Syftet med uppsatsen Àr att beskriva och förklara hur FisksÀtra Folkets hus styrs med ett interimistiskt ledarskap. Den ska Àven belysa vilka konsekvenser som kan uppstÄ nÀr en organisation styrs av ett interimistiskt ledarskap.Studien besvarar tre olika frÄgestÀllningar: "Hur har det tillfÀlliga ledarskapet pÄverkat organisationen samt relationen mellan ledaren och medarbetarna?" "Hur upplever den tillfÀlliga ledaren i FisksÀtra folketshus, sin tillfÀlliga position, samt hur upplever medarbetarna i organisationen det tillfÀlliga ledarskapet?" och " Vilka egenskaper, utifrÄn den tillsatta ledarens och medarbetarnas egna erfarenheter, uppfattas vara viktiga i ett tillfÀlligt ledarskaps position och hur bör hon utöva dessa egenskaper?Undersökningen genomfördes med en kvalitativ ansats. Studien anvÀnde sig av semi-strukturerade intervjuer pÄ samtliga anstÀllda i FisksÀtra Folkets Hus. Intervjuerna sammanstÀlldes och utifrÄn den samlade empirin kunde vi tolka och dra slutsatser kring frÄgestÀllningarna.

Internship is a new form of interaction between the academic world and the market and a phenomena increasingly popular among elite universities in Europe. The educational system has traditionally kept an academic approach where the institutions for higher education have acted isolated without extensive influence from the market. Today pressure from the market has led to intensified interaction between the universities and companies among many European elite universities. We have carried out a situational analysis concerning interaction between the academic institutions and companies in Europe. More specifically, we looked at the potential for Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) to strengthen its position on the educational market by adjusting its strategies and implement internships as a part of the education.

The purpose with this essay is to examine different roles of leadership in the working environment by interviewing ex-students that have taken their degree from Halmstad Högskola and its construction program. How do these ex-students handle to be in a position of power in their everday life and how do they handle decision making? Do they find that the education they have recieved in any way has helped them in regard for leadership or do they rather conclude that further education in the area of leadership would be beneficial? These are the questions that I set out to shed some light over in this essay. This study consists of one part theory and one empirical part. The empirical part was accomplished by interviewing ex-students from Halmstad Högskola and this part was later compiled with relevant theories on the subject which were obtained from books , internet and various databases.The results from the interviews show that the general point of view is that the subjects containing leadership in their education hasn't really helped them.

Project Safe Sleeping Position (SSP) contains all parts in a product development phase. The project comprises the whole cycle from idea to a complete product where all aspects are included. The scope is to develop an innovative solution for a common known problem and work with all parts within the man-machine-way. The result is an inflatable product which secures a child in the correct way for the seatbelt to work properly in the rearseat of a car. Ergonomics, technical extent, usability, design, construction, product solutions and market potential are some of all parts witch the project includes.

Middle managers in social care find themselves in a middle position. The middle management position involves demands from several interested parties. The demands affect and generate feelings both within themselves and within others and the middle managers have to deal with them all.The aim of this study was to investigate the social care middle manager?s personal experiences of emotions in work.We have completed interviews with four middle managers who are assigned to carry out social care. When doing the interviews we used an interview guide divided into different interview areas.

This paper focuses on traditional clothing enterprise IT strategies. The purpose was to investigate the correlation between traditional clothing companies IT strategies and their brand. In a market where the competition is high it has become more important that the company targets a customer segment. To reach their targeted customers the company builds their brand with different corporate strategies. This segmentation is necessary because of the high exposure to competition, and a well-established brand could be a prerequisite for profitability.  In today?s market, IT has a major impact on the clothing business.

This thesis aims to study brand change, which can be of interest since a brand during its lifetime can be expected to meet a lifecycle consisting of five phases; innovation, introduction, growth, maturity and recession. In order to avoid the recession phase and the sales decline that follows there is a need for a change of the brand.In order to study brand change, theoretical framework is compared to two real world cases that have gone through an active change.The conceptions of positioning, repositioning and revitalization are clarified. Positioning deals with how brands are located in customer?s minds as well as on the real market. Repositioning implies a change of the current position and is also often a move towards a new market segment.

Trots att de Àr unga Àr viljan stor att bli behandlad som en medmÀnniska och skapa ett trivsamt klimat. De Àldre eleverna kÀnner ett förtroende för sin lÀrare, de anser att de kan diskutera direkt med denne. Medan de yngre eleverna tar hjÀlp via sina förÀldrar, dÀr de fÄr föra barnets talan. Inflytandet sker mestadels under formella former och dÄ gÀllande detaljfrÄgor.

This study is mostly based on previous research, which includes Sub-national actor?s attitudes and regional action towards the European Union. The purpose of the study is to investigate if four Swedish municipalities in VÀrmland operate internationally towards the European Union and deepen an understanding of their actions. The main research question is: - How can we increase our understanding of municipal action against the European Union? The research questions of this study are answered through qualitative method and semi-structured interviews were conducted.

För att effektivisera sin bemanning och scheman skall teoretiska delar anvÀndas för att styra grupper och verksamheten bÀttre, teoretiska delarna Àr i form av schemalÀggningsprinciper.Vid en effektivisering av verksamheten skall en optimeringsmodell anvÀndas med flera funktioner som möjliggör en heltÀckande optimeringslösning för att generera den mest kostnadseffektivaste bemanningen för schemalÀggningen. Ett tekniskt system som ett informationssystem skall Àven strukturera Securitas arbete effektivare med en bÀttre bokföring över de anstÀllda samt underlÀtta tillÀmpningen av ett standardiserat arbetssÀtt. Vikten av ett standardiserat arbetssÀtt behandlas mycket inom LEAN-filosofin och anses viktig i detta fall för att fÄ de teoretiska delarna och informationssystemet att fungera ihop.

This thesis have been performed at Sweco Position in Jönköping. The work was split into two, where one part included an investigation regarding the possibility of developing a cross-platform GIS (geographic information system) with HTML5 and CSS3. A prototype would also be developed within this part.The second part included development of a cross-platform GIS for a client to Sweco Position. The client operates in the forest sector and had already an existing solution, with many problems. The client required an application with delimited functionality and which was not bound to a specific hardware.As the client users often were located in areas with limited Internet access, one additional requirement was that there would be some offline support.The students handle subjects within development of GIS, for example map projections, map services and mapping libraries.The application came to be developed in HTML5 and ASP.net.
