Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur aktivt förvaltade fonder presterar jämfört med indexfonder, när avkastningen har justerats för förvaltningsavgiften. Indexfonden representeras av ett jämförelseindex och studien omfattar en tioårsperiod, 2000-2009.Det faktum att en apa vann aktie SM 1993, framför professionella placerare, visar att aktiekurser är slumpmässiga. Varför ska en investerare då lita på att en förvaltare är bättre på att utvärdera marknaden och dess placeringsmöjligheter än andra?Metod: En kvantitativ metod har använts i uppsatsen, där data har erhållits från Morningstar och SIX Telekurs. Det insamlade materialet har bearbetats i Microsoft Excel för att beräkna fondernas avkastning och prestationsmått.

Title: The competent teacher-external and internal frameworks and their influence on educational praxis. This thesis is about what kind of approach a teacher (may) consider when he is facing parameters that he can not do anything about, in this case represented by political, educational och social frameworks. One of the things a teacher can do to adapt to the situation is to see what possibilities he has to develop and expand his topic. The study is built on action research and was carried out during a nine months period on an upper secondary school in Malmö, Sweden. The object of reasearch is myself as a teacher and in my result I describe how various educational situations were handled.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and identify a selected number of key factors in successfully implementing open innovation. More precisely, it looks at how value is maximized using open innovation practices. The scientific approach taken is based largely on the network perspective, which puts relations to other companies in focus. An extended view of the resource based view (RBV), different from the traditional one by taking also external resources into account, is in addition central to understanding the use of external resources to create internal value. The two main research questions strive to look at how the company locates relevant partners and what the relations that are established with these partners should look like to get the most of open innovation.

Scania InfoMate develops web applications that support truck distributors and workshops with the necessary tools for an effective maintenance process. However, the end-users of these applications are faced with as many different graphical interfaces as there are applications. As a consequence, important effects of recognition are lost, developers spend unnecessary time designing new solutions for each application and Scania InfoMate does not present a homogeneous brand image towards its customers.Therefore the aim of this study is to give a suggestion of how a standardized graphical interface for web applications at Scania InfoMate should be designed. The given suggestion should come from thorough investigation of both end-user needs and recent research within the area of usability. In addition to a standardized interface this study also aims to deliver guidelines that support future web application development at Scania InfoMate.Through a combination of methods, mainly heuristic evaluation and user interviews, an elaborate description of usability and consistency problems in a defined web application Portfolio is produced.

Background: In 1999 the Swedish pension system was reformed with an aim to create a stable and high return on pension assets. First, Second, Third and Fourth general pension funds, hereby referred to as AP1-AP4, had an important part in the reform. AP1-AP4, also called the buffer funds, was assigned to secure long-term, big parts of the pension capital. The funds objective is by law, to manage the fund's assets in a manner that provides maximum benefit for the state pension. The funds will also invest pension assets with an overall low level of risk while achieving a sustainable high return.Aim: The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the First-Fourth AP-Funds is meeting its objectives regarding risk and return according to Swedish law.

The economic situation in the Swedish agricultural industry is currently experiencing a development towards larger units. This progress occurs simultaneously as farmers in cooperation more frequently make investments to decrease risk exposure and to improve the financial result. The purpose with this thesis is to study which advantages and problems a group of farmers experience after a common investment in a small-scale seed production. The aim with this investment is to increase the level of vertical integration in their respective agricultural firms and the results will be analyzed from an economic point of view. At present, the farmers are all seed producers with considerable cultivation areas.

Intro: 80 percent of the Swedish population own shares. This makes Sweden the leading country in private investment in securities. It can be difficult for the private investor to know where, when and which security to invest in. The strategies are as ambivalent as the stock markets fluctuations. If the investor prefers to refrain from investing money himself, there are brokers who carry out these types of services.

This paper discusses the world heritage of Falun and its influence on the marketing of Falun as a destination. The reason for this study is the fact that world heritage nominations can lead to an increased pressure on the destination and an increase in popularity for the place. A world heritage is something unique and odd that can be used in the marketing of the destination in the purpose of attracting tourists, company investments and so on. It has been vital for the study to interview people that work with marketing or have important rolls within the world heritage.With this background the study is focused on three major questions:What meaning does the world heritage have in the marketing of Falun?Is the world heritage important for Falun? If yes: For who and why?Which organisations/persons in Falun have the greatest influence on the marketing process?In order to answer or discuss this question there are discussions in the paper regarding the notions of place marketing as well as the importance of a well outlined marketing strategy as a basis for the formulation of a product Portfolio and segmentation strategy as well as strategy for developing a strong profile on the market.The answers to the question are relative and can have a different view in the future.

Bakgrund Pedagogisk dokumentation har alltid funnits i förskolan, men har över tid förändrats och utvecklats. Man använder sig fortfarande av anteckningar och observationer, men nu kanske med ett annat syfte, nämligen att vara till nytta främst för barnet, men också föräldrarna och pedagogerna. Det man skriver om barnen sätts oftast samman i ett enda dokument, ett som nuförtiden är mer utvecklat och välstrukturerat. Det finns olika namn på dokumentationerna såsom Portfolio, individuella utvecklingsplaner och åtgärdsprogram. Nuförtiden finns även andra möjligheter att dokumentera med hjälp av medier såsom kamera, ljudinspelningar och videokamera.

I detta arbete har jag, Markus Eriksson, och Gustav Lo?fstrand samarbetat och skapat 7 instrumentala musikstycken av filmmusikkarakta?r. Vi har ba?da som ma?l att i framtiden skriva musik till film och ta?nker anva?nda resultatet av detta arbete som en del av va?r gemensamma Portfolio.Da? vi inte haft na?got bildmaterial att utga? ifra?n, har vi i text skrivit egna scenarion. Dessa utspelar sig i fyra olika la?genheter i ett hyreshus och skildrar ma?nniskorna som bor i huset och deras vardag.

Climate and environmental issues is now high on the agenda. We live in a generation that must try to solve some major environmental problems. Buildings and habitations account for approximately 40 % of Sweden's total energy today. To reduce this figure, as needed, more research in the field of energy efficiency is required.This thesis concerns the heating of buildings. The load on district heating is heavy during certain times of the day.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka vilket användningsområde journalister, som är anknutna till en redaktion, har att använda sig av bloggar och dess möjligheter. Vi vill undersöka bloggen som fenomen och då i synnerhet varför journalisten väljer att använda sig av denna alternativa medieproduktion, trots att han har möjlighet att genom sin redaktion kunna uttrycka sig och bli publicerad för en allmänhet som lyssnar till honom/henne. Vi kommer med hjälp av intervjuer, gjorda via mail, försöka att klargöra hur bloggen används av journalister och till vår hjälp kommer vi att använda Jürgen Habermas teori om offentlighet så som han har förklarat det i sin bok Borgerlig offentlighet.Frågeställningen i uppsatsen är:· Hur ser journalisten på bloggen i avseende på det offentliga och det privata?· Vilket urval gör journalisten då han/hon skriver i sin blogg?· Hur kan journalisten använda sig av bloggen?Undersökningen grundar sig i två stycken mailintervjuer med journalister som själva bloggar. Dessa två är Anders Linder, ledarskribent på Svenska Dagbladet, som bloggar under Svenska dagbladets redaktionella flagg och Andreas Ekström, journalist på Sydsvenskan, som skriver i ett mer privat rum.
