Purpose: The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of how a bank?s features and internal factors have affected its choice of method in calculating the capital requirement.Theoretical and Empirical Method: The research strategy of this study has been of a qualitative nature with a deductive approach. The choice of method was depth interviews with respondents from a targeted sample of Swedish banks. These respondents were chosen based on the knowledge they possess as key employees in the capital requirement process and their involvement in choosing their banks? method for calculating the capital requirement.

The economic situation in the Swedish agricultural industry is currently experiencing a development towards larger units. This progress occurs simultaneously as farmers in cooperation more frequently make investments to decrease risk exposure and to improve the financial result. The purpose with this thesis is to study which advantages and problems a group of farmers experience after a common investment in a small-scale seed production. The aim with this investment is to increase the level of vertical integration in their respective agricultural firms and the results will be analyzed from an economic point of view. At present, the farmers are all seed producers with considerable cultivation areas.

Intro: 80 percent of the Swedish population own shares. This makes Sweden the leading country in private investment in securities. It can be difficult for the private investor to know where, when and which security to invest in. The strategies are as ambivalent as the stock markets fluctuations. This paper discusses the world heritage of Falun and its influence on the marketing of Falun as a destination. The reason for this study is the fact that world heritage nominations can lead to an increased pressure on the destination and an increase in popularity for the place. A world heritage is something unique and odd that can be used in the marketing of the destination in the purpose of attracting tourists, company investments and so on. It has been vital for the study to interview people that work with marketing or have important rolls within the world heritage.With this background the study is focused on three major questions:What meaning does the world heritage have in the marketing of Falun?Is the world heritage important for Falun? If yes: For who and why?Which organisations/persons in Falun have the greatest influence on the marketing process?In order to answer or discuss this question there are discussions in the paper regarding the notions of place marketing as well as the importance of a well outlined marketing strategy as a basis for the formulation of a product portfolio and segmentation strategy as well as strategy for developing a strong profile on the market.The answers to the question are relative and can have a different view in the future.

Bakgrund Pedagogisk dokumentation har alltid funnits i förskolan, men har över tid förändrats och utvecklats. Man använder sig fortfarande av anteckningar och observationer, men nu kanske med ett annat syfte, nämligen att vara till nytta främst för barnet, men också föräldrarna och pedagogerna. Det man skriver om barnen sätts oftast samman i ett enda dokument, ett som nuförtiden är mer utvecklat och välstrukturerat. Det finns olika namn på dokumentationerna såsom portfolio, individuella utvecklingsplaner och åtgärdsprogram. Nuförtiden finns även andra möjligheter att dokumentera med hjälp av medier såsom kamera, ljudinspelningar och videokamera.

Trade was assigned as a Community responsibility at the founding of the European Community in 1957. It was then recognized that Europe would achieve a greater international influence if it were to negotiate trade deals with one voice. Since then, the basic rule has been that the European Commission negotiates agreements on behalf of the EC, and presents the agreements negotiated for approval in the European Council. Today, the 25-member European Union is the largest trading power in the world, and most member states have decades of experience of coordinating their national trade interests into a common position. However, partly as a result of the complex nature of the trade decision-making processes it is sometimes problematic to identify who or what really influences EU trade policy.

Frigoscandia Freezer AB have seen themselves as an entrepreneur company for a long time, but have lately begun to realise that they have to go against a more administrative era. With that insight they have begun to examine their enterprise in order to achieve this. The division Team Spare Parts has started a project with the intention of checking-up the inventory management, and improving it for the future. To get support for this and other point of views, they decided to let us do our exam thesis as a part of the project.The first part of the thesis deals with the appropriate inventory theory. All calculations in the other parts of the thesis have been based upon this.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att göra en deskriptiv studie av drivkrafter bakom Debasers uppkomst och utveckling på Stockholms livemusikscen samt försöka identifiera dominerande idéer på fältet som kan ha påverkat Debaser och livemusikscenens utveckling. Med fält syftar vi på fältet för musikbranschen. Inom fältet ryms bland andra olika aktörer på livemusikscenen, boknings- och skivbolag, musiker och kulturpolitiker.Uppsatsen är en kvalitativ studie som till stor del baseras på primärdata från intervjuer med Debasers grundare och med personer inom fältet för musikbranschen. Vid intervjuerna har vi utgått ifrån en semistrukturerad intervjuguide som tar upp vissa teman och förslag på specifika frågor baserade på syftet och den givna referensramen för studien. Referensramen består av teorier inom det institutionella perspektivet, organisationsidentitet, entreprenörskap och tillväxt.De slutsatser som vi kommit fram till är bland annat att Debasers uppkomst till stor del möjliggjordes av tre dominerande idéer inom fältet som kommit att påverka Stockholms livemusikscen.

I detta arbete har jag, Markus Eriksson, och Gustav Lo?fstrand samarbetat och skapat 7 instrumentala musikstycken av filmmusikkarakta?r. Vi har ba?da som ma?l att i framtiden skriva musik till film och ta?nker anva?nda resultatet av detta arbete som en del av va?r gemensamma portfolio.Da? vi inte haft na?got bildmaterial att utga? ifra?n, har vi i text skrivit egna scenarion. Dessa utspelar sig i fyra olika la?genheter i ett hyreshus och skildrar ma?nniskorna som bor i huset och deras vardag.

The Swedish dairy sector is facing several challenges the coming years. One big challenge is how they will secure the access of their raw material milk in the future. The number of milk producers has decreased for an extended period of time, but was for a long time partly compensated by an increased productivity among the remaining milk producers. From year 2000 that trend was broken and also the quantity of milk produced started to fall quickly. Milko is a dairy company with members from Dalsland in the south to Jämtland in the north. During the first seven moths 2007, their number of members decreased by almost a fourth, from 1 272 to 974.

Climate and environmental issues is now high on the agenda. We live in a generation that must try to solve some major environmental problems. Buildings and habitations account for approximately 40 % of Sweden's total energy today. To reduce this figure, as needed, more research in the field of energy efficiency is required.This thesis concerns the heating of buildings. The load on district heating is heavy during certain times of the day.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka vilket användningsområde journalister, som är anknutna till en redaktion, har att använda sig av bloggar och dess möjligheter. Vi vill undersöka bloggen som fenomen och då i synnerhet varför journalisten väljer att använda sig av denna alternativa medieproduktion, trots att han har möjlighet att genom sin redaktion kunna uttrycka sig och bli publicerad för en allmänhet som lyssnar till honom/henne. Vi kommer med hjälp av intervjuer, gjorda via mail, försöka att klargöra hur bloggen används av journalister och till vår hjälp kommer vi att använda Jürgen Habermas teori om offentlighet så som han har förklarat det i sin bok Borgerlig offentlighet.Frågeställningen i uppsatsen är:· Hur ser journalisten på bloggen i avseende på det offentliga och det privata?· Vilket urval gör journalisten då han/hon skriver i sin blogg?· Hur kan journalisten använda sig av bloggen?Undersökningen grundar sig i två stycken mailintervjuer med journalister som själva bloggar. Dessa två är Anders Linder, ledarskribent på Svenska Dagbladet, som bloggar under Svenska dagbladets redaktionella flagg och Andreas Ekström, journalist på Sydsvenskan, som skriver i ett mer privat rum.

SammanfattningSyfte: Syftet är att undersöka hur svenska artistiska elitgymnaster presterar i skolan. Frågeställningar vi använt är: Skiljer sig studieresultaten utifrån antalet träningstimmar? Finns det någon skillnad mellan motivationen till gymnastiken i jämförelse till skolan?Metod: De som deltog i undersökningen var elitgymnaster inom artistisk gymnastik, totalt 33 stycken, 18 tjejer och 15 killar. 33 av 36st svarade på enkäten- det blir ett bortfall på 8,3 procent. Elitgymnasterna kommer ifrån olika kommuner i Sverige och ifrån flera olika gymnastikföreningar.

Graham isone of the legends on Wall Street and he has shown that by using few variablesbased on public information, one can manage to beat the market over longer timeperiods.There arejust a few studies that have tested Graham?s criteria?s, however all of themindicates that they work but that the standard deviation might be higher forthe portfolios.

Background: Since the early 60?s, the CAPM or Capital Asset Pricing Model, has been an invaluable tool for assessing an asset's expected return, assuming that the asset is added to an already well-diversified portfolio of assets. CAPM theory assume that the unsystematic risk can be diversified and that the systematic, market-specific, risk is determined by the Beta value, from the Greek ?. An investor who takes big risks expect higher returns.One of the CAPM?s basic assumptions is that disruption in the market is not taken into account.
