Förtroende är en förutsättning i olika former av samspel mellan aktörer. Inom hälso- och sjukvården kan ett förändrat förtroende påverka hur individen söker vård och därmed leda till effekter på individens hälsotillstånd. Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka förtroendet för hälso- och sjukvården i Region Skåne. Det görs genom en ekonometrisk analys av data från Vårdbarometern, en omfattande undersökning över befolkningens uppfattning av hälso- och sjukvården. Förtroendet för tre olika vårdproducenter; husläkare/distriktsläkare, akutmottagning och privat specialistläkare/läkarhus undersöks utifrån socioekonomiska och demografiska bakgrundsfaktorer.

The purpose of this master?s thesis is to describe and analyse the origin and development of the municipal library of Västervik. There have been four previous libraries and our examination starts in 1859 with the foundation of a parish library. The other forerunners were a working-class movement library and two libraries in the International Orders of Good Templars. Before the merger of the libraries there were discussions in the municipal council, among the working-class movement and in the IOGT.

The aim of this essay is to investigate the implementation of The Social Orientation inSweden. The Social Orientation is a part of the new, one year old, establishment law and isaimed at all newly arrived refugees and immigrants. The aim of the law is to help establish allnew arrivals into the Swedish society by providing knowledge about life in Sweden. Theeducational program is at least sixty hours long and covers: the public authorities in Sweden,laws and regulations, work and education, healthcare, children and family issues in a person?smother tongue.In order to achieve my aim I have chosen two questions: How has the law been implementedin Swedens three counties: Stockholm, Sörmland and Uppsala? What conditions are there fora successful implementation?In order to answer these questions I have used the traditional, ?street-level bureaucrats? andnetwork perspectives and issues for my study of implementation.

Uppsatsen behandlar lågprisbutikers etablering på den svenska dagligvarumarknaden. Fokus ligger på dessa butikers inträdes- och lokaliseringsstrategier. Eftersom etablering är knutet till en mängd olika faktorer och för att få en tydlig bild av den rådande situationen på den svenska dagligvarumarknaden, liksom i vilken riktning marknaden är på väg har även en marknadsanalys gjorts. Den svenska dagligvarumarknaden har länge karaktäriserats av internationellt sett höga priser och ett fåtal stora aktörer. Situationen håller dock på att förändras i och med lågprisbutikernas inträde.

Denna uppsats analyserar dynamiken i orderflödet i limitorderboken på Stockholmsbörsen utifrån unika data som gjorts tillgängliga tack vare ett samarbete mellan SIX AB och Lunds Universitet. Studien finner att så väl orderläggning som handel på Stockholmsbörsen uppvisar ett kraftigt autokorrelerat mönster vilket ligger i linje med vad tidigare studier funnit på andra börser. Resultat från tidigare teoretiska analyser finner att bid-ask spreaden snabbt återvänder till sitt jämviktsläge efter temporära fluktuationer d v s mean reversion. Detta resultat bekräftas empiriskt i denna studie. Vidare analyseras även utbudet och efterfrågan av likviditet samt dess relation till orderbokens tillstånd.

Informationssäkerhet uppnås med hjälp av skyddsåtgärder. Det finns tre typer, administrativa, logiska och byggnadstekniska skyddsåtgärder. Administrativa skyddsåtgärder är skyddsåtgärder av administrativ typ, det vill säga regler och rutiner för vilka arbetsmoment som måste utföras och hur. Dessa regler och rutiner återfinns främst i en organisations informationssäkerhetspolicys och riktlinjer. Administrativa skyddsåtgärder kan fungera som ett komplement till logiska skyddsåtgärder men även som fristående skyddsåtgärder.

Miljödebatten har de senaste 30 åren intensifierats. Det är viktigt att samhällets alla aktörer bidrar i miljöarbetet och då framförallt kommuner som på lokal nivå sätter upp mål för hur miljön kan förbättras. Mål som offentliggörs genom en miljöpolicy som även innefattar ett pedagogiskt spridningssyfte. Arbetet med miljöpolicyn i Lunds Kommun härstammar från Agenda 21 och dess tankar om ekologiskt hållbar utveckling, tankar som genom ett omfattande förankringsarbete ska genomsyra samhällets alla skikt och i grunden förändra människors miljömässiga tänkande och beteende. Miljömålen är formulerade i det lokala handlingsprogrammet LundaEko som för perioden 2006-2012 även lägger upp strategier och kommunal ansvarsfördelning.Uppsatsen reder därmed ut hur miljöpolicyprocessens fundamentala komponenter - hur den karaktäriseras, skapas, sprids och uppfattas - fungerar och synkroniserar i en svensk framgångsrik miljökommun, Lund.Nyckelord: Miljöpolicy, Hållbar utveckling, Agenda 21, LundaEko, Instrumentell organisationsteori, Lunds Kommun.

Det idag väldigt populära riskmåttet Value-at-Risk (VaR) kan beräknas på många olika sätt. En metod som använder sig av extremvärdesteori (EVT) för att estimera VaR utvecklades under 1990-talet som ett alternativ till de traditionella VaR metoderna. EVT fokuserar på fördelningens svans, eftersom det är här de extrema observationerna uppträder. I denna studie undersöker vi hur framgångsrik extremvärdesmetoden är när det kommer till att estimera VaR för råvaror, en typ av tillgång som karakteriseras av att vara extremt volatil och därmed speciellt svår att riskbedöma. Våra resultat pekar på att extremvärdesteorin erbjuder ett intressant alternativ när man önskar att estimera VaR för volatila råvaror.

France is committed to its ambition to lift the European Union's arms embargo imposed on China after the Tiananmen Square Massacre in 1989. France is of today the only member state that is acting to lift the arms embargo, evoking questions of motives behind its behavior. The underlying assumption in this essay is that France's actions reflect a need to find new ways of adapting itself and surviving faced with the threats of its decreased international influence. By using three different perspectives ? realism, liberalism and constructivism ? this essay examines three possible models of analysis to explain France's behavior.An analysis of the discourse covering this essay´s topic between 1989-2007 provided the basis of the paper.

AbstractThe aim of this study is to investigate the implementation process and the implementation steering of the social development aspects, gender equality and integration, in the program for regional development of the region Kronoberg in the period of 2004-2007.The study asks three questions: 1) How have the social development aspects, gender equality and integration, been implemented in the program for regional development of the region Kronoberg? 2) What has facilitated or hindered the implementation of the two social development aspects? 3) What possibilities to steer the implementation process of the two social development aspects exist at the governmental and at the regional level?In order to answer these questions a qualitative method has been used. To be able to analyse the empirical material, which consists of documents and interviews, the theoretical framework comprehends the policy process and implementation steering. The conclusion is that the incorporation of the social development aspects in the regional development program does not fully correspond with the central intentions, and that is due to circumstances at the regional level..

The focus of this thesis is on social workers? knowledge in assessing and making decisions in child welfare cases. The primary aim is to identify what skills or knowledge social workers find most useful within child welfare agencies in Swedish municipalities. Six different types of knowledge, social policy and the approach of child welfare cases are perspectives considered in the analysis. The interviews with social workers were held in three agencies in southern Sweden, in 2014.

The aim of this study was to compare educational systems in Sweden, Czech Republic, Italy and Scotland. In the light of the Bologna Declaration signed in 1999, I was particularly interested in comparing social work educations in these four countries. Especially to clarify how far they have come to fulfill the goals of the common European educational policy.Central questions asked were: How do the educational systems look like in each of the four countries? How are the social work educations organized in each of them? In what ways do the social work educations differ? How can we explain such differences?Each country in this study represents a different welfare regime, and therefore I was challenged to find out if this has an impact on the implementation of the incentives of the Bologna Declaration. By studying various documents from the European Union, documents from each country and presentations of various social work programmes, I have come to the conclusion that the differences found mainly depends on the historical and socioeconomic traditions in the countries.

Denna studie handlade om att undersöka vilka energireducerande metoder som åtta svenska rederier inom linjetrafiken har valt att tillämpa ombord på sina fartyg. Detta för att kunna ge en bild om vilka eventuellt nya system och metoder framtida sjömän står inför. Metoden som användes var genom ett utskickat frågeformulär där berörda rederier kunde svara på frågor angående deras energibesparingar. Även rederiernas hemsidor undersöktes för att kunna få en djupare insikt om vilka energibesparande metoder rederierna använde sig av. Sedan söktes vidare information om dessa energibesparande metoder för att kunna ge en beskriva dem.

There is a known link between relative deprivation and street crime among market liberal countries. Although some research has been done with cross-national data, there is none to suggest that the observed link is as valid in a country well known for its extended welfare and generous social expenditure like Sweden. The following study uses longitudinal data to see if this recognized link between relative deprivation and street crime also stands in a country with almost a century long tradition of striving for social-, economic- and cultural equality. Even though Sweden, over the last decade, has been subjected to a series of deregulations due to policy changes at national level, and with a following rise in inequality, it is still considered to be one of the most equal countries in the west. It is therefore not unlikely that the high degree of social security will reduce the negative impact of relative deprivation on social relations among its citizens, perhaps enough so that the correlation will be significantly weakened.

During the study's first stage we noticed that the Swedish term ? utanförskap? was constructed for political purposes, the term?s ambiguity what was first raised our interest. Therefore the aims of this study was to examine how social workers at the social welfare office and the labor market related project Framtid Kronoberg  as well as politicians within the administration of Arbete & Välfärd (Work & Welfare) relates to utanförskap as a social phenomenon. The study?s second aim was to examine how the aforementioned persons consider utanförskap to be counteracted among young adults.
