Syftet med vårt examensarbete har varit att ta reda på hur erkänt duktiga lärare arbetar med kommunikation som en del av det pedagogiska handlandet, samt vilken syn de har på eleven både ur ett kunskapsperspektiv och ur ett rent mänskligt perspektiv. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ studie där vi valt att observera tre av de lärare som medverkade i Tv-dokumentären Klass 9A på Dvd. Innan vi gjorde vår observation skaffade vi oss en utökad förförståelse genom att ta del av vad både forskning och annan relevant litteratur tar upp inom området kommunikation, skolan som demokratisk arena samt lärarens yrkesroll.Resultatet av vår studie visar att det finns några saker som är viktiga för att skolan ska bli en plats där elever känner trygghet och lust till lärande. Kommunikativ kompetens, ett genuint intresse för eleven och ett personligt engagemang bildar den helhet som enligt oss, behövs för att lärarna skulle kunna skapa goda relationer med eleverna. Dessa relationer anser vi vara mycket betydelsefulla för att elever ska utvecklas både kunskapsmässigt och på det personliga planet..

Girls with foreign background is the group that is most left outside the sports movement in Sweden and the ones with the least sports habit. Sports assumed to provide an arena for integration that these girls are being left outside from. The Swedish sports movement has adapted the conditions for them as a way to encourage them to participate in sports, but there are still lots of girls with foreign background that stands outside the sports movement. One input that the Swedish National Association has done for children and young adults is to adopt the Drive-in-sport, which can work as an entrance to the sports movement. The aim of the study is therefore to investigate which barriers, motivators and requests girls in Sweden with foreign background have to participate in Drive-in-sports.

This paper aims to present a theoretical understanding of the emergence of extreme right- wing populist parties (ERP), and more specifically the electoral breakthrough of the ERP party, Sverigedemokraterna in the municipality of Karlskrona. By doing so the study is constructed as a theoretical framework, where the empirical material and the theoretical aspects are interwoven. This means that the theoretical framework also functions as an analytical part. The paper shows how Sverigedemokraterna could be understood as an ERP party, based on e.g its populist anti-establishment critique, and its critique towards the ?immigrant issue?.

Aim With this study we want to highlight and analyze the media spin of the PR campaign Miss Skinny by clarifying; a diffusion pattern which covers posts published by bloggers and journalists; a framing pattern from the first audited post to the last; how journalists are influenced by user generated content, and what consequences this may have for the news coverage.Method We have conducted a studied of news posts and blog posts about the Swedish PR campaign Miss Skinny through content analysis, diffusion analysis and mapped direct links between blog posts and news posts.Main result We found that a surprisingly large amount of news postings contained direct links to previous blog posts and that the former media serial no longer can be applied on today's modern media where journalists and other players come together on the converged media arena. .

The web as an arena for news reporting and information sharing to consumers has grown for many years in the expense of the traditional newspapers. The revenue stream has however not followed the same transformation which has led to a remarkably lower profit when news and articles are distributed through the web. Banner advertising is a method that is commonly used by online magazines to generate profit where advertisers pay to expose their message. One method to measure banner ads effectivity, and indirectly, what the advertiser would pay, is through Click-Through Rate (CTR), how many clicks a banner ad receives in relation to the amount of banner views. One of the variables that play an important role in the banner ad effectivity is the placement of the banner ad.

As the football industry develops into a highly competitive commercialized industry, football clubs must step up and improve their business strategy. This study focuses on the famous Italian club AC Milan, a club with many international titles but with declining revenues. The purpose of this thesis is to study how AC Milan can generate higher revenues by comparing its marketing and business strategy with the most profitable clubs in the world, the benchmarking partners Real Madrid and Manchester United. By using a benchmarking model, following the five steps of this process, conducting observation studies, an interview and examining secondhand information, gaps between the clubs were evaluated and analyzed. These evaluations became together with chosen theoretical references, the basis for the improvement suggestions and conclusions shown by the authors.

Att utreda möjligheterna att etablera dataförsörjning riktade mot multimodala transporttjänster är idag av största intresse. Det är också intressant att försöka utnyttja de standarder som tagits fram när en dataförsörjningskedja ska etableras. Detta examensarbete genomfördes på Triona AB i Borlänge. Triona har utvecklat databasen Transport Network Engine (TNE), som idag används för att läsa in data från Nationella VägDataBasen (NVDB) och från skogsnäringen. Målet med arbetet var att ta fram en informationsmodell, som beskriver hur ett transportnät med nätanknutna data, som stödjer multimodala transporter och resor, kan lagras i TNE.

Med denna studie vill vi få en ökad förståelse för vilka förutsättningar det finns i förskolans fysiska miljö till att stimulera barns grovmotorik. Vi vill också få insikt i hur pedagoger förstår möjligheter och hinder i den fysiska miljön. I vårt arbete har vi tagit stöd av ett sociokulturellt perspektiv, då sampelet mellan pedagogernas förhållningssätt och den fysiska miljön är det centrala i arbetet med barns grovmotoriska utveckling. I undersökningen använde vi kvalitativ intervju med semistrukturerade frågor, när vi intervjuade fyra pedagoger på en förskola. Genom observation med ett strukturerat observationsunderlag, undersökte vi hur förskolans fysiska miljö nyttjas.

How stakeholders can influence EU in global environmental politics and what consequences and risks this brings are heavily debated. Some scholars argue that civil society are being disenfranchised from the global political arena while others seem to find them having influence in areas where they normally shouldn´t have any influence. In this this paper I will compare the Europan Union policy on GMOs with the process in producing the Water Framework Directive using an analytical framework to study the level of stakeholder influence. Following the framework I will use two types of data namely NGO participation and Goal attainment. The data once summarized will be analyzed by using the methods of process-tracing and counterfactual analysis.My conclusions regarding both cases are that stakeholders, most notably, were able to influence policymaking in EU by using the internal revisions and by networking in smaller partnerships.

The aim of this study was to investigate nurse?s experience of working from the philosophy of palliative care in end of life at home. The study had a qualitative design. Semi-structured interviews were performed with nine nurses working in advanced palliative home care. The analysis of the material revealed four categories and two subcategories.

Studien syftar till att belysa faktorer som kan påverka de möten som sker inom svenska sprutbytesprogram. Utöver målet med att minska smittspridning av blodsjukdomar ska sprutbytesprogrammen vara en kontaktskapande arena där deltagarna motiveras till vård och behandling. Den metodologiska utgångspunkten är en hermeneutisk kvalitativ ansats med semistrukturerade intervjuer. Tre sprutbytesprogram har besökts och två stycken respondenter på varje verksamhet har intervjuats. Resultatet undersöks tillsammans med Wrights teorier om punktuella och relationella pedagogiska möten.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om och isåfall hur unga använder det virtuella rummet för att samspela med andra och tala om frågor som rör killar, tjejer och sexualitet. Uppsatsen vilar på en socialkonstruktionisk grund och den forskningsansats som användes för att förstå det insamlade materialet var diskursanalys. Vidare sker tolkningen av det insamlade materialet med utgångspunkt i det sociokulturella perspektivet på lärande kombinerat med Connells tankar om genus. Resultatet visar att det finns återkommande samtalsämnen i dom ungas samtal, om än i olika former. Dessa samtal handlar främst om skillnader mellan killar och tjejer, hur man lyckas i mötet med det andra könet och när man egentligen är redo för sin sexuella debut.

The purpose of this study was to understand school counselors´ and teachers´ perspectives on the prevention of bullying in relation to social capital. The study was based on a qualitative process with semi-structured interviews from three teachers and three school counselors from three different schools. The main question was to find out teachers and school counselors perspectives of bullying in relation to social capital. The analysis was based on a theory that focuses on social capital, where trust and confidence as well as universal and selective interventions are important. Today, bullying is considered a serious and significant problem in school.

Skolan är en av Sveriges största arbetsplatser och därmed en viktig arena för arbetsmiljö. Arbetsgivaren har ansvar att arbeta systematiskt för att förebygga ohälsa och tillgodose en trivsam arbetsmiljö. Introduktion ligger inom ramen för arbetsmiljö, vilket medför att arbetsgivaren har en skyldighet att arbeta med detta. Syftet med denna uppsats var att identifiera uppfattningar av fenomenet introduktion bland lärare med avsikt att kunna ge en ökad förståelse av introduktionens betydelse för lärares välbefinnande. Fyra lärare från en medelstor kommun i Mellansverige intervjuades om deras upplevelser och erfarenheter av introduktion.

This thesis is based on a study conducted at the City Library Dynamo in Gothenburg where data have been collected through qualitative interviews with young people aged 15 - 25 years. Our intention was to examine what young people think about the City Library Dynamo as a venue, and how they perceive its activities and functions.In order to compare two different cultural venues for young people, where Dynamo is one, interviews were also conducted at a location other than the library, at Arena 29, a cultural activity house for young people in Gothenburg. Twelve qualitative and semi-structured interviews were conducted in order to collect data which was then transcribed and structured. As a theoretical framework we have used the new model for the public library, developed by Hvenegaard, Jochumsen and Skot-Hansen 2010.Our result shows a thoroughly positive image of the City Library Dynamo, particularly as a meeting and study place. Young people stated that they felt welcome and that the City Library Dynamo was designed and tailored to match their needs.
