The purpose of this study is to describe and understand how the principle of the child?s best interest in the asylum process for families with children is interpreted and implemented in practice by the asylum bureaucrats at the Swedish Migration Agency. Our questions are:?How is the best interest of the child in families with children interpreted by the asylum bureaucrats at the Swedish Migration Agency??"How are asylum bureaucrats at the Swedish Migration Agency reasoning about the implementation in practice of the child's best interest in families with children?The essay rests upon semi-structured interviews with eight asylum bureaucrats at three different asylum units. The interviews are based on an interview guide together with a vignette, which purpose was to see how the interviewees are implementing the best interest of the child in a specific case of a potential application.

The content of the following report is the summarized result of three students thesis at Blekinge Institute of Technology in co-operation with Water Jet Sweden AB. This report will give the reader a description of principles how to measure the abrasive mass flow in a waterjet cutting system. The work began with a visit to Water Jet Sweden AB to get a closer look at the problem. When the analysis of the problem was done the criteria were defined in the form of demands and desires. The main task of the criteria was to guide the search for the solution. The work proceeded with an extensive search for abrasive flow meters along with obtaining information about flow measurement in general. When the search for abrasive flow meters resulted in nothing all the efforts were concentrated on finding a principle of measurement that could cope with the criteria.

Huvudsaklig målsättning i uppsatsen är att undersöka om cideräppelsorter använda till att framställa  cider Pays d´Auge går att odla i Falun/Borlänge. Andra mål är att undersöka vilka odlingsförutsättningar som kan ge ett gynnsamt mikroklimat för äppelodling i Falun/Borlänge samt undersöka andra omständigheter som kan ge ett äppelträd en positiv utveckling i Falun/Borlänge.De metoder som används i uppsatsen är : Litteraturstudier, informationsökning över internet samt intervjuer.Resultat visar på att 14 av sammanlagt 48 för uppsatsen undersökta cideräpplesorter troligen har tillräcklig härdighet för att kunna odlas i Falun/Borlänge.Resultat visar också på att värmealstrande mikroklimat samt positiv utveckling av ett äppelträd kan fås genom ?rätt? läge, utforming av odlingytan samt skötsel.I disskussionen sammanställs och analyseras  ett destillat av informationen från resultatdelen. .

The purpose of this study has been to investigate the prospects for identifying and prosecuting individuals suspected of war crimes, within the process of exclusion from refugee status under article 1F(a) of the 1951 Refugee Convention, and using subsequent mechanisms for extradition or prosecution in international criminal law. A number of principles within human rights law and public international law have been advocated by the UNCHR and several human rights NGOs as necessary for a thorough application of the exclusion clauses; one that takes individual responsibility into account and upholds the aims and purposes of the exclusion clauses. There is a discussion as to whether specialised or accelerated exclusion procedures are justified for reasons of security and efficiency, or if they put the rights of the individual at risk and limit the opportunities for gathering information to support investigation and prosecution of the crime in question. Apart from the instruments of asylum law and procedure that have emerged within the EU harmonisation process, there are no general, binding rules on the procedural aspects of the exclusion clauses. One principle that regulates the consequences for the individual of exclusion from refugee status and decisions on extradition is, however, the principle of non-refoulement.
