt att de får det stöd som de behöver för att undvika stress och psykisk utmattning. Personal som arbetar i arbetsmiljöer där kritiska och traumatiska händelser uppstår löper en större risk att drabbas av psykisk ohälsa i form av utbrändhet, depressioner samt stress och även posttraumatisk stressyndrom (PTSD). Personalstöd har visat sig leda till såväl lägre sjukfrånvaro som mindre personalomsättning. Det finns olika former av personalstöd, ute i verksamheterna används oftast kamratstöd, avlastningssamtal och debriefing.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka förekomst av riktlinjer samt att beskriva dess innehåll för personalstöd efter kritiska och traumatiska händelser på ett antal anestesiavdelningar i Sverige.Metod: Metoden som användes var av kvantitativ och kvalitativ ansats och analysen genomfördes med manifest innehållsanalys.Resultat: 28 frågeformulär skickades ut, av dessa erhölls fjorton svar och sju utav dessa hade avdelningsspecifika riktlinjer för personalstöd. Riktlinjerna granskades och tre kategorier urskiljdes; syfte och mål med riktlinjerna, förebygga och stödja samt arbetsmiljö.

This essay describes how Örebro läns landsting operate concerning the delegation of work environment tasks in their organization. In the essay we review present law, with the focus on the delegation of work environment tasks. The purpose is to see if Örebro läns landsting are following the law in a correct way.Through interviews with people responsible for the work environment, and representatives for the workers in these questions, we could see how Örebro läns landsting were fulfilling there obligations in the role of employer. The result described how they were motivated and how they systematically worked with work environment issues. However, we could also see that the structure of the division of work environment tasks were inadequate.

This study focuses on why people not longer want to be a part of a religious communion they have earlier been a part of. To examine this I have made seven interviews with people who have left their previous communions. Together with the methodological and theoretical discussions on discourse analysis, Richard Jenkins discussions on identity and theories concerning the post-modern society, I have made an analysis on how these people consider their previous communions and its members. They refer i.e. to the social control, the ?closed? culture and the non-questioning-culture that constitute the communions and its techniques.

Enligt socialtjänstlagen har kommunen det yttersta ansvaret för att barn och unga får möjligheten att växa upp under trygga och för deras utveckling goda förhållanden. Denna uppsats har som syfte att undersöka socialsekreterares uppfattning om hur det är att arbeta under en socialnämnd samt att se hur nämndens arbete fungerar enligt de lagar som berör barnets bästa. Inom detta område har forskning varit begränsat. Den existerande forskningen visar att socialsekreterare ofta lämnar sina jobb när de inte trivs inom organisationen och att man inom organisationen inte tar hänsyn till deras mående och arbetsbelastning. Forskare tog även upp att arbetet mer och mer ägnas till att fylla byråkratiska uppgifter och regler, än klientens behov.Syftet med det här arbetet är även att få reda på hur socialsekreterare tänker kring det faktum att de arbetar under en granskande och beslutande nämnd samt hur de uppfattar att nämnden anammar, förstår och beslutar enligt barnperspektivet.

Dock omgärdas intäktsredovisningen av flera svårigheter gällande bedömningar av när och till vilket belopp intäkter ska redovisas. Detta är speciellt ett problem vid redovisning av uppdrag som löper över flera redovisningsperioder, vilket är vanligt i byggbranschen. IASB har haft ett förslag till en ny standard för intäktsredovisning ute på remiss och IASB:s främsta syfte är att redovisningen ska vara användbar för användare av finansiella rapporter. Införandet av en ny standard kommer att innebära förändringar i byggbolagens redovisning och därmed även användbarheten i redovisningsinformationen.
